Game On & New In Color Comparison

Are you big on games? I can’t remember a time when I didn’t play cards or board games. As a child my sister and I played Chinese Checkers for hours, as a teenager Gin Rummy and Sheepshead became a way to keep busy while we waiting for the meets to begin and later on the weekends when visiting friends in college as we watched the newest fad MTV, something everyone could agree on in the common room. As an adult I loved to play games with my own children, our daughter has been come quite a shark at Gin and was the only one who could best my Mother-in-law. How about you? Do you have have fond memories of playing games too?

Today’s cards all highlight games and were stamped with our retiring stamp set Game On (152646).

This first card is a fun easel fold using a classic color combination of Basic Black and Reeal Red.

And this next card is done in Rich Razzleberry with a pop of gold coming from the Metallic Pearls (146282) used on the sentiment that has been punched out using the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch (152883).

And finally this classic Basic Gray and Very Vanilla chess card

using the Stitched Nested Label Dies (Retiring 149638). I really hate to see these dies go I reach for them a lot.

The Game On set is only available until May 3rd or while supplies last since it is part of the Retirement List and then it will be gone forever. So why not check it out today?

And as promised here is another sneak peak at the

2021 In Colors Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen

Let’s take a look at these 2 new greens that are part of our 2021-2023 In Colors. I really like them by themselves, and love them teamed up together! The colors this year I think have a subtle grey undertone which gives them a more vintage feel. Check out the Soft Succulent here with some of our other greens.

This next group shows you our 2020 In Color Just Jade for a comparison of the 2 together

Totally different, right? Which is why I’m excited about this addition of green. And now for the Evening Evergreen. I’ve given you a grouping with our darker greens for comparison.

I think you are really going to like the Evening Evergreen and think it will make a nice addition to our more neutral colors for basic stamping too.

So what do you think? Like the new colors? If you missed yesterday’s post you’ll want to check it out since I gave you a look at first two In Colors Fresh Freesia and Polished Pink. And don’t forget and make sure to stop back by tomorrow when I’ll be sharing the last of the 2021-2023 In Colors Pale Papaya with you and some more comparisons too.
