Storybook Moments Candy Bar Wrap Tutorial

Today I’m going to share a quick and easy project that I recently made for a friend. This project uses the fun little die cut pieces found in the Storybook Moments Designer Series Paper (164662) and other products found in the Storybook Moments Suite (164681).

For today I’ve used the cute little mouse in a tea cup since my friend is a tea lover. After all who doesn’t love a little tea with something sweet? But with all the choices and the fact you can cut out the Designer Series Paper too with the coordinating dies, this pack of paper is sure to be used up quickly so you’ll want to be sure to get an extra pack!

Darling Dinos You’re the Best Card Tutorial

Today I’ve got another tutorial sharing another fun card using the Darling Dinos stamp set (164728) and a Card Sketch I’ll be sharing with you too!

Today’s card uses the same Timeless Plaid 6×6 Designer Series Paper (164678) I shared with you on Monday and even yesterday too, but a different color pallet! I love the way we can do that with our Stampin’ Blends and a pack of our Designer Series Paper like this one. The color choices are endless.

Storybook Friends Easter Treat Holder

I love making little treats, it is what got me started in paper crafting as a child and came in so full bloom when my own children were young. So today I’ll be sharing with you a sweet little treat for Easter using the Storybook Friends Bundle (164675). I’ll be sharing these fun little treats with my fellow stampers at OnStage in Raleigh.

This bundle has some great images and sentiments so this treat can easily be used for different events, like a baby shower or spring.

Here is my little treat

It’s sweet right? And you’ll love the soft and lovely Petal Pink 3/8″ Scalloped Ribbon (164680) I’ve used, it’s so easy to tie into bows.

Darling Dinos T-rrrific Card Tutorial

As promised here is the first of the week’s tutorials that I’ve made for OnStage and swapping. This card uses the adorable little Darling Dinos stamp set (164728)

that is part of a bundle and has coordinating dies. However, today’s card uses simple stamping to create this fun card that is a cute way to tell someone just how terrific they are! I’ve teamed the image up with our paper from the Mini Catalog called Timeless Plaid 6×6 Designer Series Paper (164678).

Storybook Friends

Looking for a fun suite of products that will take you back to your childhood and remind you of spring at the same time? Why not check out the Storybook Moments Suite Collection (164681). This suite includes wonderful images, fun papers, and includes the Storybook Friends Bundle (164675) that was used for today’s card.

Aren’t these little animals cute? They remind me of my son when he was little he loved reading about Peter and his adventures. I think it was Mr. McGregor’s garden that caught his attention at first in the video version since he loves anything to do with plants and working in the soil, always has.

Today’s card uses the baby sentiment, but this set contains some great all occasions sentiments along with Easter too making is a great set for spring.

The stamped image has been stamped and colored in Stampin’ Blends and the lovely detailed Dies have been used to frame it. And of course the Timeless Plaid 6×6 Designer Series Paper (164678) with it’s soft colors is perfect for this card don’t you think?

With You in Mind

Today’s cards all use the With You In Mind stamp set (164747). This stamp set is one of our stand along sets from our January – April Mini and you can find it on page 18.

Sets like this are great to add to your collection or for beginner stampers since they have all occasion sentiment and images. This set uses a particularly lovely mix of fonts and bigger sentiments that make wonderful focal points. Check out todays cards using this set.

This first card teams up the sentiment with punches and adds a bit of texture with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder (164049) and Antique Pearls (164679). Simple stamping and a bit of sponging around the sentiment that has been popped up adds a bit more interest.

this next card is stamped in Calypso Coral and Boho Blue and adds some Earth Tones Shimmer Gems (164070) to the center of the flowers.

Again a bit of color around the sentiment panel softens the edge. And finally a birthday card.

Simple stamping in Wild Wheat was used for the sentiment and the simple stamp off technique done in Cajun Craze gives us 3 tones of the same color for the cupcakes. the strips of Designer Series Paper on a diagonal add a bit of interest and whimsy and pulls all the colors together. A great quick and easy card with lots of interest and perfect for a winter birthday.

All these cards have been teamed up with the Timeless Plaid 6×6 Designer Series Paper (164678) also found in the Mini that includes a great selection of plaids in soft colors. If you haven’t checked it out you’ll be sure to want to since these patterns are great for both men and women and folks of all ages.
