Graceful Deer

Quick and simple. That’s what the Graceful Deer Background Stamp (162084) means to me. One of the great things about big stamps like this is it’s a ready made card front. Just add sentiment of your choice and go!

I’m sure like me, you have a lot of memories of scenes like this. Just yesterday I saw a couple of deer somewhere I didn’t expect. Thankfully, I was luck and they didn’t dart out in the road. Here in my neck of the woods deer are a common sight along the road and in our yards. They tend to enjoy “pruning” our bushes when it’s a harsh winter.

Today’s card is done in shades of copper.

Copper Clay has been used for the card base and for a softer look Very Vanilla has been chosen. The stamped image has been heat embossed using the Metallic Embossing Powders (155555) and the sentiment has been die cut and a fun little Neutrals Adhesive Backed Sequins (161627) adds a bit of texture and shine.

A lovely little thank you card for this fall or winter don’t you think?

Night Divine

The Night Divine Bundle (161997) has been extremally popular this fall and so I thought I’d share some wonderful cards that use this Bundle along with other items from the O Holy Night Suite Collection (162012).

Done in a classic Blue and Gold this cards won’t disappoint and pack a wow factor. Check out this first card that uses simple stamping to create a lovely card.

The star from the Stars at Night stamp set (162000) has been stamped in Crushed Curry in the background after first stamping off and then the sentiment has been stamped in Night of Navy over the top. So simple but so striking. And of course a little bit of texture has been added with the Deckled Rectangle Dies (159173) and Night of Navy & Gold Glittered Ribbon (162011). And this next card uses the Gold Foil Sheets (132622) with the Night Devine Dies (161996) to create a lovely card.

The lovely Adhesive Backed Star Trinkets (162010) add a bit more shine at the top of the stable. And finally this next card is not only a beautiful card, but it also holds a little surprise inside.

Once again the Gold Foil Sheets (132622), Adhesive Backed Star Trinkets (162010), and Night of Navy & Gold Glittered Ribbon (162011) have been used. But theses is also some of the Gold & Silver 1/8″ Trim Combo Pack (Online Exclusive 161633) is tucked behind the star to add another pop of shine.

Open the card and you’ll find a little pocket to hold a little something too.

All of these cards use the beautiful O Holy Night Designer Series Paper (161986). You’ll want to be sure to check this paper out as it has wonderful 12×12 scenes perfect for creating home decor projects too in addition to cards like this.

Night Divine Bridge Card Tutorial for the Holidays

Do you love to create holiday scenes when creating your cards for Christmas? The Night Divine Bundle (161997) and products from the O Holy Night Suite Collection (162012) make this an easy thing to do with it’s coordinating products to choose from. And of course this Suite is great for making home decor items too with it’s full 12×12 scenes found int the O Holy Night Designer Series Paper (161986).

Today’s fun fold, called a Bridge Card is a wonderful way to display this beautiful die cut Nativity scene.

The Night Devine Dies (161996) gives you the ability to create scenes in silhouette and the dies have lovely details built in to them. This Bridge Card also folds flat and slips into it’s envelope for easy mailing!

Forever Forest

The Forever Forest Bundle (162058) is designed so that you can create scenes. The coordinating Forever Forest Dies (162057) have built in land scape elements that compliment those in the stamp set.

It’s great for avid stampers to love to create a little something special like this first card for the holidays.

The sky is our quick and easy sky from the O Holy Night Designer Series Paper (161986) and we’ve got tons of shades of blue in this card – Night of Navy, Boho Blue, and Starry Sky have been used along with the fun little bit of texture from the Night of Navy 3-8″ Bordered Ribbon (160581).

And How about this card? Makes me think of fall camping here in North Georgia and our cool nights here right now.

We used to camp every weekend when the kids were younger and had so much fun enjoying the break from every day life. How about you what do you think of when you see a scene like this?

And for the last card today, here is a lovely thinking of you card. Sometimes the holidays and winter can be tough

and the Wonderful Thoughts Bundle (161494) that includes all kinds of sentiments is a great one to team up with the images in this set. Our Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder (162026) has been used in the background and adds some texture. The soft colors from the Winter Meadow Designer Series Paper (162133) set the color palette for this card and the Lost Lagoon 1/4″ Bordered Ribbon (161171) adds a bit of texture and keeps this card monochromatic feel.

Courage & Faith

Sometimes we just need a little faith and courage in life and this stamp set uses a lovely font to convey those all important things to our family and friends.

The Courage & Faith Stamp set (161500) was used to create this lovely Thanksgiving card.

The sentiment has been teamed up with the lovely All About Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper (162178), Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder (161600), and lovely Copper & Natural Ribbon Combo Pack (162192). The Deckled Rectangle Dies (159173) give the card a bit more texture and create a lovely focal point for the sentiment. And don’t you just love the Azure Afternoon and Copper Clay combination? Not a traditional fall color combo but it’s quite striking. This next card has a completely different feel with the soft muted colors found in the Hello Irresistible 6×6 Designer Series Paper (161139).

This card is also a fun fold that shows off the lovely patterns of the paper.

Did you know that this lovely Designer Series Paper is part of our Online Exclusives? What exactly does that mean? Have you found this to be kind of confusing? And this last card uses some Gold & Vanilla 3/8″ Satin Edged Ribbon (159555) to make it shine!

The sentiment has been stamped in the Highland Heather and the boughs in Wild Wheat Classic Inks. It is amazing how the Wild Wheat gives it a feel of gold embossing when teamed up with the ribbon. Fun texture has been added with the Nested Essential Dies (161597) which draw your eye to the sentiment and Stitched with Whimsy Dies (155314) that borders the card front.

Radiant Light & More

Today’s card reminds me of my childhood. Isn’t it amazing how easily the sights and smells of the holiday come back to us with a simple image?

My mom always had a yule log in our home. She used a piece of birch tree from the yard with gold candle holders along the top. Every year she nailed pine boughs on the sides that were trimmed off the bottom of our Christmas tree. Long white tapers were placed in each one of those holders and they dripped down the tappers to cover the top over when they were lit.

The Radiant Light stamp set (162111) has simple sketched images that are quick and easy to color and wonderful sentiments for the holidays. This card uses traditional holiday colors of Cherry Cobbler, Shaded Spruce and color has been added using our Stampin’ Blends. And can you see the lovely shine on the candles? Our Clear Wink of Stella (141897) adds a lovely iridescent shine to the candles themselves.

Love candles? How about this birthday card created with the So Sincere Stamp set (162283).

This all occasions stamp set has the fun vertical Happy Birthday sentiment that works perfectly for this card.

Fun right? This bright colorful card uses our Azure Afternoon, Tahitian Tide, and Parakeet Party for a bright cheerful look perfect for anyone and all ages. The Twisted Rope 3D Embossing Folder (161545) has been inked up with the Tahitian Tide and through through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss to create an lovely background and of course the Parakeet Party 1/8″ Metallic Woven Ribbon (159196) and Adhesive Backed Glitter Sequins (162029). The fun little flames from the Beautiful Balloons Dies (161456) also have a bit of shine from the Clear Wink of Stella (141897).

Cottage Wreaths & More

More fall fun with projects from my team swaps. This first fun fold card uses the Cottage Wreaths stamp set (159652) and the coordinating Cottage Wreaths Dies (160238).

This is a great set to have on hands for all kinds of occasions and seasons as all you have to do is change the color and you’ve got a fresh new look.

Today’s card is one that uses Old Olive, Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie, Cherry Cobbler, and Crushed Curry to create the feel of autumn. It’s also a fun fold, pillar card so it stands up too.

How fun is that?

This next card is a sympathy card using the Something Fancy Stamp Set (160416) that’s been cut out with the Timeless Arrangement Dies (161525)

along with the All About Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper (162178) and Pecan Pie 1/2″ Bordered Ribbon (161634).

And finally a lovely card to say thanks using the Charming Sentiments Stamp Set (159985) and Gorgeous Garden Dies (161283)

Color has been added to the die cut image with our Blending Brushes and the sentiment has been punched out with the Lasting Label Punch (158651). This card has got a ton of texture that I hope you can see.
