Cool Treats Thank You Card Tutorial

Cool Treats is fun stamp set with all kinds of options since it is a two-step stamp set. This makes it perfect for our Stamparatus too. Check out these fun colorful thank you cards I made recently.

I chose this pattern from the Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper (144185) since it is filled with all kinds of wonderful colors perfect for sorbets and ice cream.

I totally CASED this layout since I really liked it on a card I received in a shoe box swap last year. What does CASE mean? Copy and Share Everything! You don’t have to reinvent the wheel when stamping, sharing ideas is what it’s about.

Want to make some too? I’ve whipped up a tutorial for this taste treat set.

A Good Day

It’s pouring here in North Georgia and we’re under a flood watch, my rain gauge is already showing almost 4 inches since it started last night – hasn’t this spring’s weather been crazy? But it’s a good day to stay inside, share, and stamp. So today I thought I’d share some of the cards that I’ve received using A Good Day stamp set found in the Occasions Catalog.

These first two use the Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper (144137).

And isn’t this cute? It uses the Pansy Punch (130698) behind the scallop circle to add interest.

And this one uses our Picture Perfect Designer Series Paper (145559) along with the yummy Berry Burst 3/8″ Metallic edged Ribbon (145489)

And how about this fun metallic look? This card uses our Foil Frenzy Specialty Designer Series Paper (144125) and Metallic Foil Doilies (138392) found in the Annual Catalog.

I LOVE the fact the fact that it has coordinating scallop circle punches that go with the set. What can I say I’m a punch girl. LOL!

Stop back by tomorrow when I’ll be sharing a new tutorial with you.

Truly Tailored

Today’s treat and cards were all made using the True Gentlemen Suite of products found in the Occasions Catalog on page 45. I really am enjoying this suite with the masculine colors.

Here is a little treat item I made

It holds Merci chocolates of course. Not too much, but just enough to satisfy the sweet tooth.

Here is a tutorial for you if you’d like to make some to.

Now, would you like to see some of the fun cards that I made and received in Sherrie’s Shoe box  at OnStage?

I really like the way we used the punch alternating on the sides to create this fun card.

And here is one with a fancy fold

This suite of products is part of our Last Chance List – so why not check it out since our Accessories and bundle are while supplies last.

Guy Greetings & More

Today I wanted to share some of the swaps that I made in Sherrie’s Shoe box swap at OnStage. I enjoy this event and stamping with demonstrators from all over North America. It’s face paced, and fun since we swap 40 cards in 3 hours!

Today’s cards use stamp sets and other products that are all part of the Last Chance List and will be retiring in May. I’m really sad to see this first set, Guy Greetings (138825/138828) go. I love using it for those guys in my life.

It has a fun fold too.

I love the colors we used for this card – It uses our True Gentlemen Designer Series Paper (145593), Night of Navy 3/8″ Corduroy Ribbon (145597) and Tranquil Tide 1/2″ Finely Woven Ribbon too (144136). Rich bold and perfect for those dudes in our life.

And here is a fun card that has no stamping on it – Our Big Shot Celebration Duo Embossing Folders (142760) and Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies (137547) were used to create the bright bold card.

And how about this soft and subtle card a mask and sponging create this lovely focal point.

The final stamping was done in our Archival Basic Black Ink (140931) using our Thoughts & Prayers (128751/127805) and Touches of Texture (1419341/143251) stamp sets.

This next card uses the You’ve Got This stamp set (139572/139575) and it is done with our Watercolor Pencils and teamed up with our Fresh Floral Designer Series Paper Stack (144131).

And finally this bright bold card using the Pansy Punch (130698) and coordinating stamp set, Birthday Blossoms (139167/139471).

The sentiment is from our Picture Perfect (145519) set and the color palette is pulled from the Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper (144185). Can you see the stripes created with the Simple Stripes Embossing Folder (145648) on the Lemon Lime Twist background?

Our Last Chance List promotion is currently in full swing, so why not stop by my online store and see what items are going away at the end of May?

Stop back by tomorrow when I’ll be sharing a fun nugget treat video tutorial I made for my 3d swaps at OnStage.

Color Revamp & CenterStage

Stampin’ Up! events are a lot of fun and because of you I’ve been lucky enough this year to attend CenterStage. This event is a special one since it is based on title and by invitation only.

We were pampered and given special training along with this color swatch ring. What does that mean for you? It means I get to share more with you of course – And I love to share with you!

So today I’ve whipped up a quick video sharing the Color Revamp  that is coming in the 2018 Annual Catalog – I thought seeing them “in person” would help. Of course you’ll be able to get your hands on them and play at my upcoming Catalog Kick Off (more details coming soon) and team meetings!

2018 COLOR REVAMP SNEAK PEEK VIDEO

So what do you think? Love them? The great news is we can use them all! Just because some of our favorite colors are retiring doesn’t mean we have to stop using them, the Color Revamp just means more options! So you can still stock up on your favorite colors, card stock and other items during the Last Chance promotion.

Here are some more pics from CenterStage for you. Check in says it all…

The tables were decorated with an 80’s theme and strobe lights of course were flashing. I was sporting my shoulder pads!

Here are some of my table mates – Susan and Sherrie

And of course the big reveal! I was so excited to see the 2018 Annual Catalog for the first time! LOL we all flipped to see if Lovely as a Tree was still in the cattie along with our personal favorites!!

And a group shot of my extended stamping family that was there at the event.

What a night – it was so much fun! Here’s a quick shot of the swag we received for the night! Stampin’ Up! is always so generous

What could be better? Doing what I love, Sharing what I love, and meeting wonderful folks like you!

If this sounds like fun to you AND you’d like to be first to see all the new wonderful products and get a discount, why not check out becoming a part of my Team? Click HERE to learn more.
