Need a great set for our guys? How about the Whiskey Business stamp set found in our Annual Catalog on page 33? This set contains some wonderfully classic images and sentiments perfect for those men in our lives who enjoy this kind of thing.
Check out these two cards using the set. This first card uses our Water Painters (151298) to add some color the images.
And this card is done in Cinnamon Cider, Mossy Meadow and Misty Moonlight – what a great masculine color combo.
Simple heat embossing was done for the glass and then VersaMark was used to create the bottom tone on tone panel. Texture was added using our Tasteful Texture 3D Embossing Folder (152718).
So what do you think? This old fashioned sentiment makes me think of the mock brandy old fashions that my dad use to make for me at our tavern growing up. It was a real treat and made me feel so grown up.

We are all trying to get out a bit more and spend a little more time with the great outdoors so today I thought I’d share some cards made with the Rooted in Nature stamps and Nature’s Root Dies. This bundle is super for year round cards, masculine cards and more since it is filled with some wonderful sentiments.
This first card is done in Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive.
This next card uses the same Braided Linen trim but this time teams it up with some layering.
First the leaves are stamped in Mint Macaron Classic Ink. Then slice of tree is stamped in Soft Suede and is fussy cut with Paper Snips. A little sponging along the edges not only adds depth but also helps hide the edges. It’s popped up along with the top set of leaves. And of course, one of my favorite punches is used for the sentiment. The Triple Banner Punch (138292) is one that I reach for over and over again, so it is a great addition to your collection.
And here is a great monochromatic card – a classic color choice of black and white never fails to impress.
And finally this last card is packed with a lot of texture.
It uses our Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder (152320) along with the oak tree image which has been colored with our Crumb Cake and Early Espresso Stampin’ Write Markers for a cool effect.
So what do you think? Does it inspire you? Why not leave me a comment and let me know?
The Beautiful World Suite Collection (154140) is filled with wonderful rich colors in addition to a stamp set that is great for masculine, travel journals, retirement or even graduation cards. Our Suites are designed to give you coordinating products that a perfect for our advanced stampers who like to create more elaborate projects. But they are also great for our stampers who are just starting as you can choose the individual products that appeal to you.
Check out these lovely cards made using the set. This first card uses our Stampin’ Spritzers (126185) filled with the lovely new Misty Moonlight to create a aged look.
This next card done in Cinnamon Cider, Crumb Cake and Basic Black creates a rich look with the Classic Label Punch (141491) and Tailored Tag Punch (145667) Designer Series Paper Pieces in the background.
And how about this one that uses our Linen Thread (104199) and Every Day Label Punch (144668)?
All of these cards add a bit of texture to the back ground with the Old World Paper 3D Embossing Folder (153200).
This Suite is sure to be a hit with all of it’s options. So why not check it out and see what you think?

It’s another day of masculine cards. So why not check out these cards made with A Good Man stamp set (149270). The set is perfect for fathers with it’s imagery and wonderful sentiments.
This first card is done using our beautiful pallet of new 2020-2022 In Colors. Don’t you love the fact we have 4 new In Color options that we can add to our Stampin’ Blends collection? I know I do, coloring with Blends is sooooo easy!
And this next card uses classic Navy and Crumb Cake along with a bit of Denim Ribbon (149590) for a bit of texture.
Team it up with our Waterfront stamp set (146386) for a lovely beach feel.
It’s a set that you can’t go wrong with!
That’s it for the day. Don’t forget to stop back by tomorrow when I’ll be sharing some cards made with the NEW Tasteful Touches stamp set.

Love the water or know someone who does? Then the By the Dock Bundle (153817) found in the Mini Catalog might be right up your alley since it is filled with some great images that will bring to life the lazy days of summer and time on the water.
The font used for the sentiments is lovely too and what a great option for the guys in our lives. I think it is great that this Mini Catalog has some wonderful masculine set choices for us.
Today I had my team meeting and we had a great time sharing swaps – Our theme this month was masculine and they were all fantastic so I wanted to share them quickly with you today too.
This first card has been teamed up with the Letters for You Stamp set (141968) which is one of my favorite items that is retiring this year, since it is perfect for all kinds of projects including samplers.
And how about this card using our Retiring In Color Trqnquil Tide? It also uses our Water Color Pencils to color the muscle car – yep they aren’t just for water coloring.
And here is a lovely birthday card made using the Gate Fold with an added belly band – If you missed out on the Story Label Punch during Sale-a-bration good news, it will be available again when the 2019 Annual Catalog kicks off June 4th!
Recognize the sentiment? It’s from the retiring All That You Are Stamp set (148664) found in the Occasions Catalog on page 2.
And here is a beautiful card made with the retiring Up & Away Thinlits Dies (142748) that coordinates with the Lift Me Up stamp set (142893/142896) that is also retiring.
The beautiful background was done in Blueberry Bushel stamped. The retiring Marbled Background stamp (143755/144772) has been inked up and then stamped off first before stamping again onto the Whisper White layer to give it a softer feel.
And here is a fun fancy fold card using the retiring Country Livin’ stamp set (141922/141925) and our Well Written Framelits Dies (148534).
I love the way this card opens to hold a gift card or special sentiment. And do you recognize the die used for the Well Written sentiment? It’s the Lakeside Framelits Dies (146351) that coordinates with the Lilypad Lake stamp stet.
This next card was made using the Best Catch Bundle (150605) ad the Crackle Paint Background stamp (148755)
And how about this card made using the Let it Ride stamp set (148765) and the Pinewood Planks Embossing Folder (143708). Pat made it in honor of Derby Day this past weekend.
And the final swap card of the day uses the Butterfly Gala stamp set (148580) and Everyday Label Punch (144668).
Like I said it was a lot of fun swapping and sharing – We always stamp together, learn and share.
And of course there are always door prizes
And we recognize and celebrate each others achievements with Team Gifts & More

Do you sometimes put something you are working on aside and think – oh I’ll get back to that? I know I have a stack of things and I recently went through it to clean up my craft room. I was excited when I found this card that I did during a shoe box swap. I had not done a nice job as I wanted on some of the parts since I was in a hurry and so was going to fix it when I got home. LOL Fast forward…. you know how that goes.
Well I got it done with a few changes since it had been so long, but I really like how it turned out.
I’m afraid I don’t have any information on who shared this project, but I still love the original card that inspired me.
Masculine cards are always great to have on hand and this set is a particular favorite of mine for the guys in my life.
Well that is it for today – stop back by tomorrow when I will be sharing a fun little treat that you can whip up for St. Patty’s Day or other special occasion. Till then… Happy Stamping!

Today’s card is the one I designed for my November Birthday cards that I’ll be sending out today. This birthday card uses a fun technique that is one of my favorites to create fall colored leaves. It is called the Baby Wipe Technique.
This card layout is also one of my favorites since it is clean and simple but still packs a wow. And with the Baby Wipe Technique everyone will wonder how you created leaves with fall color too.
I’ve whipped up a quick tutorial so you can recreate the Baby Wipe Technique for your projects!

And if you want to make some of these cards here is my video showing you how the card is put together too.

I’m feeling a little bit country today and this set has a wonderful nostalgic feel to it for me and I almost missed it in the Annual Catalog. I’m a country girl at heart and grew up among the dairy farms of Wisconsin so these images remind me of my childhood and the country side dotted by red barns.
Today’s cards are done in our neutrals and make great masculine cards. This firsts card is done with Crumb Cake and Basic Black – a monochromatic card that is striking.
And this second card uses our new colors, Gray Granite and Merry Merlot along with the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper –
a bit of Silver Embossing and Silver Mini Sequins add a bit more texture to the card. Can you see the plants stamped in the background of the wheel and weather vain? It just adds a hint of interest and texture.
And how about this card done with the Artisan Texture, Enjoy Life and Stitched All Around stamp sets.
I love the way the Linen Thread is applied to the card strip – an easy technique, but it adds a lot of interest.
So, have a favorite? Why not leave me a comment and let me know which one you like and why?
