Christmas Quilt & More

I love quilts and on days like today there isn’t anything better than snuggling under one! Here are some wonderful cards made with the Christmas Quilt stamp set (144793) and it’s coordinating Quilt Builder Framelits Dies (144673).

While this set has some wonderful greetings for Christmas I think it would make a wonderful set for year round use too. After all we all know someone who likes to sew or is a quilter, right?

And here are a couple of quick and easy cards using the Holly Berry Happiness stamp set (142061) from the Annual Catalog.

And this one uses the Merry Mistletoe stamp set (143650/143655) and Timeless Textures Stamp set (140514).

Nature Sings

I’ve got so many wonderful cards I’ve been wanting to share with you, so as I rest and do my PT over the next week or so I’ll be sharing them with you.

Today’s cards use the Nature Sings stamp set, It is a holiday sets that you can find in our Annual Catalog on page 115 – it contains some wonderful images that I not only will use for my holiday cards, but also masculine cards when I need them.

Merry Music Post It Note Holder Tutorial

Here is a project that I’m making for my daughter and her coworkers for the holiday season. I thought it would be a useful item since they are teachers – that is if they can find the ever elusive pen on their desks. LOL!

Hmmm…. maybe I should include a pen holder too? I’m going to have to think about that. I made these in Real Red since the High School colors are Black & Red.

Cheery Chirps

Cheery Chirps (144935/144938) is a wonderful set filled with images perfect for quick and easy cards. This set is found in the Holiday Catalog and is on our Retirement list.

Check out this lovely card

The bird is heat embossed using Gold Embossing Powder onto our Gold Foil Sheets for a simple tone on tone image but is quite striking.

And here are a couple more cards that are quick and easy to make. The first card uses non traditional colors and the Flurry of Wishes stamp set. And the second uses Santa’s Sleigh (142057) and the coordinating Framelits Dies (142078). You’ll find these sets in the Annual Catalog.

Great News! The last Reservation window is now open and you can reserve your today through December 30th!

Here is the fine print:

The reservation window will stay open from December 5-30

  • the limit is 1 tool per customer.
  • If you participated in the first reservation window, you may also participate in the second reservation window.
  • In order to reserve your Stamparatus, you are required to provide your credit card information.
  • Credit cards will not be charged until the Stamparatus ships from our facility. When you close your order, be sure to verify that your credit card and shipping information is correct.
  • Product dimensions are 8″ x 8″ x 7/8″.

Holiday Catalog Carry Over List & Stamparatus News

The 2017 holiday catalog ends on January 2, but that doesn’t mean you have to say goodbye to everything just yet!

  • We’re carrying over some of the catalog’s most popular items, and giving you the opportunity to love your favorite products a little longer.
  • Items from the 2017 Holiday Catalog Carryover list will remain active and available until May 31, 2018.
  • After this date, items will either appear in the 2018–2019 annual catalog or be retired.

  • NOTE  Bundles are part of the Year End Sales Event:  the bundle pricing will go away on January 2.  If you’re in love with one of the carryover products that are currently bundled, get them now and save 10%! Bundles are while supplies last.

And while you are in my Online Store you’ll want to take a look at the Clearance Rack too – there are some wonderful deals there.

 

STAMPARATUS Update

Stampin’ Up! announced some big changes for the Stamparatus Reservation. So if you weren’t able to get in on the first Reservation window I’ve got some great news for you!

  • The next window for reserving a Stamparatus will be Dec 5th – 30th. And there is a HUGE CHANGE. Stampin’ Up! will be taking as many reservations as come in – there won’t be a limited number of spots this time. However there will be A LIMIT of one per person.
  • They will ship starting in March in the order that the reservation was received. This means Stress free reservations!
  • Remember: You don’t have to pay for it until yours ships AND you can add other items to your cart at that time. BUT you’ll need a credit/debit card to hold your spot when you reserve yours.
  • If you don’t reserve yours between December 5th and December 30th, you’ll have to wait to order yours until the 2018 Annual Catalog Launches in June!

Count My Blessings

Now that the Holiday Catalog Retirement list has posted I thought I’d share some of the wonderful cards made with the sets on the list. These first projects are from my Team members, and this first card is perfect for how I’m feeling today. I was so grateful I was able to reach my feet this morning and put my shoes on for the first time in days! It’s the small things right?

Anyhow, this card uses the sentiment from the Count My Blessings stamp set (144787/144790) and the Colorful Seasons Bundle from the main catalog. Don’t you love the font? Cindy used the Baby Wipe technique to create the fall leaves along with some heat embossing for the sentiment.

I’m very grateful for my team and enjoy the time I get to spend with them. They have been such a wonderful part of my journey with Stampin’ Up! and have become wonderful friends over the years.

Here is a beautiful card made with the Pick a Pumpkin Bundle (144670) and a lovely little gift jar of chocolate chai.

This next project was made by Deborah and is filled with wonderful little goodies (that’s candy of course! Deborah is the best at finding new and unique items to fill her 3ds with.) The box is decorated with the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper (144613).

And how about this beautiful card using the same pack of paper?

I love the sentiment used from the Colorful Seasons Stamp Set (143726).

I was surprised to see the Christmas Quilt Bundle (16026) on the list of retired items. It’s such a great set for year round use – after all who doesn’t have fond memories of laying under a hand stitched quilt?

And how about this wonderful card using the Merry Music Specialty Designer Series Paper (144623) and Winter Wonderland Embossing Folder (144686)? I REALLY need to stock up on this paper since I have tons of projects left to make with it for my daughter!

Can you guess where the sentiment came from? It took me a bit, but it is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set (128748/127802).

And here is another card that uses the same pack of Designer Series Paper along with the Carols of Christmas Bundle (146036/146037).

And This cute little card uses the Santa Suit Bundle (144681)

Don’t forget for the best selection of products on the Retirement List you’ll want to shop early. Accessories always go fast and Bundles are considered in that group because of the Framelits and Thinlits Dies. The good new is stamp sets will be guaranteed available through December 21st.
