Lovely Amazing You

When I saw this latest Photopolymer stamp set at Leadership as a sneak peek I knew it was one that I definitely wanted. The fun font and wonderful sentiments were a must for my collection. And of course who can resist the feather that is included!

So when I received my set I immediately set to work on a special card and here is what I ended up with.

I designed this card for my Team meeting. I wanted to highlight the fantastic Irresistibly You Specialty Designer Series Paper that you can earn for FREE during Sale-a-bration with a qualifying purchase.

This paper has a glossy white pattern on it and is perfect for coloring using a variety of techniques – coloring reveals the pattern! And for this card we used 6 different coloring techniques! We did one square for each technique using different Coastal Cabana and Crisp Cantaloupe products.

Paper Pumpkin Fun

Have you ever wondered what Paper Pumpkin was all about? Well recently during my Customer Appreciation event everyone got to try making one of the projects from the December Paper Pumpkin – All Shook Up. It was fun seeing how everyone used the same items for their kit.

So what is it all about? Well first let me tell you it’s a whole experience that starts when you see that bright red box in the stack of mail. (Even my husband loves the little red box!)

It brightens my day to see it – And it is a surprise since I never know what is in the box – I just know that I’m going to enjoy the surprise and the fun of putting the projects together.

December’s kit made 9 cards (including thank you, happy birthday, and hello), and had a lot of left over goodies that I can create more projects with!

Here are some examples of the cards I made after using the confetti for the original projects.

Fun right? And I can make a ton of these since there are like 5 sheets of these stars!

Just add some items you’ve already got – I found this idea on Pinterest. It was so simple, I simply added some Silver Foil Paper (132178) and some Metallic Silver Baker’s Twine (132976). You can see the rest of my close ups on my face book page.

Letterpress Winter

Today’s card was created using the Letterpress Winter stamp set from the Holiday catalog. It’s a quick and easy card to create and I love the soft winter colors found in the All is Calm Specialty Designer Series Paper that was my creative starting point.

The Frosted Sequins add a bit of sparkle and the All is Calm Washi Tape a bit of texture and interest.

I love this layout – it’s a bit different since I cut the card base 11″ x 4 1/4″ and scored it at 5 1/2″. And can you see where I tore the card stock so that the Designer Series Paper peeks out?

Need a thank you or winter party invitation? Just swap out the sentiment for one of the others in the set!
