#imbringingbirthdaysback with Falling for Leaves

Today’s card is one I made to send out for my October birthdays – the set just seemed to be a perfect choice with this beautiful maple leaf.

This stamp set as wonderful on its own, but also has a coordinating die set, Detailed Leaves Thinlits Dies which gives you even more options.

I’ve made a quick tutorial for you.

Better Together

Need a wonderful set that covers all kinds of occasions? Check out the Better Together stamp set (141733/141736) that was used to create this fun card.

Done in our NEW 2017 In Colors, Powder Pink, Berry Burst and Fresh Fig it’s bright and cheerful and will bring a smile to anyone’s face.

And how about this fun party hat from the Celebrate You (143775/143778)

Yep, that is our new Decorative Ribbon Border Punch (143721) and Ruffled Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder (143699) being used. I can’t wait to get my hands on these two new items later this week when they arrive!

Want to see a couple more cards?

Classic Black & White – It uses the Label Me Pretty Bundle (145304/145305) that includes the Label Me Pretty stamp set (143858/143861) and Pretty Label Punch (143715).

And finally here is another card that uses the Bloomin’ Love (140643) and Hardwood stamps (133032/133035) in addition to the Decorative Ribbon Border Punch (143721)

Isn’t it pretty? I love the way the pop of Real Red looks along the edge.

Nailed It On Stage Swaps & More!

This past Saturday was Stampin’ Up!’s On Stage event – and can you say WOW! I was blown away by the swaps and NEW 2017-2018 Annual Catalog and think you will be too! Deborah and I hit the road for Savannah early Friday morning.

I’ll be sharing more about On Stage and the new goodies in future posts, but today I wanted to share with you a couple of the swap cards I made and some swaps I received.

This first card I made using the Swan Lake stamp set (142974/142977) and our In Color Dapper Denim. I used the Gold Wink of Stella (141898) to color the beak and add a little shimmer to the water. This stack of 2016 In Color Designer Series Paper #141408 is on the retirement list so get yours before its gone HERE).

Here are some more cards made with our Designer Series Paper Stacks which are all on the retirement list.

this first swap from Cindy uses the Baby Bear stamp set (141859) and the Neutrals Stack of Designer Series Paper (138435).

And this next one if is done in our Dapper Denim again. Barbara used the Custom Tee Bundle (144724) from our Occasions Catalog that is retiring.

And Karen created this classic color combo card using the retiring items Botanical Builders Framelits Dies (140625) and Tin of Cards stamp set (138946) and the Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stack (138435). I’m really going to miss this set since I love the font and the size of the sentiments.

Dragonfly Dreams done in Peekaboo Peach! Love the way Michelle used the Basic Rhinestones (119246) for the eyes.

And finally my Nailed it swap – It was based on my son’s birthday card that I made earlier. You can see that card HERE.

You’ll find the complete supply list below. I can’t tell you how sad I am that this bundle won’t be available after the Occasions Catalog ends. Of course the stamp sets on the retirement list are guaranteed until May 22nd, but our accessories and bundles are only while supplies last. See the complete Retirement List HERE.

Here is another card made with the Nailed It Bundle and Urban Underground Designer Series Paper (142783) that I received in a swap. I just love this suite of products found in the Occasions Catalog on page 47 – the colors are wonderful for masculine cards.

As I am sure you can guess, being the first to see this new catalog or any of our new catalogs is a very exciting AND a  huge perk of being a Demonstrator – after all who wouldn’t want to be first? right!  If you feel this is a good time to join Stampin’ Up! and my team, the Blue Mountain Stampers, you too can be first too! (Join in the next couple of days and you can even  join my team for our On Stage Online Event this Friday evening.)
