Today I’m sharing a tutorial for a card made with one of my favorite stamps that is retiring. The Painted Harvest set is photopolymer so it’s easy to line up and the 2-step images in this set are very forgiving since you don’t have to line them up perfectly either.
Pick a color pallet that includes a few colors like this project does or use just one color to create shades and depth – either way you’ll love the look since this stamp set does all the work for you with it’s built in shading and watercolor feel.
While I used more of a this project has more of a “autumn” feel to it change up the Cajun Craze for Daffodil Delight and you’ll have a “summer” feel to your project. Don’t you love how simply changing color gives you a whole new look?
If you’d like to make this card I’ve got a tutorial with the complete supply list and measurements for you.
And why not check it out now before it’s gone? Did you know that all our retiring items on the Last Chance List are now while supplies last, so don’t delay and miss out on your favorite items.
Here are some more fun projects I’ve created using the Painted Harvest stamp set. This first one uses the same color pallet, but this time with more Pumpkin Pie.
And this next one uses Blackberry Bliss – love this rich color!
And finally a 3d project. This little post it note holder uses shades of Crushed Curry for the sunflower.
Memorial Day always makes me think of red poppies and so today I thought I’d share a couple of card using the Painted Poppies stamp set.
This first fun fold cards has been stamped in Poppy Parade and Old Olive classic Ink. The mats are done in Early Espresso for a softer feel than Basic Black would give you.
And this next card uses our Granny Apple Green Classic Ink and the Poppy Parade Light Stampin’ Blends to color the poppies.
Bright and cheerful and perfect for this week. If you love this Designer Series Paper that was used on both these cards you’ll find it on our Last Chance List. The Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper is filled with lovely patterns and is only available while supplies last or until June 2nd. So why not stop by my Online Store and see all the items that will be leaving on the 2nd?
Don’t forget to stop back by tomorrow when I’ll be sharing a tutorial with you.

Today’s card is bright and cheerful and great for summer
So what do you think? Love the summer time feel – we are just starting to heat up here in North Georgia and with Memorial Day right around the corner I’m looking forward to getting back in the pool. (That is once we get the new liner installed, our old one decided to give up on us last week as we were preparing to open it.)
Here is my tutorial for you so you can make some too and spread a little sunshine
I love the Coastal Cabana and Bermuda Bay combination that I used for this project. However, after I made it I realized that the Bright Color Collection Paper was no longer available, you may already have some which is great. If not the good news is we’ll have a new stack of patterns in the Brights Color Collection (152487) available in June when the 2020 Annual Catalog launches, so you can get some then. Or if you don’t want to wait check out the Follow Your Art Designer Series Paper (retiring 149489) which has a great Coastal Cabana pattern in it and it’s available at a fantastic price while it lasts!
Love roses? How about yellow ones? These were always my mom’s favorite growing up since I dad would get them for her when they were first married.
The To a Wild Rose stamp set (149452)was used to stamp this bright and cheerful card. And the color really pops with it’s Pineapple Punch and Daffodil Delight Combination. And since this stamp set is a photopolymer set it’s easy to line up the two-step images to create wonderful color and depth when stamping.
I love the way the Pineapple Punch has been teamed up with the Shaded Spruce leaves. Wondering how the focal point leaves were done? Well it’s our Watercolor Paper. The outline of the leaves were stamped and then a wash of color was added to create this soft look. This mirrors the stamped background images that aren’t popped up, those were stamped with shades of the Daffodil and Shaded Spruce. Cool right?
Why not stop by my Online Store and check out the 2018-2020 In Color Pineapple Punch and the money saving To a Wild Rose Bundle (151073) before it is gone along with all the other retiring items – you can still get this wonderful color while supplies last or until June 2nd. After that all the items on our Last Chance List will be going away.
Then stop back by tomorrow when I’ll be sharing a tutorial with your for a fun summer themed card.
When I saw this stamp set last fall I just new I had to have it. Not only did Dawn do a fantastic job of designing her set, but my daughter is a band director so I knew I’d use it for all kinds of projects. And it hasn’t disappointed – it’s got tons of versatility! Check out these cards using the set.
This first one uses our Pretty Peacock and Blackberry Bliss along with some punches too.
The Timeless Label Punch (149516) has been used to punch out the sentiment and then a second punched piece was cut in half to create this layer of layer under it. Such a quick and easy way to layer when using a punch. The piano sets on a Blackberry Bliss piece punched using the Starburst Punch (Retiring 143717). And our must have Layering Circle Dies (141705) were used to cut out the piano and the larger Basic Gray circle. A few Rhinestones are scattered around the card front for a bit of bling – don’t you love the face that we have packed of rhinestones ready to go like this card uses? Check out the Noble Peacock Rhinestones (retiring 149494) for a great selection of colors.
This next card also uses the piano image, this time done in Bermuda Bay, Coastal Cabana, and Calypso Coral for a pop of color using the Label Me Lovely Punch (151296) using the same technique to create the mat.
And finally this last card uses our fun Melon Mambo and Black for it’s color pallet.
Bright bold and fun – and check out the Noble Peacock Rhinestones again (Retiring 149494). Told you it was packed with colors!
So what do you think? Love music or know someone who does? If you haven’t gotten yours you’ll want to get it now before it’s gone for good. Stamp sets were only guaranteed until the 15th of May, so after today it will be like the other products on our Last Chance List and only available while supplies last!
Why not take a few minutes to check things out and get your favorite 2018-2020 In Colors and other products before they are gone.
Simple and elegant – this card uses our Sponge Brayers (141714) to add a subtle gradual gradient layer of color onto a piece of Whisper White Card stock. After the sentiment has been heat embossed and the Lasting Elegance Dies (151475) have been used to cut out the frame and floral images. I love the ways that you can build different looks with this set of dies.
Want to see other items that are part of the Last Chance List? You can find them HERE in my Online Store.
Need a lovely set that has some wonderful love filled sentiments? Check out the Heart to Heart set (151247) with it’s coordinating Story Label Punch (150076) and Detailed Hearts Die (151440).

This bundle has been extremely popular and your in luck if you have been waiting for it to come back in stock as of last week this bundle is now available, but you’ll want to hurry since it is on the Retirement List!
Here are a couple of cards made with this bundle for you – while they both use the same stamp set and dies they are very different.
This first card above uses Pumpkin Pie and Crushed Curry to create this lovely card for a friend.
And this next card uses a fun technique called Joseph’s Coat. Ink is applied by sponging it onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. Then the images are stamped in VersaMark (102283/102193) and embossed with Clear Embossing Powder (109130) and heat set.
This allows the color to shine through when you apply a dark color over the top with a Spronge Brayer (141714) or Stampin’ Sponge (141337), in this case Early Espresso.
Cool, right?
Why not stop by my online store and check out this bundle along with the other wonderful products that we will be saying goodbye to soon.
