Pennant Parade Christmas

Do you know which stamp set was used to create this card? It’s Pennant Parade! I received this card using Pennant Parade in a swap and am sorry I cannot give credit to the owner since it wasn’t labeled. I think it is a great card if you need to make a bunch since it is quick and simple.

Stitched Stockings for Christmas

Do you love our Stitched Stockings Stamp Set? I’ve got mine hung on our mantle – I’ve created a felt stocking for each of my family members over the years based on our personalities, so the Stitched Stocking Stamp Set and Stocking Builder Punch were a natural addition to my collection.

Here is a card that I received in a swap from Awilda Cruz at the Charlotte Regional this fall. Isn’t it cute? I like the way she used the wood grain paper from our Frostwood Lodge Designer Series Paper in the Holiday Mini to create the mantel the Stitched Stockings are hanging from.

Holiday Line Up

Holiday Line Up is such a cute set and the expressions on these cute little faces make me think of my brother-in-laws. For as long as I can remember these guys have loved to play jokes on each other and humor is always part of our holiday gatherings.

Holiday Line Up is great for those of us who like to have a little bit of humor added to our cards or gift tags. This is a card that I received from Diana Eichfeld -she used the Reindeer image from the Holiday Line Up stamp set. Aren’t these guys cute – and doesn’t it make you wonder what this little guy in the center was up to? I think the expression says it all.

Season of Joy

It’s the Season of Joy, that special time of year when we celebrate Christ. Here is a card that I designed using the Wax Paper Resist technique that we did in November’s Stamp Club meeting.

I used the Season of Joy stamp set since it coordinated with our Petals-a-Plenty Embossing Folder for the Big Shot.  After all, you see poinsettias everywhere this time of year. My son grew some in his green house class last year and brought one home that was beautiful. He was full of interesting facts about them that I wasn’t aware of, but then I have a brown thumb.

I love the way this card turned out, my family however liked my other design better. I’ll try and post the one I ended up using later so you can see which one you like better.
