Team Time fun with the Come to Gather Suite

Last week I held my monthly Team Meeting, it is one of my favorite days of the month. We gather, share, stamp, and enjoy time with each other. I’m blessed with a wonderful team that is also a great group of stampers. Because we all have been stamping for different lengths of time and have different styles, I always look forward to seeing what they have been creating.

Want to see? The theme for our swap this month was fall and none of the projects disappoint!

Here is a great treat box with a drawer that slides out

filled with a banana Twinkie, yum.

And a cute little sticky note holder using our Stitched Nested Label Dies.

And here is a quick and easy wrap for some mini chocolate bars – the sentiment is from the Painted Harvest stamp set found in our Annual Catalog.

And a few more cards

Pat created this next project using our Copper Embossing Powder and the trifold card measurements I shared with you earlier

And this final card uses our Gift of Fall Add On Note Card, the coordinating Paper Pumpkin stamp set, along with the Seasonal Layers Dies and Rectangle Stitched Dies.

I love the way that our Paper Pumpkin Kits coordinating with our products, allowing us to have even more options.

And of course every team meeting includes celebrating accomplishments, stamping, and learning new things too.

We’ll be heading off to our Stampin’ Up! #OnStage event this weekend, a first for many on the team, so you’ll want to stop back by to see what that’s all about. To Every Season Thank You Card

I do love a stamp set that has great images for both cards and treats, add the fact that it has punches and it’s sure to be on my wish list. Today’s project is a thank you card that I’ve whipped up using the To Every Season Bundle’ fall option.

I’ve chosen to highlight our Terracotta Tile 1/2″ Scallop Ribbon on this project since I love the look and feel of this ribbon AND I love the fact I can get it in all 5 of the 2019-2021 In Colors!

Here is the card I created for my November Thank You cards.

While right at the moment it feels like winter here in North Georgia with our 20 degree wake up this morning, it really is fall. In fact the leaves on the mountain sides are simply beautiful right now and were at their peak I think. After our late 90 degree weather and this early blast of arctic cold I think mother nature is a bit confused.

Any how would you like to see how I made this card? Why not check out my Video Tutorial?

Holiday Catalog Kick Off Gather Together Make n Take

It finally feels a little bit like fall here in North Georgia with some cooler temperatures, while it is still in the 80s there’s a hint of cooler weather coming our way. And after spending the evening last night with my daughter and her band, watching them and the other county’s High School bands perform their half time shows it feels more like fall to me too.

Check out this fun fall card that we make using the Come to Gather Suite of products found in the Holiday Catalog.

This suite is filled with those colors that make us think of fall and I’m loving the Come to Gather Ribbon Combo Pack with it’s rich satin edge ribbon and linen thread – perfect for a range of products.

Today’s card uses the Brick & Motar 3d Embossing Folder to create some texture and interest in the background. Our embossing folders are perfect for this and make it quick and easy too.

Want to see how this card comes together? Check out my video tutorial and of course a printable PDF too.

Gather Together Mini Shipping Treat Box

Today’s treat box was created special for my Holiday Catalog Kick Off last Saturday and it will filled with some chocolate goodies. I had a lot of fun making them for my guests.

Any how here is the treat – a made with one of our Mini Shipping Boxes, so it will hold quite a bit.

Clearly I had a thing for caramel when I was shopping since when I started filling the boxes I realized I’d picked up 4 different kinds. Or maybe it was because I was looking at the color coordinating packaging! LOL! Do you ever do that?

I really love how these treat boxes turned out and I can’t wait to share the fun technique for creating these wonderful little leaves and stamping on the wood element pieces that I used to decorate the box. No inky fingers! Ahh….. the magic of stamping.

Why not check out my video tutorial? Not only will you see just how easy these treats were to make but I’ll share a couple of tips and tricks with you too.

Check out these little Harvest Takeout Treats I made recently for my Stamp A Stack class last week. Wouldn’t they be cute adorning your Thanksgiving table?

They are small but they hold just the right amount of chocolate – I filed mine with these Lindor Truffles. Yum and the wrappers matched my color choice which was a nice coincidence too. LOL!

Tips for using the Painted Harvest Stamp Set

Today’s card is made using the Painted Harvest Stamp Set and there are a couple of things that will make you more successful when you use this set. So today not only will I be sharing the tutorial for the Holiday Catalog Kick Off Make n Take, but I’ve also got a little video for you sharing some basics for this stamp set.

First here is the card that we made.

I love the way that this set has a built in watercolor feel to it – and it has quickly become one of my favorites to use with it’s pretty font. I used Fresh Fig for the flowers on this card and love the richness of the color.

Want the instructions to make this card? Well here is the tutorial

Vintage Leaves

Fall is fast approaching – some mornings there is a nip in the North Georgia Mountain air. And with Labor Day on Monday summer will be officially over. While I mourn the more laid back days of summer I also look forward to the change in the seasons – an of course a lower air conditioning bill. LOL.

Today’s card was given to me Terry, a fellow demonstrators. She’s added a bit of shimmer and shine to her rich Cherry Cobber Leaf by adding some Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder.

Vintage Leaves
