Today’s project is a sneak peak of one of my favorite bundles from the 2019 Annual Catalog that will go live next week on June 4th. This bundle is perfect for this time of year as we are in the middle of our 46th Annual Helen Hot Air Balloon Race here in North Georgia. Watching all those colorful balloons floating majestically across the North Georgia mountains is a sight to see.
The Above the Clouds Bundle includes a Photopolymer stamp set and coordinating punch – making it a great bundle for all kinds of crafters. I’ve teamed this set up with one of our retiring Designer Series Papers , Best Route (146897) which is part of the Last Chance List. This paper has a travel theme and contains wonderful areal images of of roads which I thought was great for the hot air balloon theme.
Check out my video tutorial showing you how I made this card

Of course, you’ll want a PDF with the measurement and complete supply list that you can print too.
If you love these projects you’ll want to get your Best Route Designer Series Paper before its gone – and with the Discounts going on right now (while supplies last) why not check out the entire Last Chance List in my Online Store now?
Supplies:
Stamp Set: Above the Clouds (*149404 available June 4th)
Love bright, bold, colorful patterns? Then this card might be just the thing for your next crafting project.
I created this card using the ever popular Piece of Cake stamp set (148610) and Cake Builder Punch (148525). You can get it in a money saving bundle (150579) for just a few more days, after that they set and punch will be only sold separately.
I’ve used the Last Chance List, How Sweet It is Designer Series Paper (148568) for the banner for this fun card. And of course to get a bold color I used my Stampin’ Blends – If you haven’t tried our Blends you’re going to love them!
And I’ve created a quick tutorial for you too!
It’s a Piece of Cake Sweet Treat Card Tutorial PDF

Today I’m bidding a fond farewell to the Amazing Life stamp set that is retiring June 3rd – just a few short days from now. Here is a quick and easy card that I made recently using this set and the Twinkle Twinkle Designer Series Paper.
This card uses a belly band to hold it closed.
I love using my Stampin’ Blends for adding color – it makes images like this sooo quick and easy to do.
Here is a quick tutorial for you so you can make this card too!
Then stop back by tomorrow when I’ll be sharing another card tutorial with you using the retiring fun and colorful How Sweet it Is Designer Series Paper (148568) from the Occasions Catalog and more.
Today’s post is the result of my wondering mind over the weekend – I started thinking about just how hot it was for the end of may here in the North Georgia mountains. It just shouldn’t be in the 90’s the end of May, sigh. I’m thinking it’s going to be a long hot one, if this is a hint of what is to come. Any how, the heat got me thinking about my Aunt who lives in Phoenix, which in turn got me thinking about my first barrel cactus she gave me as a child, which got me thinking about our stamp set Flowering Desert. See what I mean….some days are funny that way. LOL
Any how today’s cards both use the retiring Flowering Desert stamp set from the Occasions Catalog. Succulents are still very popular and this set is perfect for creating some wonderful cards.
Like these cards? Why not check out the stamp set today? It’s only available for a limited time since it is part of the Last Chance List. AND did you know that there is a You Can Make It option (150813)? yep, it contains the set, clear block, card stock and 4 colors ink! Perfect to get your started.
Stop back by tomorrow when I’ll be sharing a card tutorial with you.

Today’s post highlights 7 stamp sets that will be Retiring in just 7 days
The first set I’m highlighting is the Bella & Friends stamp set (141867/141870) – if you’ve got 4 legged family members you’ll know why it’s a must have. After all it’s just too cute!
This first one uses the Timeless Textures stamp set (Last Chance Item 140514/140517) too.
And here is one that uses our Stampin’ Spritzers and sponging to create a wonderful background simply by placing a mask created with the die.
And a couple of Fancy Folds
And this final resist card using the Dragonfly Dreams and dies.
Want to see some more cards? Here are some cards made with the Eastern Beauty stamp set (143675) and their coordinating dies, the Eastern Medallions Thinlits (143725). I love the way this first card I made is monochromatic – using just Basic Black and the retiring Lemon Lime Twist. This In Color has been extremely popular.
Today’s cards all use some of my favorite stamp sets that are part of the Last Chance List – And did you know that our retiring stamps will only be guaranteed for a few more days and then they too will be while supplies last? Yep, so why not take a look at these great card and then check out the Last Chance list before they are no longer available?
