I love the look of today’s card since it uses simple blocks of color created with strips of the Beautiful Ordinary Life Designer Series Paper (167553).

This is a clean and simple design for quick and easy cards that has a visual impact.

The stamp set Extraordinary Life stamp set (167713) has been used as the focal point for this card and pulls it’s color pallet right off the paper used as a back drop. Done in a soft color pallet of Crisp Cantaloupe, Petal Pink, Pool Party, and Daffodil Delight. Cute little 2026-2028 In Color Butterflies (167656) add a bit of shine and texture.

It also uses the Lazy Daisy 3D Embossing Folder (Online Exclusive 167196) as a background for this project giving it lots of texture and interest. A bit of Wink of Stella Glitter Brush (141897) adds some shine and the Array of Dots (167559) a fun pop of color and shine.

I love the fact these butterflies are not stamped in a traditional neutral like black, instead they are stamped in Pretty Peacock that feels softer and looks great with the color combination used for the card. How about you?
