Organization for the 2026 May Mini Catalog, Blends & More

I’m sharing some of my organizational items with you today that I use in my own crafting space. Some of these I’ve been sharing with you for years with each new Annual Catalog that contain our NEW In Colors.

These are things that I find helpful to get my colors organized quickly and easily. So first my labels – I use these for all kinds of things in my space in addition to swatches.

I add them to my hanging file folders that hold each of my card stock colors.

I also use these labels on the storage units. The piece of card stock and label make it so simple for identification on what hasn’t been put back in it’s place when I’m done creating!

I find this works well for me since we first introduced this storage. And I add a 1/2″ strip of card stock for each of the Blends slots, this is a great visual to see what’s not in it’s place too!

I use them on my swatches and color combo cards also.

Our color coach changes with each annual release of our In Colors. I love adding this printed color combos to the back of a piece of card stock with the label on the front for identification. This makes seeing the color with the Designer Series Paper so simple and keeps it at my finger tips.

The 2×3 swatches I carry with me when shopping for color coordinating for projects I’m going to make. It’s a great way to check if the goodies I find work for me.

Speaking of identification – my Stampin’ Blends get this little label for easy identification.

And a punch make these circles easy to punch out – I simply add a glue dot and attach them to each end of the Blends.

Simply print it on Basic White Card stock and punch! Don’t forget to check out page two if you have older blends as I added them since I’ve been doing this for you too.

And finally a little inventory chart I keep so that I know what I have and what I don’t have.

Want a quick visual of each color? A circle punch makes placing a bit of each color at the top of the color quick and easy as you add them to your collection. I print this onto a piece of Basic White Card stock to make it a bit more sturdy. (This is last years, but I’ve updated the inventory chart for you below.) They are great if you are ordering at classes or on the go.

If you love this kind of thing you can look for past Organizational items by searching or going to the category – I’ve posted these annually and when we have a color refresh as you can see.

Enjoy! For me this organization is part of the fun of a new catalog. I can’t be the only one, can I?
