Do you ever take pictures with your phone and then totally forget about them? Well I do – a lot apparently since I just found these. LOL! Here are some pictures I wanted to share with you earlier this month and then forgot.

I made this card to send out for those May birthdays using the Endless Birthday Wishes stamp set (140273). It was fun, colorful and quick and easy since I used our Scallop Circle punch that retires at the end of this month. I’m going to miss these punches since they make great focal points!

The layout for this card was inspired by my friend, Janie’s swap that I shared with you HERE .

Got Grads?

It’s that time of year – and I needed some graduation cards. I wanted to try out my Large Number Framelits Dies this year and see what I came up with. I really like the way this card turned out AND since I’m using one of our Designer Series Paper Stacks I can make multiples of the card easily!

I ran across a card where someone that had used the Balloon Framlits for the tassel and thought it was pretty clever! (Sure wish I could see things like that when I look at a set – but then that is the wonderful part of stamping. Sharing ideas!)

And of course we have some wonderful sets that include graduation sentiments. I chose the B.Y.O.P., but we also have the Suite Sayings (140709/140712) from the Occasions Catalog, along with Happy Happenings (138734/139381) just to name a few.

And speaking of sharing – Maria gave me this wonderful card in a swap last week.

Isn’t it cute? It uses the Made with Love (138662) and Baby’s First Framelits Dies (133735).

In the Meadow

This was one of those sets that called my name, as soon as I saw it. I could see the possibilities immediately for all kinds of cards, including masculine ones and sympathy which are always a bit harder for me.

After all who doesn’t love nature? And these sketched images would look great embossed or done in neutral tones.

Check out this sympathy card I made with the In the Meadow Stamp set and retiring Going Places 6×6 Designer Series Paper Stack (140581). The neutral colors and natural feel of the patterns are perfect with this set.

And how about this one? While it uses the same basic layout I’ve swapped the Designer Series Paper for the Go Wild paper stack (138441). At first I thought the patterns were a bit intense, but then once I started using it I couldn’t quit. Doesn’t this pattern look like hoof prints?

Kind Koala Single Stamp

Did you know that this cute little guy is on the retirement list? Well the Kind Koala is one of our single stamps that is no longer going to available soon.

Saying Goodbye to Perfect Pennants

Perfect Pennants (133227/133230) is one of those stamp sets with great sentiments that are wonderful for all kinds of occasions. And did you know it is on sale? Perfect Pennants is part of our retirement list and will only be available until the end of May.

Check out these great cards using the stamp set that I’ve received in swaps over the years.

This first one was a team project done in Elegant Eggplant and uses our retiring Silver Fancy Foil Vellum along with the Silver 5/8″ Satin Ribbon and White Perfect Accents.

And this one done in just white and Bermuda Bay makes a lovely statement.

And here is a bold and colorful card make with the Bohemian Designer Series Paper (138446).

Janie used the Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set (128748/127802) and the Decorative Label Punch (120907) to create this great fun fold masculine card.

Both these cards were given to me at my monthly Team Meeting. I love seeing what everyone does during the month on their own.

A Basket full of Posies

I love when everything comes together easily and of course Stampin’ Up! gives us a great start since their products are designed to work together!

An example is this card that I received in a swap from Brenda. Not only does it use the flowers from the Crazy About You stamp set with it’s coordinating punch, but she also uses the Berry Basket Die and Handpicked Framelits Dies. They are sized perfectly for this card.
