Bright Hopes for Christmas

Still need to make your holiday cards? Here are some great cards I received during the Charlotte Regional Swap earlier this year. I’m sorry I can’t give credit to whom ever made them. There were no names.

Delightful Decorations

This first card uses our Delightful Decorations stamp set and matching Ornament Punch. Don’t you love how punches make it sooo easy to make a quick card!

Hello Doily

And this second card uses our elegant Bright Hopes stamp set and the Pewter Embossing powder that you can find in the Holiday Mini Catalog along with the Perfect Pennants die and Hello Doily Background Stamp from the Idea Book & Catalog.

Sneak Peek of the Holiday Mini

Well I’ve spent the morning freezing and canning some of the items from the garden my son pick and I’m ready to relax and do a little stamping.

I’m so excited about the Holiday Mini coming out on September 1st that I thought I would share with you one of my favorite items from it. I love Designer Series Paper and how easy it makes planning a card. So, today I thought I would share with you a sneak peek of the Spice Cake Designer Series Paper. This card is one of the cards I designed for my Charlotte Regional swaps. What do you think?

Supplies:

Stamp Set: Jack of All Trades and Grateful Greetings

Inks: Soft Suede, Old Olive and More Mustard

Paper: Spice Cake DSP, Soft Suede, Old Olive and Very Vanilla card stock

Accessories: 3/8″ Soft Suede Taffeta Ribbon

A Touch of Kindness from the Charlotte Regional

I thought this card was really cool when I received it for a swap at last weekend’s Charlotte Regional. It uses one of the stamp sets from our Summer Mini Catalog, Touch of Kindness. Isn’t it just fantastic? I wish I could share with you the demonstrator’s name that made this card, but she didn’t include it.

Remember there are just 7 days left to order your favorite items from our Summer Mini Catalog. Don’t miss out your favorites order before it’s too late.

More about the Charlotte Regional

This is my third Regional event and my first event that Shelli, our cofounder and CEO, attended. She greeted everyone with an opening message of creating and sharing what we love with others.  A great message to start off with since that is one of my favorite parts of being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator.

So today I thought I would share with you some of the fantastic display boards with cards made with our new yummy In Colors. My camera is not the best, so I hope you can see all the wonderful samples that were displayed.

Just Back from the Charlotte Regional!

Wow, I’m back from the Charlotte Regionals and I’m really jazzed. What a great weekend of fellowship with some wonderful ladies! Right now my head is just swirling with all the wonderful things that we got to see and learn about.

First, let me tell you about a special offer for those of you who might be thinking about becoming a Demonstrator and joining my team. Now through September 4th if you sign up and become part of my team you will get a stamp set from the upcoming 2012 Occasions Mini Catalog for FREE! This means you’ll be one of the first to get the new Sweet Cake stamp set – and you’ll not only get all the fabulous items in your starter kit, but you’ll already have one stamp set from the Occasions Mini Catalog when it launches. How great is that?

You can click HERE to join my team or contact me and I’ll be happy to help you and answer any questions you may have. Remember you only have until September 4th and this offer is only good through me since I’ve attended the Charlotte Regional so don’t delay!

There were so many fantastic swaps that I received from the Regionals I don’t know where to begin! Here are a couple of cards that unfortunately were not identified by the demonstrator so I can’t give whomever did them credit. Aren’t they just super – both use sets from our current Summer Mini Catalog. Remember, you can only order items from the Summer Mini until August 31st and then they’ll be gone!

This first card uses our Hostess Set, Love & Care, from the Summer Mini along with our In Colors Calypso Coral and Lucky Limeade on a Soft Suede card base.  I think the color combination on is very striking although I’m not sure you can really tell since my photos not the best.

This next card uses the Strength and Hope Stamp Set. Purchase this set and Stampin’ Up! will make a donation of $2 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. This set is also only available until August 31st
