More Winter Woods

The Winter Woods stamp set and it’s coordinating dies are one of those items that you can use for great cards all winter long.

Check out this fun fold Christmas card made with the Stitched Nested Label Dies (149638).

While it contains a holiday sentiment these great images can be teamed up with sentiment sets that allow you to send a variety of cards. Check out these next two cards using the set and dies. I love the way this first card uses our Buffalo Check Background, Gold Embossing Powder, and Copper Foil to create this lovely sympathy card.

Merry Moose

I’m so excited that this stamp set and punch are returning this year. They were so popular that they sold out last fall. Not only are they returning but you can get a 10% discount when you purchase the Bundle! That’s a win, win right?

Filled with images or nature and some fun sentiments this set is sure to please. Check out these lovely cards made using this bundle with a warm country feel to them.

This first card uses an old staple – the torn edge technique to highlight the evergreens in the background. Sponging gives it a bit of a country feel along with the Buffalo Check (151372/147797) done in the traditional red and black check.

And how about this card that uses the ever popular Woodland Embossing Folder (152881) and ‘Tis The Season Designer Series Paper (153489)?

This final card uses simple stamping to create a lovely wooded back ground done in Old Olive and stamped off for different shades of green.

The moose has a bit of Wink of Stella on him for some added shimmer and the Star Designer Elements (150430) add a bit of copper to the mix. The moose’s scarf was created using a bit of the Real Red 3/16″ Braided Linen Trim (153546) which has a great texture when widened a bit with a simple pull on each side.

Rustic Retreat

Do you like wildlife or images of nature? If so the Rustic Retreat stamp set found on page 49 of the 2019 Annual Catalog might be right up your alley. Filled with filled with wonderful images and great sentiments – there is even one for Christmas.

And what a great masculine set too.

Check out these wonderful cards made with the set. This first card is done in masculine colors Mossy Meadow and Basic Black – it also uses the Buffalo Check Back Ground Stamp (147797/151372) we all love .

And this next card has lots of texture since it uses the 5/8″ Burlap Ribbon (141487) and Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder (151811). This time Crumb Cake, Soft Suede and Mossy Meadow were used to create a great natural feel.

The stamp set is great for just a stamped image or monochromatic cards due to the art work, but it is great for coloring too. Here are some more projects with the set.

OnStage Display Boards & More

It’s Thanksgiving today which means a variety of actives for us – so today’s post will be a quick one that is filled with lots of photos for you.

As I sit here thinking about the past year and everything that I am thankful for in my life I must include YOU, my stamping friends. So THANK YOU for all your friendship and support over the past year. I appreciate it more than I can say. Thank You for your patience as I’ve recovered from my ruptured disks and have grappled with my inability to do my normal every day things. Thank YOU for making my life richer, fuller and happier – YOU will be one of the blessings I will be counting today. And of course Thank you for allowing me to share my passion for stamping with you!

So on to some photos to inspire us – one of my favorite parts of OnStage is the sharing of our stamping ideas so there are tons of inspiration! Here are just a few of the boards.

These first two cards use the Celebrate You Thinlits Dies (146840). Our Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets (144106) make these dies so quick and easy to use!

Love the images from the Spirited Snowman stamp set (148075/148072) found in the Holiday Catalog teamed up with the Buffalo Check (147797/147794).

And who doesn’t love this cute little hedgehog made with the Painted Harvest stamp set (144783).

How about this bright card made with Friendly Conversations (146738/146741)?

I love simplicity of this card made with the Rooted in Nature set (146479/146482)

And aren’t these paper trees cute?

I had to go looking for this cute little guy – He is from the Best Bunny stamp set (147136) which has a coordinating punch.

And finally this card was made with our Host Set, Hand Delivered (146808) I love the way the Happy Birthday Thinlits (143700) and the eclipse technique were used.

Whew! Inspired? Now how about some shoe box swaps? The house is still quiet, lol!

I really love this One Wild Ride (141721/141724) card done in Blueberry Bushel

And the Love What You Do suite of products were used for this card.

Here’s another card made with the Best Bunny stamp set- this time it’s for baby. Done in Soft Sea Foam, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla.

A shaker card made with the Sea of Texture stamp set (146485/146488). This card was so much fun to make with it’s beads (146337).

And a couple of card made with the Animal Outing stamp set (146597/146600) to finish off today’s cards.

Painted Harvest Thank You Cards

Each month I stamp a special Thank You card for everyone who places an order with me and so today I thought I’d share the one I made for October.

This set is an oldie but goodie and I love the ease of working with these images. The set itself is a 2 Step set which means it gives you lots of options for color combinations. And this set is a bit special, since when you line of the mark that is shown to you on the sheet you get this beautiful image, turn it a bit and you’ll get a fuller flower. So much fun to play with and try different combinations!

The layout for this card was inspired by our Demonstrator Stampin’ Success Magazine that we get each quarter with tons of ideas and tips. I loved the color combination of the Grapefruit Grove and Petal Pink.

I’ve typed up a quick tutorial for you so you can make some too.
