Birthday Blossom & NEW Weekly Deals

Posted on August 4, 2015 by Stamp with Jini

Simple and Elegant that is what call today’s card. Check it out.

What do you think? Black & White is such a classic combination and I think this card that I received in a swap Jackie is sweet.

Did you know that we now have a Whisper White Thick Card stock (140272) option when creating cards and using a card base of Whisper White? I think you’ll really love the choice and this card stock weight when making your cards bases. It has a wonderful feel to it and makes the card much more substantial feeling. Of course you can still use our Whisper White just like always because it is a great product, but it is wonderful to have a choice, right? Why not check it out?

New Weekly Deals start Today!

Posted on July 28, 2015 by Stamp with Jini

Woo hoo! New Weekly Deals and Bonus Deals for this week were posted today!

Remember these deals are while supplies last – Want something but don’t want to place an order Online? Contact me today before 9 p.m. (ET) and I include your items with the order going tomorrow morning.

And when you subscribe you’ll have access to our past kits and refills!

On a personal note it’s been crazy hectic, but wonderful last few days with both our daughter, Kaitlin and my sister in town. It was the first opportunity for us to see Kaitlin since she left for the Seattle Cascades back in June and her hug was intense when I saw her on Friday morning at South Cobb High School where they were staying and practicing.

As you can see big smiles all around so I guess she misses us. It was also the first opportunity for me to see the corp in action. It was really quite interesting to see them working – and they are working hard in Hotlanta as they referred to it. I hated to tell them it’s been a cool summer so far for the most part. LOL

They performed at the Atlanta Dome on Saturday and received their highest score to date!

Larry was sooo excited to see the kid – he’s a proud dad and is counting down the last 2 weeks of tour.

We’ve also been enjoying the beautiful North Georgia Mountains with my sister, Mandy. She loves the water falls around the area and was able to fit three in this trip. Here is a group shot at Anna Ruby Falls near Helen.

It was a nice Sunday afternoon hike. Even our son Johnathan took a break from his buggy and joined us for this side trip.

I’ll be back on track later this week and look forward to sharing some more of the swaps that I’ve received. So many great ideas!

No Bones about It – Swapping Fun!

Posted on July 7, 2015 by Stamp with Jini

Do you like to see what others create? Well I do – an that is part of the fun getting together for our team meetings. Swapping and learning from each other. Here are three of the cards that I swapped last week at the meeting I told you about last Thursday.

This first card was given to me by Susan and it uses the stamp set No Bones About It (138756) and the Go Wild Designer Series Paper Stack (138756).

Fun right? This set is just, well… fun – and I couldn’t resist this great card!

How about Christmas in July? Check out this fun Christmas card that Janette gave me using the Gorgeous Grunge (130514/130517), Petite Pairs (128706/122497) and the Flower Shop stamp sets (130939/130942).

What a great way to use a non holiday set to create your holiday cards!

And finally a card from Teresa using the 2015-2017 In Color Envelope Paper (138312) and the Tree Builder Punch (138295).

I always enjoy getting together for these monthly meetings and learning new things while stamping together. I’ve got a lot of great swaps that I just received and want to share with you so stop on by again tomorrow.

Nautical Fun & Bonus Deals!!!

Posted on June 30, 2015 by Stamp with Jini

It’s summer and as it heats up that means the beach and pool time. And since my summer memories always include Lake Michigan, when I ran across these memo pads I couldn’t resist picking up a few to make little gifts for some friends along with one for myself of course.

Red, white and blue – nautical colors and perfect for these little note pads. I let the note pads dictate which stamp sets I used. And the images went perfectly with the Open Sea and the Sea Street stamp sets.

And check out this one that I made for my friend Janie who deserves a bit of pampering lately. I hope it will remind her of some fond memories from her trip to New England last year.

What do you think? Fun right? I’m hoping my friends will like them.

Bonus Deals Begin Today!

Stampin’ Up! is offering some amazing discounts on more products in the Weekly Deals and Clearance Rack this month! Check them out and go to my Online Store or give me a call to place your order and get yours!

On a personal note, I hope you’ll bear with me and my technology issues. It’s been a rough couple of days trying to get things done on my blog. Yesterday the whole area was down most of the day before we could get the internet back. And for now I’m working on my blog from my daughters computer which makes things a bit more challenging to post since Kaitlin’s system is so different from mine. 🙂 Everything else of course is normal but the blog is a bit tricky for me. Old dog….new tricks you get the idea. LOL

Paper Pumpkin Fun & Weekly Deals

Posted on June 9, 2015 by Stamp with Jini

Recently I had the opportunity to stamp with a lovely group of ladies during a private party. Not only did my Hostess, Becky get to earn some items on her wish list with her Stampin’ Rewards, but everyone was able to make a couple of cards to take home with them.

Of course the NEW stamp set Sprinkles of Life (139971) and it’s coordinating Tree Builder Punch (138295) was a natural choice. I love this set not only is it versatile but when you purchase it you’ll be helping families who have to stay in the Ronald McDonald House since Stampin’ Up! donated $3 for every set sold. How great is that?

And everyone also created a card using a Paper Pumpkin kit – called Seriously Amazing. Everything is included in the Paper Pumpkin kit and refills make it easy to make more of the great projects.

Here is the kit and yes everything you need is in this great little package!

It was a lot of fun seeing what everyone created with the same kit contents.

Check out this great card – fun right?

Great news – Paper Pumpkin is 50% Off for the next two months when you sign up during the next 48 hours – but you’ll want to hurry since the deadline is Wednesday, June 10th at 11:50 p.m. (MT). It’s simply enter the promotion code SAVE50 when you sign up – Click HERE to sign up today!!!
