Saying Goodbye to the Earthen Textures

The Earthen Textures Bundle (retiring 161514) is one of the items found in our retiring Earthen Elegance Suite and while the suite is sold out the components of the suite can be purchased separately and you’ll still save 10% on the bundle.

Here are some lovely cards made with this Bundle. You’ll love the stamp set has tons of built in texture and is great for masculine cards as well as all occasions with it’s wonderful sentiment choices.

This pack of Earthen Elegance Designer Series Paper (retiring 161503) uses our 2023 In Colors which gives it a nice earthy feel too. This first card uses our Moody Mauve as a grid behind the sentiment.

And this next card uses a simple technique, the torn edge technique along with the Deckled Rectangle Dies (159173) to add even more texture to the card.

And this next card uses Copper Clay and Very Vanilla to create a wonderful Monochromatic card.

Texture has been added to the sentiment with the Scalloped Contour Dies (retiring 155560) and Adhesive Backed Solid Gems (Retiring 161300). This next card uses Wild Wheat, Copper Clay, and the Pebbled Path In Colors to create the focal point.

The Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder (154317) adds a fun stucco look to the back ground and the Natural 1/4″ Wavy Trim (retiring 161517) adds a fun look. Last but not least this last card lets the Earthen Textures Dies (retiring 161513) and Designer Series Paper do the work for you.

The Pecan Pie works well as a back drop that has been dry embossed using the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder (156505) and layered on to the Pretty Peacock layer.

This bundle is lots of fun to work with as you can see and these products are while supplies last.

Doggone Friendly

Do you love dogs? I know I do. I can’t remember a time that a dog wasn’t apart of our family someone we loved. From my first little pup at age 4 to our two current little babies, dogs hold a special place in my heart. So when I saw the Doggone Friendly Stamp (162729) I knew it would be part of my shopping list.

Today I’m going to share some fun cards from my swap that use this stamp in different ways. I like the fact that this stamp has it all and we can highlight one or all of our sweet faces! This first card does just that.

The card front was stamped in Pebbled Path and then circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies (159183) was used to cut out the image desired. The pup has been colored and highlighted and then layered onto a larger circle of Misty Moonlight. This layered shape covers the hole that was created. And how about this next card that uses a quick pop of color on their bandanas with our Stampin’ Blends to draw your eye?

The sentiment has been stamped in the fun Tahitian Tide and punched out and layered with the Double Oval Punch (154242) and a bit of shine has been added with the Tahitian Tide 1/8″ Metallic Woven Ribbon (159197).

And this last card is a fun fold

It uses not only the stamp set but our More Dazzle Specialty Paper (161749), Natural 1/4″ Wavy Trim (161517), and Earthen Elegance Designer Series Paper (161503) to create tons of texture. Open it and you’ve got two additional panels with those adorable little faces.

This stamped image was stamped Pecan Pie once and then cut into three sections at 1 1/2″, 2 1/8″ to decorate the panels. So simple but it packs a wow in shades of brown.

Three cards, three totally different looks! It’s one of my favorite things about paper crafting, while we start with the same supplies we can create a project that is our.

On a personal note I thought I’d share a quick pic of my pups. Kona and Hana who are now 21 weeks old and just got their first grooming.

We named them after two towns we were able to visit on vacation recently. They are such sweet little faces, don’t you think? Why not leave me a comment and tell me what kind of pup you have?
