You’ll make 12 cards of your choice and work at your own pace during this event. It’s a buffet so you choose the designs! Everything is included except your favorite adhesive

Cards are clean and simple designs and are easy to complete.

The class includes cards for birthdays, thinking of you, sympathy, thank you and more.

Time: 1 pm – 4 p.m.

In the Meadow

This was one of those sets that called my name, as soon as I saw it. I could see the possibilities immediately for all kinds of cards, including masculine ones and sympathy which are always a bit harder for me.

After all who doesn’t love nature? And these sketched images would look great embossed or done in neutral tones.

Check out this sympathy card I made with the In the Meadow Stamp set and retiring Going Places 6×6 Designer Series Paper Stack (140581). The neutral colors and natural feel of the patterns are perfect with this set.

And how about this one? While it uses the same basic layout I’ve swapped the Designer Series Paper for the Go Wild paper stack (138441). At first I thought the patterns were a bit intense, but then once I started using it I couldn’t quit. Doesn’t this pattern look like hoof prints?

Kind Koala Single Stamp

Did you know that this cute little guy is on the retirement list? Well the Kind Koala is one of our single stamps that is no longer going to available soon.

How can you not love his sweet little face?

And check out this great birthday card made using the Honeycomb Embossing Folder (129378).

Clever right? The way he holds this little birthday candle.

Saying Goodbye to Perfect Pennants

Perfect Pennants (133227/133230) is one of those stamp sets with great sentiments that are wonderful for all kinds of occasions. And did you know it is on sale? Perfect Pennants is part of our retirement list and will only be available until the end of May.

Check out these great cards using the stamp set that I’ve received in swaps over the years.

This first one was a team project done in Elegant Eggplant and uses our retiring Silver Fancy Foil Vellum along with the Silver 5/8″ Satin Ribbon and White Perfect Accents.

And this one done in just white and Bermuda Bay makes a lovely statement.

I can’t choose a favorite when I look at these swaps.

The Party Wishes Bundle (141073/141071) is a fun set since it contains 3 cute little punches that coordinate with the stamp set. Check out this fun card that Deborah gave me using this bundle.

Fun and great for any age!

And here is a bold and colorful card make with the Bohemian Designer Series Paper (138446).

Janie used the Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set (128748/127802) and the Decorative Label Punch (120907) to create this great fun fold masculine card.

Both these cards were given to me at my monthly Team Meeting. I love seeing what everyone does during the month on their own.

The Red Cross is looking for donations to help those in Canada displaced by the devastating Fort McMurray and Lac Ste. Anne Fires.

Let’s help our neighbors to the north! I saw my fellow Canadian demonstrator, Lynsay Mahon’s post about this fire and wanted to join her in trying to help raise funds for Red Cross.

Another Thank You

Apple of My Eye Fry Box

I love to pamper my customers and yesterday evening I got to hold my Sale-a-bration Celebration Customer Appreciation event. So today I thought I’d share the little goodie that greeted everyone at their spots.

Bright and cheerful – these little treats held some of those yummy candied oranges.
