Country Flowers

Do you love the colors and feel of the country? How about those flowers we find dotting the fields and in our yards? If so the Country Flowers Bundle (163411) mighty be something you’ll enjoy playing with for your next project.

This bundle which includes Dies is part of our Country Woods Suite of Products (163418) and is filled with all kinds of options and the Designer Series Papers are just lovely. Check out today’s cards using this Bundle and other products found in the Suite. These first two cards use the Country Woods Designer Series Paper (163393).

Stampin’ Blends give a bright bold bucket of flowers for this card, while this next one uses our Watercolor Pencils for a softer look.

And how about this next card which has a softer look since it uses the Country Lace Designer Series Paper (163415) and our new Basic Beige along with soft pastel Stampin’ Blends to color the flowers.

The stool uses a fun little technique – a simple stamping on a piece of the wood paper from the Country Woods Designer Series Paper (163393) gives the stool a wood feel. And finally this last card uses the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder (162189) to create background that has a lot of texture to it.

So what do you think? Can you see the possibilities? I love the sentiments in this set as they not only use a lovely font, but is filled with all occasions greetings we need to to have on hand.

Under the Moon

It’s the lazy days of summer and I’m dreaming about the beach, how about you? I have always loved the water and watching the waves roll in. Lake Michigan was a great place to go in the summer as a teen as it was always cooler on the water. The Under the Moon stamp set (163531) makes me think of those lazy summer nights with my friends.

Check out these lovely cards using this stamp set. The first card uses some simple heat embossing with our Metallic Wow! Embossing Powders (165678) to create a back drop of stars.

The Layering Leaves stamp set (161277) has a perfect image for this and the Night of Navy & Gold Glittered Ribbon (162011) adds another pop of gold. Recognize the sentiment? It’s from our Unbounded Love Stamp set (163378), since this is an image only set you can choose your favorite sentiment set to go with it! And I hope you can see it but the moon has been cut out with our Stylish Shapes Dies (159183) that have a lovely stitched edging to highlight it.

This next card has a tropical feel to it since it uses our In Color, Summer Splash and the Perennial Postage Dies (162607).

Don’t you love the little dolphins?

Same stamp set, very different looks and feel. It’s one of the things I love about stamping – so easy to change things up with just a bit of color!

Thoughtful Expressions

Love hummingbirds? I started to enjoy them about the time we started camping in the mountains years ago as they weren’t something I saw often growing up. My mother in law had a feeder on her porch and we’d sit on the swing watching them. I was amazed at just how close they would come to us. As we moved into our new home, I made sure to have one up in front of my dining room window so I could enjoy them. So when I saw the Thoughtful Expressions Stamp set (1628915)

It was one I thought would make some beautiful cards and it includes some sentiments that aren’t typical ones we find in sets. So today’s card uses this wonderful little hummingbird image to create a card I’m afraid we need more often than we’d like.

This card uses a watercolor wash for the hummingbird and then a layer of VersaMark Pad (102283/102193) and clear embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder (165679) to really make the little guy pop and give him depth.

The Thoughtful Designs Specialty Designer Series Paper (163317) adds a bit more shine to the project and a lovely shimmer and the Stylish Shapes Dies (159183) have been used to cut out both the paper and sentiment panels.

So what do you think? Can you see creating those cards you need using this stamp set like I can?

And finally this next card uses a quick and easy resist technique.

Embossing Powder (165679). Finally using our Blending Brushes (153611 or 160518) Summer Splash, Shy Shamrock, and Azure Afternoon has been added and the excess wiped off with a paper towel to create the emboss resist.

Adventurous Sky

The thrill of the open skies and freedom to fly. The biplane reminds me of the movies from WWI and Snoopy. Yes Snoopy, the Flying Ace, sitting on his roof with his scarf flying behind him battling the Red Baron.

The Take to the Sky Suite of Products (163832) is filled with wonderful images and sentiments perfect for those men in our lives and ladies too who love the adventures of the sky.

This Suite includes the Adventurous Sky Bundle (163447) that is currently part of our Bundle Sale that ends on Sunday, June 30th.

Check out these cards that were created with the Suite. This first card uses one of the tags from the Take to the Sky Designer Series Paper (163436) and a bit of the plane pattern paper.

A bit of stamping using the industrial stamp image has been done on the Smoky Slate panel using Smoky Slate Classic Ink for a tone on tone look that is subtle. The tag has been layered onto a piece of Copper Clay Card stock and Paper Snips have been used to copy the angle of the tag. A bit of our Pebble Path 2023-2025 In Color Jute Trim (161637) has been used on the tag and adds some texture to the card.

These next two cards step it up with some fun folds. This first card uses the Center Panel Pop Out Fun Fold.

with just a couple of score lines you’ve got a great card that will stand up.

The Take to the Sky Designer Series Paper (163436) adds a quick and easy background to this card. The Perennial Postage Dies (162607) have been used to cut out the sentiment and the fun little Industrial Trinkets (163450) add some shine and texture to the project. Add a quick signature panel to the back and your set to send!

And finally a card using not only a fun fold called the Twisted Fold, but also a simple technique!

This card uses simple stamping and the plane and clouds stamped in Boho Blue as it’s focal point that has been layered on our Stylish Shapes Dies (159183). The plane has one of those fun Industrial Trinkets (163450) for the center of it’s propeller. The card base has been dry embossed using the Cane Weave 3D Embossing Folder (160580) and a bit of

packing tape was applied over the top of the two panels giving it a metallic shine. Such a quick and easy technique that definitely gives this fun fold a wow factor.

Today’s cards all use the wonderful ocean themed Seaside Wishes Bundle (163498) that is currently part of our Bundle Sale and highlighted in my upcoming July Card Class.

This Bundle is filled with wonderful images that have texture built into them along with some lovely all occasion sentiments. Team the images up with the Dies to simply cut them out and use the additional images or take it to the next level with the Embossing Folder to add more texture. The choice is yours!

Check out today’s cards using this lovely Bundle. The first card today uses simple stamping to create a friendship card done in the soft colors of Petal Pink and Pool Party that give it a tropical feel.

A little sequin from the Adhesive Backed Shinny Sequins (Online Exclusive 133782) adds a bit of iridescent shine and draws your eye to the sentiment. This next card uses the Embossing Folder to create a quick and easy card front.

Done in Calypso Coral it uses our Flat Adhesive Backed Pearls (160449) to add some shine and mimic those bits of shine we see in the surf. And finally today a different color combination that is a bit less traditional when I think of the ocean.

This card uses the Petunia Pop for it bold color and adds some texture with it’s technique of dry embossing and die cut combination. The Petunia Pop 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon (163785) and Blooming Pearls (162238) adds some shine to the card.

Check out these two cards using this fun color.

This first card uses blocks of our 2024-2026 In Color Designer Series Paper (163777) to create a diamond shape for the sentiment found in the Unbounded Love Stamp set (163378). A little bit of Peach Pie 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon (163783) has been tied into a simple know and adds a nice touch below the sentiment. I think you’ll enjoy this soft ribbon that ties so well for projects like this.

And how about this card using the Cheerful Daisies stamp set (161290) and simple stamping?

Once again the Peach Pie 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon (163783) has been used to add a bit of texture and draw your eye to the sentiment. Pretty Petunia Pop

I hope you are enjoying this weeks monochromatic cards using the 2024-2026 In Colors. I’ve already shared cards using the Shy Shamrock, Pretty in Pink, and Summer Splash. Today I’ll be sharing with you a fun purple called Petunia Pop. I was excited to see a purple shade included with this years In Colors as we can always use another shade and this one is quite lovely I thought when I saw it.

To start with today I’m going to share a card using the fun patterns found in the 2024-2026 In Color Designer Series Paper (163777) and the So Sincere Stamp set (162283).

The rectangle shape is repeated in the sentiment using our Deckled Rectangle Dies (159173) and gives the focal point a bit of texture too. A cute little flower that has been punched out using the Petal Park Builder Punch (160576) has some sponging around the outside petals and a cute little 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems (163781) as the center in addition to scattered around the card front.

This next card uses the same little Petal Park Builder Punch (160576) as a cute little touch on this fun fold card to “hold: the corner down.

The fun little corner has been dry embossed using the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder (162189). A bit of Baker’s Twine Essential Pack (155475) has been tied around the banner that has been stamped using the Simply Said Mix & Match Stamp set (163756). Cute, right?

And if you need a card to just “check in” with a friend how about this next card using the Citrus Blooms Bundle (163295)?

Did you know this bundle is part of June’s Bundle Sale? You’ll want to be sure to check it out since it is part of a Suite, the Mediterranean Blooms Suite (163300) that is simply gorgeous!

And last but not least, a holiday card that just shimmers!

This card was created using the Sparkling Snowflakes stamp set (162158), 2024-2026 In Color Glimmer Specialty Paper (163771), and 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems (163781). The soft Petunia Pop 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon (163785) adds some nice texture to the shimmering look.

So what do you think? Like this shade of purple? Why not leave me a comment and let me what you think?

Then don’t forget to stop back by tomorrow when I’ll be not only sharing some cards using Peach Pie but also my weekly tutorial with you!
