Counting Sheep & Sale-a-bration

We have just a few more weeks before Sale-a-bration ends and there is still time to get your favorite Sale-a-bration products. Today’s post shares one of my favorite stamp sets, Counting Sheep (156591). I guess it has something to do with their sweet little faces, childhood connections, after all who hasn’t counted sheep to fall asleep? And of course, the show my son has had me binge earlier this summer – it’s about this guy who decides to run his own farm during the lock down and is filled with ideas about farming. One of his idea was sheep, as I haven’t had lamb with mint sauce since I was a child and grew up in dairy country I had never thought farming and sheep before so I learned a few things along the way in addition to something about England too. Anyhow…

Today’s cards are done in neutral tones, a perfect foil for this farm animal fun.

These cards also use the coordinating Sale-a-bration product Sheep Dies (156600) that coordinate with the set. I love the fact we have die options this Sale-a-bration, have you checked them all out? There is even one that coordinates with a stamp set from the Annual Catalog. And they work with our Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine making them great for beginner stampers too.

On a personal note I’m so excited about gathering for our Backstage@Home event that started with a welcome session yesterday afternoon. While it is virtual again this year, Stampin’ Up! still really spoils us. Check out this lovely box of goodies we received in the mail for this event.

and a bit of a surprise, a message in the bottom when we pulled everything out.

This card uses the Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper (155807) to help set the feel of the card and color pallet too. While this next card is clean and simple

using the dies for design along with a bright cheerful sentient in Polished Pink. And this next card teams the Counting Sheep stamp set with our fun new Picture This Dies (155559) from the Annual Catalog.

The card also uses our  In Good Taste Designer Series Paper (152494)  for some texture. If you haven’t already seen this paper stack, why not check it out? It’s filled will wonderful texture and natural colors.

Sale-a-brate with Counting Sheep

With Sale-a-bration in full swing I thought I’d share some of the Sale-a-bration products that you can earn for free when you place a qualifying order during August and September. It’s our first time doing Sale-a-bration in the fall and I think Stampin’ Up! has given us some really great options, like the Counting Sheep stamp set (156591) and the coordinating Sheep Dies (156600).

Adorable, right? And these dies add some fun images too, giving you even more options.

Check out these fun cards made using the stamp set. This first card is done in our bright primary colors Pacific Point, Real Red, and Daffodil Delight.

A bit of color was added to the background with our Blending Brushes on the Scalloped Contour Dies (155560). And how about this next card? Can you guess the Designer Series Paper stacked used as a back drop?

If you said In Good Taste Designer Series Paper (152494) you’d be right and the Mango Medley and Granny Apple Green used for a pop of color give this card a bright happy feel. Last but not least is this little lamb. Done in Garden Green and Basic Gray

this card uses another Sale-a-bration product, the Peaceful Prints Designer Series Paper (156628) and the Meadow Moments Embossing Folders (153126) for some quick and easy texture.
