Today’s project is one that I created for my team’s Peak Princess event back in February and so I thought I’d share it with you today.

This little bag holds a set of cards that are great for all occasions since, so it is a great gift that is easily customized. And since the little birds are colored with our Stampin’ Blends, you can recreate your favorite feathered friend.

Team Time Sharing

Tomorrow is my team craft time, I really enjoy this afternoon of crafting together. It is a purely social event when we gather, bring project we are working on and enjoy each others company. Thinking about it earlier today made me realized I hadn’t shared some of the wonderful projects my team shared with me earlier this month.

So here we go – I love the variety of the projects they make. Such talented stampers they always inspire me with their projects.

This first card is a Pop Up Card that uses the Sailing Home Bundle (151066) and other items you can find in the Suite (152175).

Here is the inside – fun right? And did you know that the Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper (149481) is part of our Buy 3 Get 1 Free September Designer Series Paper promotion?

And here is a cute movement card using the Over the Moon stamp set (149331)

I just adore these little cows.

And here is a great use of those scraps you have laying around – a strip card using the sentiment from Free as a Bird (149468)

And how about this over sized card using the Daisy Delight Stamp set (143669) and coordinating punches (143713 and 149517) done in Gorgeous Grape?

Free as a Bird Thank You

I’ve become quite the bird watcher over the years here in Clarkesville, enjoying the hunt for just the right bird in my book as I learned about them. My son built some bluebird boxes years ago and they now dot our fence line around our house – we’ve been lucky enough to have at least a couple of them being used each season that I can watch as I sip coffee in the morning through out the nesting season.

So today’s card was created using the Bird Ballard Suite of products found on pages 90-92 of the 2019 Annual Catalog. The suite is filled with wonderful water colored images and soft colors which is right up my alley.

And since this set is perfect for coloring I reached for my Stampin’ Blends and started to create my own little bluebird.

While I was at it I figured I’d whip up a tutorial for you – so I’ve made a quick video and PDF so you can make some too if you want.

Free as a Bird

Watching the birds at the feeder is one of my favorite pass times when I’m in the yard. I find it incredibly relaxing and we a have a great variety as the seasons change. So the Bird Ballard Suite of products caught my eye immediately since it is filled with wonderful images, textures and soft subtle colors.

And it has tons of coordinating products since it is part of the Bird Ballard Suite (152190) found on page 91 of the Annual Catalog.
