The wonderfully floral True Beauty

The True Beauty Bundle (158976) is one of those versatile products due to it’s beautiful images can be used on it’s own or that can be teamed up with other favorite products you already have.

This first card today was stamped with the True Beauty Bundle (158976).

The lovely little Brass Butterflies (158136) add a bit of shine to draw your attention to the sentiment that has been cut out with the Stitched Rectangle Dies (151820). And this next card uses the lovely die to create a backdrop that highlights the flower.

The Vellum card stock softens the background paper and the Stripes & Splatters 3D Embossing Folder (157980) that has been die cut with the Layering Circles Dies (151770) for a bit more interest and texture.

And how about this next fun fold card that uses our Merry Merlot to crate a rich focal point for the sentiment panel.

The lovely 2021-2023 In Color Opal Rounds (159185) add some shimmer and the sentiment from the Happiness Abounds (159238) stamp set completes the card.

This last card uses a fun blocking look using the Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper (158822) to highlight the focal point that has been punched out using the Decorative Circle Punch (159174).

Nuts About Squirrels Color Blocking Card

Want to create a big bold look for your next project? Why not try out this simple Color Blocking technique that I used for this card? It’s quick and simple to do but yet backs a wow too.

I’ve used the fun Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper that you can earn when placing a qualifying order or gathering with friends. And got to say it’s a huge stack of paper that you’ll love using over and over again during your crafting since it covers not only the different fall and winter occasions but also has some basic patterns too!

Sale-a-brate with Hippest Hippos

Sale-a-bration is in full swing and so I thought I’d share some wonderful swaps I received using the Hippest Hippos stamp set (Sale-a-bration 159921) and their coordinating Hippo Dies (Sale-a-bration 159928) with you.

This is one of my favorite Sale-a-bration choices, after all I love the cute little images and punny sayings. And with coordinating dies also available it makes options endless! How about you, did it catch your eye?

This first card uses simple stamping and adds a bit of texture with the Stitched Rectangle Dies (151820) and Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder (149643).

And this next card team the little guy with the Layering Diorama Dies (155565) and Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder (156505).

This next card makes me smile with it’s cheerful colors and fun fold.

The card base measures 6 3/8″ x 5 1/2″ and is scored at the normal 4 1/4″ giving it a fun feel. The focal point is attached on the left card front but hangs over the right inside of the card giving it a fun whimsical feel. And how about this last card and it’s clever use of the Designer Series Paper?

The Light Aglow Specialty Designer Series Paper (159535) has been trimmed along the scallop in the pattern to create the stage curtain and a piece of vellum has been sponged to create the spot light. So fun.

Enjoy the Moment

I love love taking a look through my Annual Catalog to inspire me all year round and with the 24 Hour Stamp Sale that starts tomorrow it’s a great day to check out all our Cling Stamp sets such as the Enjoy the Moment set (154452) found on page 26. This set has some great nature inspired images and year round sentiments too.

Check out these lovely cards made with this set. This first card is done in great masculine colors.

The Night of Navy and Early Espresso are tied together with the Gold Fine Art Ribbon (154561) that has a great earthy feel to it and a bit of shimmer with the gold thread. And how about this next card?

This card uses a warm color pallet made up of Crumb Cake, Cinnamon Cider, Early Espresso and some Copper Foil Paper (142020). The Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder (154317) adds some texture along with the Stitched Rectangles (151820) ad Ornate Frames Dies (150664).

Want a softer look? How about this last card done in shades of green?

This card pulls all of its colors together with the bit of Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper (155807) behind the stamped images. The Soft Sea Foam, Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen create a calming feel while the Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch (152709), Evening Evergreen 3/8″ Chevron Weave Ribbon (155722) and Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder adds some texture to the project.

If you want a wonderful sentiment stamp set and a quick and easy way to create cards using some sentiments that convey the reason of the season then the For Unto Us stamp set may just be what you need.

Check out these lovely cards that team these great sentiments up with other products rather than a stamp set.

This first one uses the Ornate Layers Dies (152726), Stitched Rectangles Dies (151820), and the Sprig Punch (148012) to create a wonderful card. Use our Stampin’ Write Markers and you can color the sentiment easily!

And this next card uses our Brightly Gleaming Specialty Designer Series Paper (150429) along with the Hammered Metal 3d Embossing Folder (150646) on our Copper Foil (142020) and Nested Labels Dies (149638).

So simple and elegant – a great way to use sentiment sets all by themselves. Of course, if you prefer you can add them to your favorite stamp set too.

It’s a Timeless Tropical kind of day

It’s hot and humid in North Georgia today which makes it the type of day you want to sit back and sit a cold drink in the shade. That is until the afternoon storms arrive. lol So today I thought I’d share some cards with a tropical vibe. Check out the set it is filled with wonderful images and uses a beautifully fluid font for the sentiments too.

The cards I’ll be sharing with you today were all created with the Timeless Tropical stamp set (151497) and their coordinating dies, In the Tropics (151495). This first one looks like a pretty picture. The frame was created with our Stitched Rectangle Dies (151820) and sponging was used to create the lovely sunset. A circle Mask was used it’s a simple technique – all you have to do is cut out of a circle from a sticky note, put in place and then sponge around it as desired. Striking right?

And how about this next card? It uses a simple torn edge technique to create texture and interest.

More texture was added with the Subtle (151775) and Hammered Metal 3D Embossing Folders (150646) along with a bit of sponging too.

And finally, this last card today is a fun fold card

When you open it you’ll get a wonderful surprise. Once again the Hammered Metal 3D Embossing Folder was used to create interest on the inside along with some sponging to highlight the pattern.

Seaside Notions

Summer started last weekend and while I should have been packing for the incentive trip this week, Covid has put the breaks on that, so I’m making the best of it here in Clarkesville instead. Our pool liner has been replaced and almost refilled now so I’m looking forward to some time in the sun with the family. That is after the dust cloud passes lol. It’s been a crazy year so far wouldn’t you say. But I know I can always relax by stamping and sending a little sunshine, and that’s what these cards do. They make me smile and think of a tropical vacation.

This first card created by my team member Wanda, uses a fun technique with saran wrap to create the inked area of the frame. Plastic wrap is wadded into a ball and then used like a sponge with the Seaside Spray, Mint Macaron, Balmy Blue and Pool Party Classic Inks. The Absolutely Argyle 3D Embossing Folder (151590) adds a bit more texture to the frame created with the Stitched Rectangle Dies (151820).

The images are colored with our Soft Sea Foam (154902) and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends (154882) and the Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Blends (154878) were used to color the Rhinestones (144220) which is quick and easy to do. Striking right?

And how about this sweet little sand dollar? Done in Crumb Cake, Coastal Cabana, and Bermuda Bay.

The circles from the Stitched Shapes Dies (152323) were used to create the frame around the sand dollar and some sponging was added both above the sand dollar and on the NEW Old World Paper 3D embossing Folder (153200). One of our Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels (151193) was used to pull your eye to the sand dollar’s center. I’m so glad that these Rhinestones are in the Annual Catalog they add a special little pop to any card.

So which is your favorite? I have to say I’m partial to Sea horses they have always fascinated me with the way they move, but I just can’t decide. How about you?

This card uses the lovely Parisian Blossoms specialty Designer Series Paper and Petal Pink Metallic Edge Ribbon to create this soft spring look.

Paper Pumpkin is selling kits in record numbers and May subscriptions have sold out. What does this mean?

Because we have sold out for May:

New subscribers will not be able to subscribe until May 11, 2020 and will receive their first kit in June.
