Team Holiday Fun

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – I love to pamper my team! So for this month’s team meeting we had our Annual Holiday luncheon and enjoyed some time together where we laughed, shared, played and stamped.

Fantastic projects, right? I can’t pick a favorite – I’ve got such a great team of folks who just love to paper craft!

We had fun playing the dice game too. Have you ever played this game?

Fun, and fast paced! And of course when the clock runs out – the goodies are yours!

I made these fun Lots of Lavender Bags. The stamp set is one of our Sale-a-bration options and I couldn’t resist the yummy new ribbon from the Occasions Catalog.

Each bag was filled with a little something special from the NEW Occasions Catalog! Everyone was a winner!

And of course we made a couple of projects too- So we did some stamping too! I had so much fun designing for my Santa’s Workshop Class that I had too many projects for just one class. LOL! You know me I love gift items and 3ds!!! So we made some candle holders and learned a fun new technique while we were at it!

I found these yummy lemon candy canes at the Dollar Tree and couldn’t resist putting them with a lemon scented candle and using the Lemon Zest stamp set (143805/143808). This bundle has very quickly become one of my go to favorites! Lemons, oranges, and limes – oh, my!

I thought you might enjoy making some of these for yourself. With all the crazy flavored candy canes out there right now the options are endless, but of course I can’t resist anything lemon!

I couldn’t not share these two wonderful cards using the Musial Season stamp set and coordinating dies with you. I just think they are lovely,

but then I’m biased since my daughter is a music teacher. LOL! I just love the look of all these products together – the black and white Merry Musical Specialty Designer Series Paper is a lot of fun to work with too. I’ve got tons on projects over the holiday break with this pack of paper!

And here is a wonderful card make using some punch art – can you name the punch that was used for the fur on Santa’s hat?

It’s the Ticket Tear Board Punch (143718)!

I love quilts and on days like today there isn’t anything better than snuggling under one! Here are some wonderful cards made with the Christmas Quilt stamp set (144793) and it’s coordinating Quilt Builder Framelits Dies (144673).

While this set has some wonderful greetings for Christmas I think it would make a wonderful set for year round use too. After all we all know someone who likes to sew or is a quilter, right?

And here are a couple of quick and easy cards using the Holly Berry Happiness stamp set (142061) from the Annual Catalog.

And this one uses the Merry Mistletoe stamp set (143650/143655) and Timeless Textures Stamp set (140514).

Nature Sings

I’ve got so many wonderful cards I’ve been wanting to share with you, so as I rest and do my PT over the next week or so I’ll be sharing them with you.

Today’s cards use the Nature Sings stamp set, It is a holiday sets that you can find in our Annual Catalog on page 115 – it contains some wonderful images that I not only will use for my holiday cards, but also masculine cards when I need them.

Cheery Chirps

Cheery Chirps (144935/144938) is a wonderful set filled with images perfect for quick and easy cards. This set is found in the Holiday Catalog and is on our Retirement list.

Check out this lovely card

The bird is heat embossed using Gold Embossing Powder onto our Gold Foil Sheets for a simple tone on tone image but is quite striking.

And here are a couple more cards that are quick and easy to make. The first card uses non traditional colors and the Flurry of Wishes stamp set. And the second uses Santa’s Sleigh (142057) and the coordinating Framelits Dies (142078). You’ll find these sets in the Annual Catalog.

Count My Blessings

Now that the Holiday Catalog Retirement list has posted I thought I’d share some of the wonderful cards made with the sets on the list. These first projects are from my Team members, and this first card is perfect for how I’m feeling today. I was so grateful I was able to reach my feet this morning and put my shoes on for the first time in days! It’s the small things right?

Anyhow, this card uses the sentiment from the Count My Blessings stamp set (144787/144790) and the Colorful Seasons Bundle from the main catalog. Don’t you love the font? Cindy used the Baby Wipe technique to create the fall leaves along with some heat embossing for the sentiment.

I’m very grateful for my team and enjoy the time I get to spend with them. They have been such a wonderful part of my journey with Stampin’ Up! and have become wonderful friends over the years.

Here is a beautiful card made with the Pick a Pumpkin Bundle (144670) and a lovely little gift jar of chocolate chai.

This next project was made by Deborah and is filled with wonderful little goodies (that’s candy of course! Deborah is the best at finding new and unique items to fill her 3ds with.) The box is decorated with the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper (144613).

And how about this beautiful card using the same pack of paper?

I love the sentiment used from the Colorful Seasons Stamp Set (143726).

I was surprised to see the Christmas Quilt Bundle (16026) on the list of retired items. It’s such a great set for year round use – after all who doesn’t have fond memories of laying under a hand stitched quilt?

And how about this wonderful card using the Merry Music Specialty Designer Series Paper (144623) and Winter Wonderland Embossing Folder (144686)? I REALLY need to stock up on this paper since I have tons of projects left to make with it for my daughter!

Can you guess where the sentiment came from? It took me a bit, but it is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set (128748/127802).

And here is another card that uses the same pack of Designer Series Paper along with the Carols of Christmas Bundle (146036/146037).

And This cute little card uses the Santa Suit Bundle (144681)

Half Full & More

Have friends who love a good glass of wine? If so then this fun Half Full stamp set might just be for you since you can make all kinds of wonderful things with it such as this card.

And I just love the rich colors, Berry Burst and Tranquil Tide that were used when creating this card. I hope you can see the sheen on the bottle and glass? Did you know you can use your Fine Tip Glue Pen to create this glass like look. Simply apply and allow to dry, and voila it looks like glass! Cool right?

Got that bottle of wine or sparkling cider to give and need a tag? How about this beautiful tag using the Year of Cheer Suite of Products you can find on page 37 of our Holiday Catalog? The Cheers to the Year stamp set (144925/144928) is great for not only the holiday season but weddings too.
