I love to use simple techniques when creating cards and today’s card uses a technique that I will be highlighting in my Technique Tuesday class this month.
I just love the For All Things stamp set found in the Holiday Catalog. It is so versatile and lends itself to all kinds of stamping techniques too. And our 2014-2016 In Colors are great rich colors, perfect for fall and masculine cards.

The Truly Grateful stamp set (131730) is one of the items that is currently part of our Weekly Deals and so I thought I would share with you a card I made recently using this set.
This set has some great images and the wood grain image in particular is wonderful to use when making cards for our guys. And as funny as it sounds the “log” image is what drew me to this set to begin with – I’ve got guys who like to turn wood on the lathe. LOL
I really like the way that this card turned out using the current 2014-2016 In Colors and Crushed Curry. The 2014 In Colors are so rich and are great for fall, vintage, and guy cards. And of course you’re seeing them all over in the stores so they are right on trend too.
