Sunrise Sailing Spring Card

Need a fun summer themed graduation or retirement card? How about the Sunrise Sailing Bundle (Online Exclusive 165497)?

Not only does this bundle include a wonderful stamp set and dies, it also has a fun 3D Hybrid embossing folder.

Today’s card send congratulations to that special grad and let’s them know they are destined for great things It’s also got a fun movement since the sail boat has been popped up on a little “wobble spring” element giving it some fun movement. The lovely shimmery embellishment is from the Itty Bitty Bokeh Mix Embellishments (164618) and gives this night sky some shine. A bit of our White Craft Ink (147277) has been sponged on the raised design too giving it some depth and highlighting the clouds and water.

Whether you love to sail, or just love the water this is a fun set.

Monochromatic Year of Flowers

Do you love a monochromatic card? I know I do. When I began stamping this was a great way of creating cards with limited supplies. And our In Colors both are great to start with since there are only 5 colors in a family or to add fun trendy colors to your collection.

Today’s card is a monochromatic card highlighting our Strawberry Slush 2025-2027 In Color.

This card uses two different Online Exclusives, the Year of the Flower stamp set (Online Exclusive 165367) and Painted Stripes stamp (Online Exclusive 165437).

This stamp set contains a full year of stamps with monthly flowers making it wonderful for birthday cards all year round.

The Painted Stripes stamp is a large stamp with built in shading so it’s a great stamp for backgrounds and adding a bit of interest to a project, And when you use a punch like the Modern Oval Punch ( 162234) stamping is easy. I loved punches when I first started stamping since they allowed me to get great centered images every time. Simply flip the punch over, line it up in the window, and punch!

And of course a bit of texture has been added with the Strawberry Slush 3/8″ Faux Linen Ribbon (165274) which is lovely and ties wonderfully.

Wildflower Birthday

Do you love soft and lovely? If so this the Wildflower Birthday Suite (164604) might be right up your alley with it’s soft color pallet for creating wonderful cards to celebrate birthdays and other occasions like graduation.

Today’s card uses this Suite of products to create this lovely birthday card.

The Birthday Celebration stamp set (Online Exclusive164592) has these lovely sentiments that are two step making them great for creating the sentiment you need when you combine them. Today’s card uses our white Embossing Powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder (165679) to make the sentiment shine and go with the fun gold foiling in the Wildflower Birthday Designer Series Paper (Online Exclusive 164591). And the fun tassels (think graduation too!) from the Birthday Celebration Dies (Online Exclusive 164598) add a bit of celebratory fun along with the Party Dots (Online Exclusives 164602).

Best wishes with our Sunrise Sailing

Sand, sea, and sun. What does that make you think of? For me spending time at the lake front in Milwaukee and watching the boats on the water. They looked so elegant out in distance against the blue skies.

Today’s card uses our Sunrise Sailing Bundle (Online Exclusive 165497) filled with lovely sentiments and nautical images. The color has been added using a Blending Brush to hit the embossed image after it’s been cut out with the coordinating die. Isn’t it cool that our Hybrid Embossing Folders like this allow you to cut out the images and dry emboss them like this? A bit of color has also been added to the water and sky so the clouds pop on the Cloud Cover background.

And for a little shine our Holographic Resin Dots (Online Exclusive 165598) have been added.

Textured Notes

Have you seen the Textured Notes Bundle (Online Exclusive 165556)? This bundle includes some wonderful images and has several sentiments for all occasions. In addition the Textured Notes Dies (Online Exclusive 165555) are a wonderful set of all purpose dies too.

Today’s card uses this lovely set and creates a neutrals inspired thank you card.

Done in Pecan Pie, Crumb Cake and Garden Green it also uses the Elements of Text stamp set (Online Exclusive 164774) and Birch Wood 3D Embossing Folder (164069) to add interest and texture to the background.

A great card for someone who loves nature or a masculine card.

Happy Hibiscus

It’s been a rather sultry week and the temperatures have been as high as the humidity so it’s got me thinking of tropical things. So today’s card highlights the Happy Hibiscus stamp set (Online Exclusive 164877).

This stamp set allows you to create these lovely flowers year round if you choose since the set has some great all occasion sentiments. Check out today’s card that uses this stamp set.

The flowers have been stamped in shades of Calypso Coral, Flirty Flamingo, and Pretty in Pink and the leaves in Old Olive which brings out the lovely foiling from the Season of Elegance Specialty Designer Series Paper (164144).

Online Exclusives Faith Collection

Did you know that we have a special selection of stamp sets, dies and more in the Online Store? These special products are released periodically and supplement our Annual and Mini Catalogs giving us new products every month of the year! Today’s card use the Faith Collection Bundle (Online Exclusives 164796) that is found there.

This set is perfect for Easter with it’s lovely coordinating dies. Check out these two cards using this bundle. This first card also uses the Everyday Skies 6×6 Designer Series Paper (Online Exclusive 164622).

The cross has been die cut using Pecan pie and places on the stamped die cut image. The sky sets a beautiful sunrise backdrop and a few Adhesive Backed Trio Pearls (163319) add a bit of shine and texture.

This next card uses the same images but has a less dramatic spring feel to it

with it’s softer color pallet. Done in Old Olive and Daffodil Delight it uses the Floral Delight Designer Series Paper (164700). Old Olive has been used for the palms and has been stamped off to create a lighter shade of green behind the cross. A bit of Daffodil Delight 1/8″ Satin Ribbon (164715) is draped across the cross that has been die cut in Pecan Pie and uses both the solid and detailed die. A bit of sponging on the detailed layer gives it more depth. And those cut little dots that add a bit of shine come from the Glossy Dots Assortment (158827).
