As crazy as it sounds the last rain showers brought yellow leaves fluttering down along the roadsides and in my front yard. It seems way too early with our 90 degree days but these little leaves are always the first sign of fall for me. And for some reason they always catch me by surprise every year the first time I see them. Then I have to remind myself that it is mid August and the hot days won’t last much longer. So that got me thinking about leaves and the Gather Together Bundle that has some wonderful images and dies for our fall crafting needs. Check out these lovely cards done with this Bundle.
This first card uses our new In Color Cinnamon Cider and the maple leaf has been colored with our Stampin’ Blends – love, love, love this coloring option for bold colors!
The Gilded Autumn Designer Series Paper (153520) was used along with the Timeless Label Punch (149516).
This next card uses our Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper (153527) and the embossing dies that are part of the bundle. They cut and emboss texture at the same time which is pretty cool.
open it and you have a fun little surprise – the sentiment panel is attached to the card front only giving you a different look that allows the card to stand on it’s own.
Some simple stamping and die cutting creates this lovely card.
And how about this final card? It uses the wonderful Faux Suede Trim (152472) and the lovely wood print from the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper (152494)
Don’t these cards make you think of crisp autumn nights? I always love the rich color combos for fall and this years’ In Color, Cinnamon Cider and the new Designer Series Papers are a lot of fun.
This set is perfect with its sentiments that express to those around us just how thankful we are for them.
As I gather with my family tomorrow, I am acutely aware of just how lucky I am in all the areas of my life. My hope is as you celebrate Thanksgiving tomorrow you too have safe travels and will enjoy the time with those around you too.
Here is a quick and easy treat that hold a few pieces of chocolate that you can put together quickly using our Kraft Pillow Boxes from the Annual Catalog.
How did I make these?
Well I used my Stampin’ Spritzer filled with alcohol and a few drops Pretty Peacock Reinker. I sprayed the Kraft Pillow Box until I got the depth of color I wanted and allowed to dry. If you find your box is getting too wet, allow it to dry between coats of color.
I used my Story Label Punch and punched out the handle before I assembled my pillow box. If you do this before you color it you will get more bleeding on the inside from the spritzing.
The Come to Gather Suite (153484) is filled with rich color and textures. Here are a few cards using the products in this Suite that I wanted to share with you.
This next card uses the combines the images from the Come to Gather Suite with a sentiment from the Frosted Foliage stamp set (150520) to create a warm wonderful card.
And finally a card that uses the Seasonal Wreaths stamp set. I really like this wreath that is made up of oak leaves, flowers and berries great for a number of seasons. You can find this set on page 59 in our Holiday Catalog.
Last week I held my monthly Team Meeting, it is one of my favorite days of the month. We gather, share, stamp, and enjoy time with each other. I’m blessed with a wonderful team that is also a great group of stampers. Because we all have been stamping for different lengths of time and have different styles, I always look forward to seeing what they have been creating.
Want to see? The theme for our swap this month was fall and none of the projects disappoint!
Here is a great treat box with a drawer that slides out
filled with a banana Twinkie, yum.
And a cute little sticky note holder using our Stitched Nested Label Dies.
And here is a quick and easy wrap for some mini chocolate bars – the sentiment is from the Painted Harvest stamp set found in our Annual Catalog.
And a few more cards
Pat created this next project using our Copper Embossing Powder and the trifold card measurements I shared with you earlier
And this final card uses our Gift of Fall Add On Note Card, the coordinating Paper Pumpkin stamp set, along with the Seasonal Layers Dies and Rectangle Stitched Dies.
I love the way that our Paper Pumpkin Kits coordinating with our products, allowing us to have even more options.
And of course every team meeting includes celebrating accomplishments, stamping, and learning new things too.

I love the great fall images in the Gather Together stamp set so it was a easy decision to choose it for my November birthday card this month.
You’re going to love just how easy it is to create this fun fall birthday card with it’s faux panel that is created with a couple of easy steps using sticky notes and sponges – A great #simplestamping project since it uses stamps, ink, paper —— and an embellishment of course!

It finally feels a little bit like fall here in North Georgia with some cooler temperatures, while it is still in the 80s there’s a hint of cooler weather coming our way. And after spending the evening last night with my daughter and her band, watching them and the other county’s High School bands perform their half time shows it feels more like fall to me too.
Check out this fun fall card that we make using the Come to Gather Suite of products found in the Holiday Catalog.
This suite is filled with those colors that make us think of fall and I’m loving the Come to Gather Ribbon Combo Pack with it’s rich satin edge ribbon and linen thread – perfect for a range of products.
Today’s card uses the Brick & Motar 3d Embossing Folder to create some texture and interest in the background. Our embossing folders are perfect for this and make it quick and easy too.
Want to see how this card comes together? Check out my video tutorial and of course a printable PDF too.

VIP Challenge Extended – Why not shop with me and get your spot today!
Today’s treat box was created special for my Holiday Catalog Kick Off last Saturday and it will filled with some chocolate goodies. I had a lot of fun making them for my guests.
Any how here is the treat – a made with one of our Mini Shipping Boxes, so it will hold quite a bit.
Clearly I had a thing for caramel when I was shopping since when I started filling the boxes I realized I’d picked up 4 different kinds. Or maybe it was because I was looking at the color coordinating packaging! LOL! Do you ever do that?
I really love how these treat boxes turned out and I can’t wait to share the fun technique for creating these wonderful little leaves and stamping on the wood element pieces that I used to decorate the box. No inky fingers! Ahh….. the magic of stamping.
Why not check out my video tutorial? Not only will you see just how easy these treats were to make but I’ll share a couple of tips and tricks with you too.

Ahh… the nip is in the air. Not – at least not for a while yet here in North Georgia. We’re having the hottest September in years. So it is kind of odd to watch all the leaves blowing across my yard when it’s in the 90s. I think mother nature is a bit confused this year.
The start of the school year and football season always makes me think of the fall color and cooler days, so I reached for the Gather Together Bundle to create this month’s birthday card.
What do you think? I used the Woven Threads Designer Series Paper for this card since I thought the texture was a great fit AND I love the fact it is part of our Buy 3 Get 1 FREE Designer Series Promotion this month.
While this set has some lovely sentiments and images,
it didn’t contain a birthday sentiment which I wanted for this project so I reached for the Seaside Notions set since I thought the font was perfect for this card. What do you think? Of course you could use the “Wishing you well” sentiment also.
Check out my video tutorial to see how I made this card.
Want to make some too? Here is a PDF tutorial for you.
