Good Luck Friendship Card

With spring right around the corner why not think friendship cards or St. Patrick’s Day cards? And today’s card uses the Good Luck stamp set (Online Exclusive 167223) that uses a lovely font for this friendship sentiment.

While this set is perfect for the Irish and St. Patrick’s Day who doesn’t love a good friendship card? Check out today’s card using this fun set that has tons of interest and different textures.

This card uses the Spotlight on Nature Dies (Online Exclusive 163580) to create a wonderful focal point and simple stamping for the background. The Shy Shamrock strip on the left uses the smaller images from the set. The horseshoe is stamped full strength and the little clovers are stamped in Versa Mark creating different shades. And a bit of Gold Embossing Powder found in our Metallic Wow! Embossing Powders (165678) ties in the Gold Foil Sheets (132622) strip. Rhinestones Basic Jewels (144220) have been added to add a bit of sparkle. Since they are normally clear a Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends has been used to make them coordinate and carry over the different shades of green on this card. And last but not least if the beautiful foil stripes band from the Pleasant Patterns Specialty Designer Series Paper (166950). This pack of paper is simply beautiful in person.

Musical Jamboree Friendship Card Tutorial

Today’s stamp set has not only a musical theme but also a camping theme. Who doesn’t love to camp? I know when our children were younger we spent most weekends gathered around a camp fire in the spring and fall and later when we got a pop up year round. So many great memories and today’s card reminds me of all those wonderful times together.
