Hello Sunshine

Today’s cards were some that I received in swaps and are created using products that are limited time Sale-a-bration items. I think these two stamp sets are a wonderful addition to any stampers collection since their sentiments cover all kinds of occasions.

These first two cards are created with the Hello stamp set (141240/141243). Joanne gave me this bright and cheerful Hello card. It also uses our Sale-a-bration Perfectly Artistic Designer Series Paper (141021) which is one of the three products only available until February 15th.

And this card uses our yummy Mint Macaron In Color along with Blackberry Bliss.

I love the way that Kate tucked the Silver Metallic Thread (138402) behind the layered Flower Medallion (137417) and Pansy Punches (130698). And can you see the embellishment that adds a bit of shine to the center of the flower? It’s one of our Itty Bitty Accents Epoxy Stickers (137856).

And here are some samples using the Sky Is the Limit stamp set (141282/141349). This first one Roxie designed for Valentine’s Day. It uses the Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack (140548).

And another from Tanisha. I love the quick and easy clouds she sponged for the background.

And these next two use the Sale-a-bration Perfectly Artistic Designer Series Paper (141021).

And finally this card from Joanne She used one of my favorite Designer Series Paper Stacks from the Occasions Catalog, Going Places (140581). I just love the White Vellum cardstock (101856) propeller and Neutrals Collection Candy Dots (130934) she added to it.

Something so small – just makes this a special little card.

Remarkable You

Here are three great cards that I wanted to share with you. All of the use the Remarkable You stamp set (139891/139894). Each of theme while using the same stamp set have a completely different feel.

This first one is soft and subtle. Char used the Aqua Painter Beach Technique to remove the color from the lilies before adding some soft color with our Stampin’ Write Markers.

And did you notice the little Elegant Butterfly (127526)? This vellum butterfly was stamped in Daffodil Delight using the Papillon Potpourri stamp set (132058/123759) and then punched out. It adds a bit of dimension since it looks like the butterfly just landed next to the greeting.

This next card a a bolder feel to it since the colors used are Watermelon Wonder and Mossy Meadow.

And finally this card is done in Tempting Turquoise, which always makes me smile. Nancy used White Embossing Powder to make her flower pop and then added a bit of Dazzling Diamonds to it’s petals.

This first card is from my friend Marni and uses the cute little Have a Cuppa Embellishments (140570).

I really like the way that Marni attached the charm with the yummy Bermuda Bay 1/8″ Stitched Ribbon (140569). This wonderful little ribbon is fantastic for a little pop of spring color and it ties beautifully too!

This second card is from Tanisha.

Don’t you love the little silver spoon? It was created using the Cups & Kettle Framelits Dies and our Foil Sheets.

And this final card is from Leslee.

I think its cute the way she used our Tea Lace Paper Doilies (129399) to create the impression that the cup is sitting on the table, right?

It’s Love at First Sight

Have you check out the First Sight stamp set found on page 36 of the Occasions Catalog? It’s a great set that includes all kinds of images that are great for all kinds of projects – not just Valentine’s Day. In particular the vine images are great to create collage type backgrounds.

Today’s card is one I stamped for a good friend of mine that I’ve know for years.

I think she’ll enjoy getting this card in the mail for Valentine’s Day. And since she loves her flower garden I know she’ll enjoy the little images that fit perfectly inside our Sweetheart Punch!

Bloomin’ Love Note Holders & More

Today’s projects are some that I made for my daughter and her college friends. After all who doesn’t need post its when you’re writing all those college papers, right? I know my desk is littered with all kinds of notes – over the years them become my to do lists. LOL!

I found these cute little note pads at my local dollar spot and knew they would be perfect for the kids. This first one is an easel holder. I wanted to make it look like the notes conversation hearts – so I chose one of the sentiments and stamped it onto So Saffron card stock and then punched it out using my Sweetheart Punch (133786).

I used the soft Wisteria Wonder pattern from the Have a Cuppa Designer Series Paper Stack (140567) to add a bit more umpf. And keeping it soft, I teamed it up with the Mint Macaron and Blushing Bride card stock. The colors once again reminded me of the conversation hearts that have been around forever.

This second little note pad is a bit more elegant and holds the second post it note pad that came in the package – since it only had two little hearts in the corner of the pad I went a bit bolder and used our Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper (140655) and pulled the colors Watermelon Wonder and Mossy Meadow for the card stock base.

I then used my Stampin’ Write Markers to color the stamp. I added a third color, Early Espresso, for the words and of course once again the Watermelon Wonder and Mossy Meadow from the In Colors.

I love punches, they make things so easy and my 2″ Circle was perfect for this sentiment. If you’re new to stamping our circles and scallop circles are a great place to start – they’ll make quick and easy focal points such as these!

And the final project for today is a card that uses the Bloomin Love stamp set.

It’s raining once again here in North Georgia so it was tough to get a good photo. I hope you can see the richness of this Gold Embossed heart. Maria used the soft Blushing Bride card stock and teamed it up with our Basic Black for this classic look.

I love the way Roxie created a quick and simple background using our 1″ Square Punch and pieces of Designer Series Paper. Reminds me of a quilt – which for me evokes warm fuzzy memories of bundling up on a cold winters night.

Today’s cards not only use the Bloomin’ Love stamp set, but have stepped it up by adding the coordinating B loomin’ Hearts Thinlits Die (140621). These two items are found in a great money saving bundle (140818) so you can step it up too and save 15% while you’re doing it!

This first card was given to me by Irene – I just love how the heart is teamed up with our New Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush (141897).

Bloomin’ Love

Have you seen the Bloomin’ Love stamp set in the Occasions Catalog? It’s got some great images and a coordinating Thinlits Die that is gorgeous. While this set is great for Valentine’s it is also wonderful for other occasions such as anniversaries and weddings.

Here are two cards I received in my recent swap that use the Bloomin’ Love suite of products.

This first one is from Joanne – simple and sweet. I love the bit of Pink Pirouette Seam Binding that adds more texture to the card.

And this second one is from Marni – Isn’t the Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper lovely? I find I am reaching for it time and again. I can’t get enough of this stuff.

Marni also used the sequins from our Love Blossoms Embellishment Kit (140551) to add a bit of bling.
