Scary Cute Pop Up Card Tutorial

Today I’m sharing another fun project that I created using the Scare Cute Bundle (159852) of products. This time it’s a fun fold card – the Pop Up Card. I love this quick and easy card since it packs a wow factor and is soooo easy to do!

So much fun! and it will stand up for display, but folds down flat for mailing. A special signature panel on the back allows you to send a quick message too.

Scary Cute Halloween Fun

If you love Halloween fun and all the sweet little faces dressed up in Halloween costumes, you’re going to love the Scary Cute Bundle (159852).

This bundle not only has fun sentiments for our little trick or treaters but it also has a coordinating die set (159851) that creates wonderful scenes too.

Check out these fun Halloween cards made using this bundle of products. This first card uses simple stamping for the background.

A bit of our Parakeet Party 1/8″ Metallic Woven Ribbon (159196) highlights the fun little die image. This next card also uses the same die along with Masking Paper (155480) and and Blending Brushes (153611) with our to create this fun scene.

And last but not least this last card uses the dies to create the focal point along with the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder (149643) to add texture. The sentiment has been popped up and a bit of Black & White Gingham Ribbon (156485) and Metallic Mesh Ribbon (153550) has been used to add a bit more texture. Fun right?

The Festive Post stamp set (153460) found on page 63 of the Mini Catalog not only covers several holidays, but also has a coordinating punch, the Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch (152709).

I just love the size of these images, it makes them great for all kinds of projects. Check out this first card made for Halloween.

Turnovers

Can you believe it is already the middle of October and that means we are in the holiday count down. Over the next few days I’ll be sharing cards with you using sets that you can use for multiple fall and winter events. Sets like these give you more bang for your buck they also all use punches which make crafting quick, easy and economical too.

Today’s card uses the Turnover stamp set (154873) found on page 60 of the Mini Catalog. If you haven’t heard of our Reversible stamp sets you’re going to love this new stamping option as each stamp gives you 2 images! How cool is that?

It’s so easy. There are images on both sides of the stamp! Which is great since it gives you even more stamping choices. While these two cards use the line image the reverse side gives you a two step option and the ability to add color quickly and easily with this set.

This first card is a Halloween card and uses a clean and quick layout that highlights the image and sentiment from the Hallows Night Magic stamp set (153356).

It also uses the fun Magic In This Night Designer Series Paper (153517) and the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper (152494). And this next card uses the ornament images.

Using a quick and easy Designer Series Paper technique to show you both sides of the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper (153492) to draw your eye to the sentiment. A couple of quick swishes with your coordinating Stampin’ Blends and your done and ready for holiday card sending!

Have a Hoot

Love owls? The new Have a Hoot Bundle is filled with some cute little owls using in the fall holidays for you and Christmas too!

Using the warm fall color Cajun Craze this card team up the Plaid Tiding Designer Series Paper (153527) to provide a fun fall feeling background with it’s images. The Iridescent Pearls (153549) and Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon (147897) provide a bit a shimmer and shine to the card.

With the wind blowing and the temperatures only in the 70s here in North Georgia due to the latest hurricane I’ve been praying for those in Sally’s path. Even this far away we are expecting rain and some flooding over the next several days it seems like a good time to be spending some time crafting. Stay safe.

Banner Year

If you love punches you’ll love the Banner Year Bundle. Not only does this set have images and sentiments that take you through the end of the year and into the beginning of next it coordinates with a punch that can be used over and over again!

Check out these lovely cards made with this bundle for Halloween.

This first card is done in Pumpkin Pie, Gorgeous Grape, and Granny Apple Green. The sentiment is heat embossed. The little spiders are from the found in the Little Treat Box Dies (153571) and they are sitting on an embossed background created with the Cobwebs 3D Emobssing Folder (153578). A fun card for any age.

And this next card uses the Magic In the Night Designer Series Paper (153517) as a back drop for this next card.

Done in Blackberry Bliss, Pretty Peacock, and Basic Black it has a fun fold that allows the second pattern to be shown off.

Fancy Flight

This set includes fun images for the upcoming fall holidays and beyound.

fun quirky images that you can combine with your favorite sentiment set. Check out this fun cards made for Halloween using the set.

This first one teams up the image with our Celebration Label Dies (15357 0 ) and our very popular Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper (153527).

And this fun square card uses the Magic in This Night Designer Series Paper (153517) and Iridescent Pearls (153549) to create a fun easel card.

And finally this last card uses the Cobwebs 3D Embossing Folder (153578) to create texture with some simple sponging.

The image has been cut out and highlighted with our Stitched Nested Labels Dies (149638) and if you notice the little ribbon again used in the corner (which was used on the first card also), its our lovely Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon (147897) found in the Annual Catalog on page 160.

This is such a great little set that will serve you well for years to come.

Celebration Tidings

I just love it when a bundle gives you both a great stamp set that you can use for several occasions and a wonderful set of dies. And the Celebration Tidings Bundle does just that. Not only will you love the images in this set but the labels in the coordinating dies are very versatile and can be used will all kinds of stamps.

Take a look at these first 2 cards that use the lovely pumpkin image

Teamed up with the Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper and Embroidered Ribbon it’s got a lot of texture and a great Halloween feel. And this card below uses the same image with a different sentiment. The image is framed this time with the Stitched Rectangle Dies (151820) and the little acorn and leaves from the Beautiful Autumn Bundle (155189) a pop of interest and color in the lower corner.

These next two cards were created for Christmas using the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper (153492)

Flipping the dies on their side gives this last card a different feel and the Detailed Trio Punch (146320) in the lower corners allows a bit of the Old Olive to peek through.

Hallows Night Magic
