Recently I had the opportunity to stamp with a lovely group of ladies during a private party. Not only did my Hostess, Becky get to earn some items on her wish list with her Stampin’ Rewards, but everyone was able to make a couple of cards to take home with them.

Of course the NEW stamp set Sprinkles of Life (139971) and it’s coordinating Tree Builder Punch (138295) was a natural choice. I love this set not only is it versatile but when you purchase it you’ll be helping families who have to stay in the Ronald McDonald House since Stampin’ Up! donated $3 for every set sold. How great is that?

I was sad to see these two sets on the retirement list that feature both cute and cuddly critters in them. They have been two of my favorites to use. After all who doesn’t like animals, right?

Paper Pumpkin Fun

Have you ever wondered what Paper Pumpkin was all about? Well recently during my Customer Appreciation event everyone got to try making one of the projects from the December Paper Pumpkin – All Shook Up. It was fun seeing how everyone used the same items for their kit.

So what is it all about? Well first let me tell you it’s a whole experience that starts when you see that bright red box in the stack of mail. (Even my husband loves the little red box!)

It brightens my day to see it – And it is a surprise since I never know what is in the box – I just know that I’m going to enjoy the surprise and the fun of putting the projects together.

December’s kit made 9 cards (including thank you, happy birthday, and hello), and had a lot of left over goodies that I can create more projects with!

Here are some examples of the cards I made after using the confetti for the original projects.

Fun right? And I can make a ton of these since there are like 5 sheets of these stars!

Just add some items you’ve already got – I found this idea on Pinterest. It was so simple, I simply added some Silver Foil Paper (132178) and some Metallic Silver Baker’s Twine (132976). You can see the rest of my close ups on my face book page.
