This bundle is so much fun to work with and makes elegant cards for the holiday season. Check out these three cards all using the die cut as the focal point. Done in both foil and card stock you can’t go wrong!
This first card uses the Silver Foil (132178), Swirls & Curls Dynamic Embossing Folder (147923) and the elegant Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon (144213)
And you’ve got to love our Metallic Pearls (146282) which contains both gold and silver pearls, they’re so rich looking and perfect for our holiday cards!
And here is one using the Joyous Noel Specialty Designer Series Paper (147816) with it’s copper accents.
The vellum adds a bit of interest and texture to this card.
And how about this card? I love the feeling of a silhouette this card creates.
And done in Gray Granite with the wood tones from the Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper (147820) it’s quite striking.
Stop back by tomorrow when I’ll be sharing some more cards using the Dashing Deer Bundle with you

Today’s card is the final project we made during my Holiday Catalog Kick Off and it is a fancy fold. I love the fact that we can create 3d cards using just ink and card stock! For me it’s one of the things that make paper crafting so much fun!
The Dashing Deer Bundle of products coordinates with this month’s Host Special – the Dashing Along Designer Series Paper which is perfect for projects like this since it contains multiple sheets of the same patterns. The images in this set are lovely, but when teamed up with the coordinating Detailed Deer Thinlits Dies your options are endless.
This card uses a fancy fold called the Easel Fold and I’ve whipped up a quick tutorial show how this quick and easy fold is created for you along with a printable PDF.
How to Create an Easel Card Video Tutorial
After watching the video do you want to make one too?
Well you’re in luck since I’ve created a PDF for you with step by step instructions to create this card along with a complete supply list too.
And today I thought I’d share some photos from the event with you.
Of course there was lots to see since we had a table with all the Designer Series Papers and some of the products you could touch and feel.
A table where you could see my upcoming Holiday Extravaganza Gifts & More projects. I’ll be sending out more information about this class room – make sure you are on my Newsletter List HERE so you can get all the details.
And of course some stamping fun!
Want to see more photos including my display boards with tons of cards? Why not stop by my Stamp with Jini’s facebook page and check it out? And while your there why not like my page so you’ll see projects & more that I share on facebook?
Enjoy! And if you love this card you’ll want to be sure to stop back next week when I’ll be sharing more cards made with this bundle!

I’ve got another project from my Holiday Catalog Kick Off for you – and a couple more Tutorials too! I originally designed this card for my Team Retreat in August, but couldn’t resist sharing it with you too!
This card is a wow with it’s texture and shimmer, that are created with a Copper Shimmer Mist, torn edge and Corrugated layers. And it’s so easy to do!
I’ve created a couple of tutorials for you. The first is a PDF for the card so you can recreate it for yourself it includes both a complete supply list and directions.
Falling For Leaves Holiday Catalog Card Tutorial PDF
Check out this short little video where I show you how you can create your own Shimmer Mist.
How to Create Shimmer Mist Video Tutorial
Once you play with the Merry Merlot & Copper Reversible Ribbon you’ll want some too – it’s to die for. And the Copper Shimmer Paint! So many ways to use this stuff – you can even use an Uninked Stampin’ Spot (141822) to create your own little Copper ink pad! How cool is that?
On to a couple of things you’ll want to know that are time sensitive:
Did you know that Fast Fuse is back? But it’s only While Supplies Last!
If you’re like me, you thought the days of Fast Fuse were done at Stampin’ Up! (You know . . .since Stampin’ Up! retired the product and everything!) However, our vendor reached out because they manufactured a surplus of Fast Fuse applicators and refills, and they offered to sell their excess Fast Fuse inventory to us. Stampin’ Up! took them up on their offer and purchased 2,500 Fast Fuse applicators and 72,000 Fast Fuse refills.
Whoo! hoo! So you won’t want to delay in ordering yours, since it while supplies last!
Items Approaching Not-Orderable Status
Here’s what Stampin’ Up! has told us.
Sales for the following holiday catalog products have exceeded Stampin’ Up!’s forecast and are continuing strong, resulting in a significant number of back orders. It will be at least 30 days before these items are back in stock.
147905: Santa’s Workshop Memories & More Card Pack 147807: Chicken Wire Elements
These products will remain available until Wednesday, September 19 at 10:00 AM (MT); they will then be placed in not-orderable status. After that you will receive a pop-up notification asking if you would like to be notified via email when these products are back in stock. This will allow you to find out immediately when the status changes for these items and they are again available for purchase.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Explanatory note: Costs incurred by backorders can be in the tens and even hundreds of thousands of dollars; therefore, after weighing the variables, we occasionally must make the decision to temporarily turn off an item number rather than permit back orders to accrue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, putting a product in not-orderable status while we wait for the stock to replenish allows the company to hold costs down.

How Do You Get a 2018 Holiday Catalog?

I chose today’s stamp set, So Santa since I’m thinking about our family, friends, and neighbors to the north in the Carolina’s who are waiting for Florence. Praying they’ll be safe. Living close to the beach has got to be wonderful, but it sounds like Florence will pack a punch. (The day here in North Georgia has been over cast and it’s been raining off and on so we can feel Florence getting closer even this far away.)
So Santa (147824/147821) is a fun set with quirky little images and sentiments for the holidays and you’ll find it on page 23 in the Holiday Catalog. These two cards happen to use the beach themed image. This first card teams the set up with the Tropical Chic stamp set (146750/146753).
.
And how about this card? I love the look of the surf board. I wish you could see it. I’m not sure my photo does it justice – colored with Stampin’ Blends, a quick swish of Wink of Stella and then a bit of VersaMark Ink Pad and Clear Embossing Powder.
The sand dollars and net were created with the Under the Sea Framelits Dies (146334). Too cute!
Well that is it for today since I’m a bit late posting – I’m sure my son will be looking for food soon, and since I’ve been playing in the classroom this afternoon making little treats for my Holiday Catalog Kick Off this Saturday I don’t have anything planned. LOL, so I better get going before he starts digging through the pantry!

Today’s cards all use the Country Lane Suite of products from the 2018 Holiday Catalog. This Suite is filled with wonderful products that you won’t want to miss out on. I immediately fell in love with the Tin Tile Dynamic Embossing Folder and the Galvanized Metal Paper.
You’ll want to check out this quick video sharing this new product and some techniques that can be done with it.
And who doesn’t love more options for our Stampin’ Blends? You’ll want to be sure to look for the 6 new colors being offered in the Holiday Catalog to add to your collection HERE. LOVE my blends – they make coloring so smooth and easy! If you haven’t tried them already, why not pick your favorite color or two and give them a try?

September is the month! Redeem your Coupons that you earned in August.
It’s almost fall and that means Halloween is right around the corner – If you love Halloween you’ll want to check out this fun card using the Spooky Treats & Winter Woods stamp sets from the Holiday Catalog.
This card uses simple sponging and masking to create a wonderfully spooky fall night!
How is it done? First you’ll create a mask using one of the Layering Circle Framelits Dies and a sticky note. Place the sticky note where you’d like it on your Whisper White card stock. Then sponge starting with the lightest color Crushed Curry in a circular motion to begin building the layers of color. Add some Pumpkin Pie and then finish with Blackberry Bliss. Remove the mask and you’re ready to finish stamping.
Yep, it’s that easy. Each time you’ll get a little different look based on your sponging which makes it a lot of fun.
And if you love this punch you’ll love this tip that Sara shared with us yesterday.
The Spooky Bat Punch (148014) cuts out the bats from the Toil & Trouble Designer Series Paper (147531) bat images! How cool is that?
You’re going to LOVE all the fantastic products in the Holiday Catalog! Why not come to my Holiday Catalog Kick Off and check them out? But hurry and RSVP by the end of the day September 12th so I’ll have enough goodies for everyone!
Can’t come? or don’t live local and want a catalog? If you don’t have a demonstrator why not email me at StampwithJini@gmail.com your name, address and phone number and I’ll be happy to mail one to you!
Love this card? Then you’ll want to stop back by tomorrow when I’ll be sharing some more wonderful cards from a swap I recently hosted.

We’ve got a fantastic Tin available so I couldn’t resist getting one of these for myself.
Gorgeous right? and this tin contains ink, a clear block, stamps and even a punch! Got to love punches. At least I do, especially the ease of creating multiples or on the go! Keep the tin or fill it and give it as a gift. The choice is yours.
Today’s card was inspired by one that Stampin’ Up! did in training for us in our quarterly magazine.
I love the soft feel of this card that I’ll be sending out for this month’s Thank You to those that order.
Want to make some too? Here is a FREE Tutorial for the card.
(I’ll include a complete supply list below for you.)
And as I worked with the set I thought it would be nice to have a storage case for the stamp set too, since I’d like to put mine on my shelf with the other stamp sets – so I created a Standard Stamp Case Insert for it too.
Simply print it off trim and slide into one of our Standard Stamp Cases (119105). If you like this, you’ll want to check out my Organizational items from the Current Catalogs and more. Simply click on the Organizational Category.

Well as you can see I didn’t get to post this yesterday afternoon like I had hoped, but the good news is I can share it with you today and even more!
Last month my team enjoyed a shoe box swap and so today I thought I’d share some of them with you. This first card uses the Merry Christmas to All stamp set (147702). This set is filled with wonderful sentiments and has a coordinating Thinlits set, Merry Christmas (147912).
I love the warm country feel of the Festive Farmhouse Suite that was used to highlight this set. How about you? And good news I thought you might enjoy making this card too so I’ve whipped up a quick tutorial that includes the complete supply list for you!
