Yummy Pale Papaya

I couldn’t resist this soft color and immediately fell in love with this NEW 2021 In Color as soon as I saw it. How about you?

Whether your a fan or not quite sure yet, why not check out these wonderful swaps using the In Color Pale Papaya? They are Monochromatic cards and show just how great this color is! I’ll start with this soft and lovely floral card that uses the Pierced Bloom Dies (154312) as a back drop for the lovely sentiment from the Biggest Wish stamp set (155052).

The Hand Penned Designer Series Paper (155499) used on this card and the next two cards brings in a soft background of Pale Papaya too. And I think you’ll love the soft feel of the Open Weave Ribbon (155672) for your project since it ties easily and doesn’t have a lot of bulk to it.

This next card uses one of our new stamp sets, All Squared Away (155087)

the sweet Genial Gem (155500) makes the center of the flower have a bit of sparkle. And how about a one of my favorite sets? This card uses the Enjoy the Moment stamp set (154452)

Filled with images from nature and some wonderful sentiments, it is a great choice to add to your collection. Check out the lovely little sequins from the Artistry Blooms Adhesive-Backed Sequin pack (152477). They coordinate nicely with the Pale Papaya.

The Sweet Strawberry stamp set (158231) was used to create this next card using the 2021-2023 In Color Designer Series Paper Stack (155641), Jewels (155571), and Stampin’ Write Markers (155639).

Like flowers? Then the Daisy Garden Background stamp (155079) and Daisy Lane stamp set (149325) might be right for you.

The Daisy Lane stamp set has some great sentiments and has 2 coordinating punches so it makes things a snap. The bit of Vellum has been die cut with the Forever Flourishing Dies (152714) to add a bit of interest and there are those fun Genial Gems too. They are great for tons of different projects with their little bit of shimmer. And this last card has been dry embossed with the Dandelions 3D Embossing Folder (152953).

A bit of sponging highlights the embossed image and sentiment from the Elegantly Said stamp set (155095) that has been punched out with the Label Me Lovely Punch (151296). More of the Genial Gems are used for a bit of shimmer and the 1/2″ Pale Papaya & White Ribbon (155816) adds a bit more texture with its loving weaving of white throughout and on the edges.

Country Road & More

I’m feeling a little bit country today and this set has a wonderful nostalgic feel to it for me and I almost missed it in the Annual Catalog. I’m a country girl at heart and grew up among the dairy farms of Wisconsin so these images remind me of my childhood and the country side dotted by red barns.

Today’s cards are done in our neutrals and make great masculine cards. This firsts card is done with Crumb Cake and Basic Black – a monochromatic card that is striking.

And this second card uses our new colors, Gray Granite and Merry Merlot along with the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper –

a bit of Silver Embossing and Silver Mini Sequins add a bit more texture to the card. Can you see the plants stamped in the background of the wheel and weather vain? It just adds a hint of interest and texture.

And how about this card done with the Artisan Texture, Enjoy Life and Stitched All Around stamp sets.

I love the way the Linen Thread is applied to the card strip – an easy technique, but it adds a lot of interest.

So, have a favorite? Why not leave me a comment and let me know which one you like and why?

Stamp Set: Country Road (147466/147469), Artisan Textures (146570/141781), Enjoy Life (148190),  and Stitched All Around (146629/146632)
