More Snowflake Wishes

Snow. How magical and beautiful it is with it’s icy blues when it falls and lays pristinely on the ground. And the Snowflake Wishes bundle gives you just that. The fun of the Christmas snowfall without all the work!

Check out these 3 lovely cards done in shades of blue and lots of glittering perfection – perfect for the holiday season. This first card uses simple stamping and teams it up with the Snowflake Splendor Designer Series Paper  and Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper. The Snowflake Splendor 1/4″ Ribbon adds a bit more sparkle! I love how this ribbon picks up the colors around it, making it a great choice for all kinds of projects.

There is lots of texture on this next card since it uses the Winter Snow Embossing Folder as a back drop.

And this last card uses an emboss resist technique – the snowflakes are heat embossed using White Embossing Powder (109132) and then sponged to make them pop! For this card the Blue Adhesive Baked Gems bring a bit of glitz!

Snowflake Wishes

Today’s cards are all made using the Snowflake Wishes Bundle that is highlighted in my upcoming Card Class & Stamp A Stack. It speak of the wonder of winter with snowflakes and wonderful sentiments. The set even includes a Happy Hanukkah sentiment for your card making needs.

I really love the images and colors that the Snowflake Splendor Suite (155115) contains with it’s shades of blues and purples. You’ve got a lot of options when creating AND it has a wonderful Glimmer Paper that coordinates with it too. After all who doesn’t love a bit of sparkle during the holiday?

Check out this first card highlighting the Balmy Glue Glimmer Paper (153513) and Blue Adhesive Backed Gems (153547) along with other products found in the Suite.

This card and the next uses our Tasteful Labels Dies (152886) to cut out and pop up the sentiments.

And this next one uses the lovely die that is part of the So Many Snowflake Dies (153560) that gives you this wonderful negative space with a stitched edging.

It uses our beautiful Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper (150444) as the back drop to create the feel of winter.

Gift Wrapped

First a quick reminder if you haven’t already redeemed your Bonus Days Coupons there are just a couple of days left to do so.

You don’t want to miss out on the savings while you get some of your favorite new things too!

Today’s stamp set seemed perfect for today’s post since I feel like I unwrapped a wonderful gift yesterday afternoon with the kick off of our leadership event. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate each and everyone of you who allow me to share what I love with you. Without you I couldn’t achieve my goals and be included in special leadership events like the Leaders Summit this weekend. So here’s to you!

I thought I’d give you a little look of my peek at my set up this weekend – my guys helped me rearrange a bit so I’d be more comfy with a larger screen to stream on.

Sorry I know they aren’t the best pictures, my daughter says I’m selfie challenged, but you get the idea. Of course, as with every Stampin’ Up! event we need some chocolate and snacks.

And yes, Larry did spot the chocolate first thing as he walked through the classroom lol. (You’ll be happy to know I did provide him with his own little bowl which made him happy. Although, I’m not sure how much he got since Johnathan quickly found it too!)

Well on to the projects, right? These cards are all made with the Gift Wrapped Bundle found in our Mini Catalog. While each of the 3 cards use the same stamp set, each has a very different look. Isn’t that the great thing about stamps? We all start with the same stamps but we can get creative and personalize it to suit our needs.

This first card teams up the Gift Wrapped Bundle with the Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper (153527) and some vellum that has been dry embossed using the Winter Snow Embossing Folder (153577) for a festive feel.

This next monochromatic card is done in Pretty Peacock.

Some shine has been added to the bow with Clear Embossing Powder. The bow was first stamped in Pretty Peacock Classic Ink and then again in VersaMark. Allowing it to be heat embossed which gives it really cool effect. And if you didn’t notice them in the Mini, the Iridescent Pearls (153549) are simply beautiful!

This last card uses the lovely Snowflake Splendor Designer Series Paper (153512) and the Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper (153513).

Talk about sparkle and glimmer! And check out the cute little Snowflake Adhesive Baked Embellishments (153545).

This Bundle includes a punch – and punches are one of my favorite things for quick and easy card making and other projects.

And did you know if your bows on your packages get squished and flattened you can try this? The Bundle will allow you to create lovely flat bows for those packages this holiday season so you can feel free to stack those packages!
