Thankful Forest Friends

Need a fun set for the fall? Why not check out the Thankful Forest Friends. It contains a lot of fun images that can be used all kinds of ways and different occasions since it contains animals.

Today’s card was given to me by Tanisha and makes a great card for someone special. She used the Into the Woods Designer Series Paper for the banner on this card and used the same colors and her Stampin’ Write Markers when she colored the sentiment.

Color coordination is one of the things that I love about Stampin’ Up! It makes life so much easier when you don’t have to think about coordination. (And I quickly found I saved a lot of money when I started using Stampin’ Up! products compared to when I shopped at those big box stores with coupons since everything works together.)

I love the texture of this card that was created with the Wood Grain Embossing Folder. And the Into the Woods 3/8″ Cotton Ribbon adds even more texture. If you haven’t felt this ribbon, it’s soft and ties wonderfully.

Berry Merry Holiday Fun

Check out these fun holiday cards that I received from Janet in my Holiday Catalog swap.

I love the glittery holiday look of these cards that she created using out Glimmer Paper and fun Glitter Ribbon from the Holiday Catalog. You’d have to see this Glitter Ribbon in person to really get the full effect of the glitzy glamour!

And I know with the gloomy rainy day we’ve got here in the North Georgia Mountains my camera just didn’t capture the full effect of these cards.

Flurry of Wishes Twisty Card

Yesterday I wanted to share this fun Twisty Card Video Tutorial with you but had problems uploading it due to my internet running very slow. It finished last night – so here we go.

I created this card using the Flurry of Wishes Bundle (140868). This bundle includes a coordinating punch, and you know me I can’t resist a punch. LOL! This fun movement card is great for those special folks you’re sending cards to this holiday season. You can even use it as a gift card holder. Simply add the card using a bit of our Tear & Tape Adhesive (138995) on the inside above the sentiment.

Acorny Thank You & Video Tutorial

The Acorny Thank You Bundle (140841) was one I knew I had to have for my fall cards. I thought it was cute and love the bold images and of course it had great possibilities and since it has the coordinating Acorn Builder Punch. After all who can resist a punch?

Today’s card was made using the bundle and the acorns were quick and easy with my Acorny Punch Tip!

Fall Fun with Lighthearted Leaves

Here is a fun fall card that uses a special fold along with the Lighthearted Leaves stamp set (139712).

I love the Gold Stampin’ Glitter (133457) that I was able to add with the new Fine Tip Glue Pen (138309). You can add wonderfully fine details with this adhesive.

We’ve also added a lot of texture to this card by crumpling the leaves up a bit, the Gold Glimmer Paper and using an the Elegant Dots Embossing Folder on the acorn cap and leaf. Can you see it?

Sleigh Ride

Check out these two great cards I stamped last week both used the Delicate Ornament Thinlits Dies (139667) as their base to start with. This first one is Kathleen’s shoebox and uses the Jingle All the Way stamp set (139904/139907) along with the fun Sleigh Ride Edgelits Dies (139670).

I love Pool Party and Lost Lagoon together and the way Kathleen added the little touches with the Softly Falling Embossing Folder (139672) and Curvy Corner Trio Punch (139683). Check out the the new Silver Cording Trim (139620) and Silver Glimmer Paper (135314) used for the top of the ornament. They add a touch of elegance to the project.

This next card also uses the Flurry of Wishes (139732) and coordinating Snow Flurry Punch (139680). These two items come in a money saving Bundle (140868) so not only can you create fun projects but you can save a bit too!

The pop of Real Red against the Soft Sky card base is fun and can you see the texture Maria added with the Elegant Dots Embossing Folder (138287)?

All Ye Faithful & Weekly Deals

Today’s cards are use the new stamp set All Ye Faithful which contains wonderful sketched images for Christmas.

This first card not only used the All Ye Faithful stamp set (139898/139901) it also uses the Hardwood Background stamp (133032/133035) to create the stable.

The card was stamped with Be a Star (135734/135734) and was cut out using the Star Framelit dies (133723). And can you see the embossed stars behind the manager? They were created using our Lucky Star Embossing Folder (135817).

This card has lots of texture that draws your eyes to the focal point.

This second card was given to me by Tanisha and while it uses the same All Ye Faithful stamp set it has a very different feel to it.

I just love the colors and berry pattern found in the Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper (139592) that was used behind the rich and elegant Very Vanilla 1 1/4″ Subtle Stripes Satin Ribbon (139616). How about you?

Among the Branches

Same stamp set – two very different styled cards. This first card not only uses the Among the Branches stamps set (139823), but it also uses the Gorgeous Grunge (130514/130517) to add a little texture and interest behind the Tea Lace Paper Doilies (129399).

The The Silver Glimmer Paper (135314) and Basic Rhinestones (119246) give it a little pizzaz.

And this one is elegant and classic –

I love the Gold Foil Sheets (132622) and Gold 1/8″ Ribbon (134583) that give it that touch of formal elegance.

Snowplace fun!

Check out these two fun cards that I made during my Team shoebox swap. Both use the Snowplace stamp set (139738) and the coordinating Snowfriends Framelit Dies (139664).

This first card was designed by my friend Anna.

Anna used traditional Christmas colors when she designed this card along with the bundle and the Softly Falling Embossing Folder (139672). The sentiment was cut out using the Project Life Cards & Labels Framelits (135707).

This next card is a fancy fold

Along with the Snowplace bundle (140844) we used the Sheltering Tree stamp set (137163) and Whisper White Craft Ink (101731) to create the soft snow look.

I just love the sentiment space! We used a circle punch to create a mask that we then stamped around with the Flurry of Wishes (139732) snowflakes in Pool Party and Night of Navy – love the look, but then I love everything winter!
