Cookie Cutter Christmas Fun!

Don’t you love when there is a coordinating punch that goes with a stamp set? I know I do punches are quick and easy and this Cookie Cutter Builder Punch is one of my favorites from the Holiday Catalog!

Check out these fun cards made with the Cookie Cutter Christmas Bundle (140396) that I received recently.

This second card uses the Cable Knit Dynamic Embossing Folder (143537). And it is dynamic- You’re going to love it since it gives you rich deep texture. It also uses the fun Warmth and Cheer Designer Series Paper 6×6 Stack (141991).

And this final card was given to me by Marni. She not only uses the cute little gingerbread man, but also the fun Jolly Hat Builder Punch and Glitter Stampin’ Emboss Powders! (I’ve got the complete recipe below for you.)

Basket of Wishes

It’s the first week of fall and we’re just beginning to feel a bit of cooler weather this week. The cooler mornings and days are coming tho for us. While I hate to see the end of summer I’ll look forward to not having the air conditioning running all the time.

These two cards are some I received in my swap using the Basket of Wishes stamp set found on page 49 of the Holiday Catalog.

This set has got some wonderful sentiments along with some great images! Check out this first card that Jolene gave me.

Jar of Haunts

Mason jars are all the rage right now and we’ve got this fun Halloween set that includes one along with images you can place inside!

What fun – and you this is another great set that will coordinate with the Everyday Jar Framelits Dies (141490)!

This first card was given to me by Marilynn.

I hope you can see all the shimmer and shine – Marilyn used our Halloween Nights Suite of products which includes the wonderful Halloween Nights Specialty Designer Series Paper (142022). This pack of paper includes two designs done in silver foil which are striking along with other fun patterns.

And here is a card that Jackie gave me.

This card has a lot of texture. And don’t you love the fact that we now have Glimmer Paper in Pumpkin Pie!

Joanne used the Seasonal Decorative Mask for the background and turned it into little ghosts! So clever.

Spooky Fun

I’ve just finished my Holiday Catalog swap with demonstrators throughout the US and can’t wait to share the wonderful cards I received!!!

Today’s cards were created by Annmarie using one of our Holiday Catalog Bundles (144437), Spooky Fun.

I’ve included the recipe below for you. And here is another card Annmarie used her circle punch to create the moon and used the masking technique. Quick and simple!

I think the Halloween Scenes Edgelits Dies contain some wonderful images that can be used for all kinds of projects – check out the fence and tree.

Cool right? Add a scarecrow and you have a fun fall scene. Add a snowman and you’ve got a wonderful winter scene. You get the idea.

Holiday Catalog Fun at the Team Retreat

A couple of weekends ago I held my annual Blue Mountain Stampers’ Weekend Getaway for my team. It’s a fun event that I really look forward to each August. A full weekend of stamping with friends – what could be better, right? As usual I forgot to pull out my camera when everyone was together. But here is a photo of Melanie and Cindy.

Melanie was designing a special baby project she needed and Cindy came prepared to create LOTS of birthday cards! Mission accomplished I think.

It also gives us a time that we can share our NEW Holiday Catalog productions, create with them and do a Shoe box Swap together. There is lots of stamping, laughing and well, just silliness. And who doesn’t need a little of that?

Like as we enjoyed the beautiful afternoon on the patio-

these two wanderers along with their friend came to visit and say hello. (Yes, I know who’d have thought – chickens? go figure ?? Of course, Larry corrected me multiple times since they are roosters I’ve got no clue where they belong.)

Melanie created this fun card using the Paisleys & Posies stamp set (142196).

She used the Thoughtful Banner stamp set (141614) for the sentiment and the Bow Builder Punch (137414) covered in Clear Wink of Stella (141897) once the Bow was put together. Can you see the shimmer on the bow? I know my photo doesn’t do justice to the cards.

Cindy made this lovely soft card using the Thoughtful Branches stamp set (143539).

Cindy used the soft images from the Fruit Stand Designer Series Paper (141660) for the background and added the large swirl from the Swirly Birds Thinlits Dies (141497).

The next card was Anna’s Shoe box swap and it uses the cute little mice from the Merry Mice stamp set (142142/142145).

And finally Marni created this cute little 3d project using the new Home Sweet Home Thinlits Dies (140279) and the Cookie Cutter Christmas Bundle (143493).

Today’s cards are done in classic Black & White and use the Falling Flowers stamp set (139553/139556) and May Flowers Framelits Dies (140276) that are sold in our money saving Bundle (142328/142329).

I love the cascade of flowers flowing down the side of this card that Jolene created with this image.

And Annmarie created a wonderful focal point using our Layering Squares Framelit Dies (141708) for her card.
