Elegant Leaves Caring Thoughts Card Tutorial

Today’s card uses simple stamping to create a card to let someone know you are thinking of them this fall.

I’ve used the Elegant Leaves stamp set (168300) that is part of the Elegant Leaves Bundle (168303) for this project along with some fall colors that we are seeing in our surrounding area right now.

A few Radiant Gems (168363), a bit of the Baker’s Twine Essential Pack (155475) tied in a bow and the Softly Woven Embossing Folder (168466) add a touch of texture to this card.

I’ve got a tutorial for this card today that I wanted to share with you along with the PDF with the measurements and supply list. So why not check it out?

Elegant Leaves

It’s another beautiful fall day here in North Georgia. And while it is a bit warmer than normal it is still a great day for taking a walk in the woods to enjoy the changing season.

Today’s card uses our beautiful Elegant Leaves Bundle (168303) and it’s beautiful sentiment.

This bundle uses a fun two step stamps that allows you to stamp images multiple ways and in multiple colors. Today’s card uses the detail two step image and dies to create a tone on tone effect for the leaves.

Some of the beautiful Autumn Opulence Specialty Designer Series Paper (Online Exclusive 168336) and wonderfully rich Autumn Woodland Glimmer Specialty Paper (168335) add a beautiful backdrop for this project.

Do you notice the frame around the sentiment? This was created with the Tile Garden Dies (168573) which has been taken from a square shape to rectangular one simply buy running it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss twice.

A simple trick that allows you to create more shapes with this die set staple.
