My name is Jini Merck and I'm a Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator. I love being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, not only do I get to be creative every day, I also get to be a creative coach, offering fresh project ideas and encouragement to my customers and friends.
For me, helping someone create that perfect project for a special occasion is the best feeling in the entire world. After all, creating cards, scrapbook pages, and gift items is about more than just stamps and ink—it’s about sharing a part of yourself with the people in your life.
I live in Clarkesville which is in the North Georgia Mountains with my husband and two children. Although my family keeps me busy I enjoy the creativity of stamping and crafts and the fellowship stamping brings into my life. Spending time creativing cards and gifts for friends and family has been one of my favorite hobbies over the years.
And here is a colorful card done in traditional Real Red and Shaded Spruce using this set.
The image has been stamped using our Memento Tuxedo Black, Real Red and Shaded Spruce Classic Ink Pads. It’s then been cut out using our Layering Ovals Dies (151771) and layered using the scallop oval from the set. Placed on a plaid background made using our Best Plaid Builder Dies (152720) this card has such a great traditional feel to it and lots of texture too since the bow is tied from our Real Red Braided Trim (153546) that is part of our Year End Closeout sale and is 50% off right now.

Today’s card teams up the Flight of Fancy stamp set (153410) that is all images with our sentiment set For Unto Us (153335) that I shared with you yesterday.
Check out this fun card that has been colored with our Stampin’ Write Markers and cut out using the Celebration Label Dies (153570).

We are sad to announce that the supplier’s mill producing our Whisper White cardstock has permanently closed due to impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, we weren’t given much notice on this closure. This means that the technology unique to this particular supplier is now unavailable to us and we can no longer offer our Whisper White cardstock and related products, such as Whisper White Note Cards & Envelopes. Please note that this won’t affect any of our other cardstocks, this only affects Whisper White. We know Whisper White has a huge fan base; we’re big fans, too! And we are crushed that it’s going away. Even though this decision was out of our hands, rest assured that we jumped right into action to find the best replacement paper possible. We have dedicated many hours to source and test alternative cardstock options from several suppliers to find the perfect fit that still maintains the Stampin’ Up! quality you know and trust. We are happy to share that we have found a winner for our new cardstock, Basic White!
The quality of our new Basic White was thoroughly tested by our quality assurance and product teams. It also tested very well with demonstrators and concept artists who gave it a huge thumbs up. We believe in the quality of the new Basic White cardstock and we know it will become your new crafting staple!
What does this mean for you?

Every year we gather as a team in December for our Annual Team Luncheon which includes a Shoe Box Swap. For me it is one of my favorite meetings as there is lots of food, laughter, sharing, and stamping. And while things were a bit different this year we still had a great time together bringing a dish to share and a stamping too.
The classroom was set up with social distancing in mind
And everyone received a little team gift from me too
which included some items to use in the Shoe Box Swap I designed (I’ll be sharing that project with you soon) along with some Team lanyard charms and title recognition.
Yes, these are Stampin’ Up! embellishments lol. They can be used for all kinds of things!
After the luncheon we had fun stamping a wide variety of projects. It’s part of what I love about gathering, everyone has a different style and shares what they love to do. All of the projects were great and I couldn’t choose a favorite.
Also colored with our Stampin’ Blends it uses each of the images to create 3 panels for a great get well card.
How cute is that? And the final card was another get well using the Healing Hugs stamp set (148223) and the Boho Indigo Designer Series Paper that is part of the Boho Indigo Product Medley (153132). Isn’t it great we have a refill (153925) for this kit so we can keep creating?
Now all I need to do is pop in a photo. And my final project I wanted to share with you is the fun little get well mini tissue holder. Perfect to brighten someone’s day who is feeling a bit under the weather.
whew… Lots of stamping going on like I said and such great projects!

Like mixing it up? As a child I had Colorforms – Do you remember them? Kind of like the paper dolls I loved to play with, but more durable. The outfits were vinyl pieces that would stick to any glossy surface—and each other—over and over again, for countless creative combinations. Such a simple toy but my sister and I spent hours playing with them. Well that’s what the Menagerie Mix Up Bundle (155179) reminds me of as this childhood toy since this set allows you to create countless combinations too.
And today I’ll be sharing a couple of cards with you using this set. This first one is an adorable little reindeer for the holidays.

Today’s cards are made using the Heartwarming Hugs Suite of products which is part of the Year End Closeout Sale. This Suite of products has tons of discounted items that are great for your crafting needs. And since I love anything coffee this suite speaks to me. lol. Check out these three cards made with the Warm Hugs Bundle (155145) found in the suite. While they all use the same stamp set they have such different looks. This first card uses the coffee cup wrap made using the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper (153492) to create a lovely backdrop for the sentiment.
And finally this last card is done in Crumb Cake, Soft Sea Foam and Terracotta Tile – These colors have been pulled from the Plaid Tidings 6×6 Designer Series Paper (153527) to create this card for a special someone.
I love the little cup in the corner – so cute!

This set is full of pines in different sizes and contains not only a holiday sentiment but a thinking of you too! Making it a great choice for masculine cards. This set is filled with wonderful sentiments that coordinate with all kinds of stamp sets and conveys the reason for the season.
And finally this last card uses a basic stamped back ground, that 2 of the images were cut out with the dies and then popped up. They are slightly off set so that the Mossy Meadow card stock peaks out from behind lending it a shadow.
