As promised yesterday today’s cards have fun little animals on them and I’m going to start with the Little Monkey Bundle (161379) that has been so popular.
This bundle not only has cute little images it also has a fun little punch that goes with it making it very popular. This card uses the punch to build interest for your projects.
Done in Real Red and Basic Black that is a classic combo and a natural for this card. The dots in the background were created with the Dots & Spots Dies (159164). Did you know this type of card is built by starting with a square in the center and simply adding strips of card stock to create the shutter look? Yep, it’s that simple!
So what do you think? Great swaps? I love to be inspired and share with everyone at Stampin’ Up! events. Sharing cards with each other also allows me to make new friends and meet folks from all over the world and who would love that?

Each month I gather with my Team, the Blue Mountain Stampers and we share what we have been doing over the past weeks. Among other things we also swap cards and stamp together. It’s a lot of fun having a community of crafters that gather like this. Today’s cards are part of the swaps that were shared.
returning color Pretty Peacock and the wings have been partially cut so they have a bit of lift to them. The background has a bit of texture added to it by dry embossing with the Timeworn 3D Embossing Folder. A bit of shimmer was added with the Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels (158130). I love the way that these gems pick up the color your using them with.

Last Chance to hold your spot for August’s Card Class
My daughter just sent me a photo of her at the zoo, in front of a favorite spot in any zoo or wildlife area – the alligators of course. She grew up with the crockodile hunter, Steve Irwin and has always been fascinated with these reptiles. So today I share with you projects made with the cute little stamp set, Zany Zoo (161305). This stamp set is part of a Suite of Products that allows you easy coordination when making your projects.
This first card uses the little crock to create a fun cheerful card.
This card was inspired by the card you’ll see on page 46 of the Annual Catalog. The color pallet has been changed to a fun bold one and uses our Stampin’ Blends to color the little ballerina.
I think these whimsical little images are so much fun and I love the way the Designer Series Paper makes a great addition with all of the different things we love.
Not only is this set filled with sweet little images the Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper (161304) is filled with wonderful images coving all kinds of things like music, dance, camping and more! That makes it great for all kinds of folks that we need to make cards for. And the back side is done in Black & White making it perfect for all kinds of projects.
Check out this little turtle that is the focal point of this card that was created using the Something Fancy Dies (160424).
First, I love turtles so this little guy drew my attention and isn’t it cute teamed up with the pattern of different musical animals? The Tinsel Gems Four Pack (161623) were added for a little bit of shimmer. This package is a great option for embellishing your cards as it has 4 colors to choose from.
