February Coffee & Cards Event

During this event you’ll make 6 cards (2 each of 3 designs)

Work at your own pace – Cards are clean and simple designs and easy to complete in about 1 hour. The class includes cards for birthdays, thinking of you, thank you, seasonal and more!

Date: Tuesday, February 24th

Time: 10 a.m. or 6:30 p.m.

Cost: $15 (free with a minimum order at event)

Envelopes are included just bring your Snail Adhesive and you can make additional cards for just $1.50

Caring with Cards Event & bacon

On a personal note – I’m hoping you had a wonderful Christmas. Ours was a bit quieter than normal since the kids are a little older now – but it is always wonderful to share in the Christmas spirit together.

Today I wanted to share with you a project that my son worked on for his girlfriend’s Christmas present. I thought he was pretty clever – since it was a gift of time, not something you could actually wrap.

Here is what he came up with.

The 6 pack of Coke – is for the World of Coke museum, and since when he was unloading his truck a couple fell out of the package he salvaged what was left and filled one with goldfish as a hint for the Atlanta Aquarium.

As I was getting ready to head out the door on the Monday before Christmas, he was in my classroom asking questions and stamping away making these cute little “tickets” to go along with the 6 pack.

And since his girlfriend loves bacon – he made this clever tag for the package. (He originally had seen bacon wrapping paper online, but thought the price was a little ridiculous for two sheets – so he came up with his own version. LOL Yes, seriously bacon gift wrap!) Here is the photo he texted me when he was done wrapping – I thought it was pretty clever too.
