Soft & Sweet Monochromatic Scalloped Blooms

Today’s card is done in Crisp Cantaloupe and fun soft color that reminds me of a summer color pallet.

It also uses our fun patterns from the 2026-2028 In Color Painted Patterns Designer Series Paper (167755) and shows off these bold patterns well.

The versatile stamp set Scalloped Blooms Bundle (167467) uses a lovely font and has all occasions sentiments, while the dies are great basic shapes, making it a wonderful staple for your crafting needs.

What do you think? Do you love monochromatic cards like this? I love the ease of creating a monochromatic card and the impact the color makes.

They are also great when you’re building your color collection. And the In Colors are a great place to start since not only can you get the ink pads bundled to save they also have papers like this pack that have all 5 colors too!

Scalloped Blooms Birthday Card Tutorial

Today’s card uses a card sketch along with a soft color pallet to create a pretty and feminine birthday card for that special person we would like to celebrate.

The card uses the lovely Bloom Boutique Specialty Designer Series Paper (167637) that highlights all 5 of the NEW 2026-2028 In Colors.

It contains floral patterns, neutrals, and has some lovely gold foiling too. I’ve used the Scalloped Blooms Bundle (167467) since it has a lovely flowing font that has been used for this birthday sentiment to add to the softness.
