My name is Jini Merck and I'm a Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator. I love being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, not only do I get to be creative every day, I also get to be a creative coach, offering fresh project ideas and encouragement to my customers and friends. For me, helping someone create that perfect project for a special occasion is the best feeling in the entire world. After all, creating cards, scrapbook pages, and gift items is about more than just stamps and ink—it’s about sharing a part of yourself with the people in your life. I live in Clarkesville which is in the North Georgia Mountains with my husband and two children. Although my family keeps me busy I enjoy the creativity of stamping and crafts and the fellowship stamping brings into my life. Spending time creativing cards and gifts for friends and family has been one of my favorite hobbies over the years.

I love this classic color combination Laura used to create her card

Done in Night of Navy and neutral tones it’s got a very vintage feel to it.

And how about this beautiful card that Michelle made using Sweet Sugarplum? I really like the Half Swing technique she used to make it extra special.

Michelle used the Layering Square Framelits Dies (141708) to help create the focal point with the image and then added our new Floral Affection Embossing Folders (141713) to add some texture.

Pop of Paradise

Love flamingos? If so then Pop of Paradise will be right up your alley.

The stamp sets contain bold images that are perfect for summer cards. And flamingos are certainly popular this year – I’m seeing them all over the place in home furnishings and clothes. (And of course like always they are popping up in yards. LOL!)

This first card was given to me by Sandy in a recent swap that I organized. I love the colors she chose, they are bold an cheerful – a perfect card to bring a smile to someones face this summer. (I’ve included the supplies below for you.)

And here is another card I received using the fun In Colors Peekaboo Peach and Watermelon Wonder.

Isn’t it fun the way it opens? And can you see the fun 2016 In Color Enamel Shapes (141410)? I love these new accessories come in multiple shapes and sizes. Fun, right?

Isn’t the little frog just the cutest? Imagine him with a pair of googly eyes – which I don’t have on hand right now. But never fear when I pick some up (once I have a car again LOL) I’ll create a new card using this little guy.

#imbringingbirthdaysback with Seaside Shore

Today’s card is one that I created for my July birthdays and my #imbringingbirthdaysback campaign. I think its bright and colorful and I love the way it turned out.

This card uses one of my favorite sets from the NEW 2016 Annual Catalog, Seaside Shore. It is full of wonderful seaside images. You can find this set along with a wonderful suite of products on page 92 & 93.

Check out the Perfect White Accents I used for the bubbles – I simply removed the white backing so they were clear and used my Fine Tip Glue Pen to adhere. Cool, right? and it’s another fun way to use this accessory.
