Pressed Flower Motifs | Stamp, Scrap & Create with Me

Fall is here and the leaves are turning quickly creating a wonderful pallet of colors on the trees here in North Georgia. How about in your area? But the cooler days and nights make me this fall so today’s card is celebrating this new season.

This card uses the fun Label Me Grateful Bundle (Online Exclusive 166112) which is filled with wonderful sentiment and coordinating images for this time of year.

And this card was inspired by the creation Stampin’ Up! shared with us. Don’t you love being able to CASE (copy and share everything)? And why not change it up a bit to suit you and make it yours like this card does?

This card uses not only the Label Me Grateful Bundle (Online Exclusive 166112), it also uses the wonderful Need for Tweed Designer Series Paper (Online Exclusive 166144) a pack of paper that is filled with tons of texture making it perfect for this project.

More texture has been added with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder (164049) in the background and fun little embellishments that include Linen Thread (104199) and Pressed Flower Motifs (165215).

Wonder how the sentiment was created? It’s simple stamp your sentiment onto a strip of card stock the height you’d like and then run it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss using the Die to coordinate with the die cut Designer Series Paper. Yep, it’s that simple to create those wonderful sentiments for this project.

The Textured Notes Bundle (Online Exclusive 165556) is one of those bundles that has great images that have lots of depth and a fun set of versatile dies.

Today’s card is done in shades of Midnight Muse and Gray Granite.

The texture is carried though out the card since the Textured Notes (Online Exclusive 165555) also have some texture around the outer edges that is built in. The Country Woods Designer Series Paper (163393) gives this background a worn natural feel that works perfectly with the images, Pressed Flower Motifs (165215), and Cloud Cover 3/8″ Faux Linen Ribbon (165271).
