You can hear the leaves rustle? We’ve had a breezing cool few days here in North Georgia and the colors have really started to pop against the hill sides and along the roads. It feels like it’s happened overnight, but I know it’s a combination of shorter days and cooler nights that create this wonderful array of colors. So today I thought it felt right to share a couple of autumn inspired cards using the Autumn Leaves Bundle (162186).
This bundle has some great sentiments and images for fall crafting and today’s cards use a couple of simple techniques to create some great autumn cards. This first card uses the fun Baby Wipe Technique that uses our Reinkers.
Grab a couple of baby wipes, a few reinkers of your choice and create your own ink pad to create this look. How’s it done? Fold your baby wipes so they create a a size that will work well with your stamp choice, use your of rinkers and place drops of ink randomly around the surface, repeat until you have a variety of colors filling in the space. Then go ahead and stamp! Yep that is it. Just a tip tho, you’ll want to clean your stamp in between your stamping as you’ll muddy the colors on the baby wipe if you don’t. Have fun with it and enjoy the process, you’ll create an original look each time you stamp!
The leaf shape die has been used to cut out the card front stamped panel and then again from the Designer Series Paper. The Designer Series Paper has been placed in the negative spot using Stampin’ Dimensionals creating a bit of a shadow effect. The Crumb Cake card base peeks through from behind enhancing this effect. The tone on tone stamping is a great backdrop and the bit of Linen Thread (104199) and Adesive Backed Speckled Dots (162191) ties the color scheme together nicely.
So what do you think? Need a birthday card? simply swap out the sentiment with one of your choices these layouts aren’t just for Thanksgiving.

Today’s cards use the Rustic Crate images for Autumn. This set is one of those with lovely images and sentiments that you can use through the fall, winter and even spring. Simply switch out the image that fills the crate or use it on it’s own.
Today’s cards use the fall image on it’s own. This first card teams up two of our In Colors, Copper Clay and Pebbled Path.
Stampin’ Blends have been used to create bold color on the image and a bit of color has been added to the panel using our Blending Brushes (153611). A bit of the Burlap Ribbon found in our Combo Pack (160386) has been used to add a bit of texture and the crate image has been stamped in Pecan Pie to create a tone on tone back drop.
So what do you think? Can you see this Bundle as a choice for your crafting needs? Why not stop by my Online Store and check this and other choices for your fall crafting needs?

As promised today I’m sharing more cards that I received in my recent swap using the All About Autumn Suite Collection (162193). This Suite might be just the thing you need for your fall creations.
Whether you need a fall birthday card or Thanksgiving card this Suite is filled with the colors and textures of the season. Here are a few cards to show you just how much versatility is in this Suite. This first card uses the All About Autumn Designer Series Paper (162178) to create a quick and easy card for a birthday with just 3 little strips.
The leaves are cut from the foil side of this pack of paper adding a lovely bit of shine and the very popular Adhesive Backed Speckled Dots (162191) add a coordinating pop of color. This next card uses simple stamping using Crumb Cake, Blackberry Bliss, and Crushed Curry.
The All About Autumn Designer Series Paper (162178) is used in the background to add a bit more texture and color. Fall teaches us change can be lovely – I love this sentiment, as our season changes as children it’s one of our first lessons.
Enjoy the cooler temperatures as we dive into the month of October, can you believe it’s just a few days away?
