This color combo is quite striking and the ribbon is gorgeous in person. The catalog just doesn’t do it justice. How about a card done in Bubble Bath and Wild Wheat?
And the final card today once again uses the Bubble Bath with another of our In Colors Moody Mauve.
A bit of sponging around the outside edge of the focal point and some embellishments adds a bit of texture.
How do you get this lovely bundle for FREE? During Sale-a-bration when you place a qualifying order you’ll get to choose a product of your choice and you can earn as many as you’d like before the end of February. How great is that?

Do you like simple stamping? Or stepping your project up with a quick and simple technique? The Quiet Reflection stamp set (162689) gives you all of these options, plus it has some great sentiments too!
This first card uses a simple technique of stamping, crumpling the paper and adding some sponging to the crinkles.
Two Classic Inks were used to ink up the image, Pean Pie and a bit of Mossy Meadow on the top image which gives it a cool effect. The sentiment was stamped in Mossy Meadow and the Pecan Pie 1/2″ Bordered Ribbon (161634) adds a bit more texture to the project.
This next project uses the same two color ink technique for the image but this time it is Mossy Meadow and Pretty Peacock.
The image was stamped in our Pebbled Path, if you haven’t added this color to your ink collection you’ll want to since it is a lovely warm gray. Then some color was added to the stamped panel in Balmy Blue and Blueberry Bushel with our Blending Brushes (153611). Add a bit of Linen Thread (104199) as your horizon. Finally our Christmas Pinecones Dies (1569309) were used in a non traditional manner to emboss the Pebbled Path card stock layer. Simply turn the dies over so that it doesn’t cut your card stock and run it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss. It will emboss your card stock this way rather than cut the pinecones out. A great way to add texture and a fun technique that packs a wow factor.

The Inked Botanicals Suite Collection (161172) is a lot of fun to work with and with it packaged in a coordinating Suite Stampin’ Up! has given us a one stop shopping experience too.
So today’s cards all use the products from this Suite. This first card is simple stamping –
The card has been stamped using Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry and Lost Lagoon Classic Inks that have been stamped off first before stamping onto the card front to create a softer color. The sentiment has been stamped onto a strip of Very Vanilla card stock and then punched out using the Tiled Punch Pack (161167) and then layered over a bit of the Lost Lagoon 1/4″ Bordered Ribbon (161171). You’ll love this ribbon it ties nicely and is soft.
Yesterday was a crazy kind of day and so I didn’t get to share with you my weekly tutorial, but with the rain coming in again this afternoon it is a great time to spend a little time crafting! So here you go.
Today’s card uses the Bee Mine Suite and is quick and easy to create since it uses punches. The adorable Bee Builder Punch (162553) makes creating this fun little bee quick and easy and the 2″ Circle Punch (Online Exclusive 133782) will make your stamping so easy too. I love sentiments that are punched out like this since they make everyone successful. I know as a beginner stampers I loved punches since if I needed to stamp again I didn’t have to start all over again and could just do the one image or sentiment.
Here is a video tutorial for you
And of course a PDF that you can print that even contains the YouTube Link for easy reference!
with it’s metallic finish. If you haven’t seen this trim in person it really is quite cool and the dies in this bundle give you a quick and easy way to weave through the paper like on this card.
If you haven’t seen this suite before why not stop by my Online Store today and check it out? During Sale-a-bration when you purchase this Suite you’ll be able to choose from our FREE Sale-a-bration products too!
Here is North Georgia spring is always heralded in with our Dogwood trees that dot the landscapes and woods. They never fail to impress either and so I expect that if you love them too you’ll enjoy creating with the Detailed Dogwood (Sale-a-bration 162953).
Once again this stamp set is an image only set so that you can team it up with your favorite sentiment as you create. Here are a couple of cards that use this lovely set. This first card uses the soft Bubble Bath and have teamed it up with Lemon Lime Twist. The Watercolor Painted was used to color the images to create a quick and easy wash of color.
Don’t you love how color impacts our creations? Something as simple as a color choice makes a project feel so different even when you use the same stamp sets allowing you to make it your own.
Do you love dogs? I know I do. I can’t remember a time that a dog wasn’t apart of our family someone we loved. From my first little pup at age 4 to our two current little babies, dogs hold a special place in my heart. So when I saw the Doggone Friendly Stamp (162729) I knew it would be part of my shopping list.
Today I’m going to share some fun cards from my swap that use this stamp in different ways. I like the fact that this stamp has it all and we can highlight one or all of our sweet faces! This first card does just that.
The card front was stamped in Pebbled Path and then circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies (159183) was used to cut out the image desired. The pup has been colored and highlighted and then layered onto a larger circle of Misty Moonlight. This layered shape covers the hole that was created. And how about this next card that uses a quick pop of color on their bandanas with our Stampin’ Blends to draw your eye?
This stamped image was stamped Pecan Pie once and then cut into three sections at 1 1/2″, 2 1/8″ to decorate the panels. So simple but it packs a wow in shades of brown.
Three cards, three totally different looks! It’s one of my favorite things about paper crafting, while we start with the same supplies we can create a project that is our.
On a personal note I thought I’d share a quick pic of my pups. Kona and Hana who are now 21 weeks old and just got their first grooming.
We named them after two towns we were able to visit on vacation recently. They are such sweet little faces, don’t you think? Why not leave me a comment and tell me what kind of pup you have?
Love the zoo and all the animals? Have a little tiger of your own, or just love cute? The Jungle Pals Stamp Set (Sale-a-bration 162950) that you can earn during Sale-a-bration with a qualifying order is just too cute!
I love the fact that this stamp set contains images only so you can team it up with the sentiment set of your choice or even our little Mini Alphabet Dies (162934) like this first card does.
And this next card uses the neutral side of the Just Kiddin’ Designer Series Paper (162828) as a backdrop and to set the color pallet. The cute little animals are simply stamped and then the vine and grass Dies add a bit of bit of texture and color.
If you love a good trip to the zoo, why not check out these Sale-a-bration options in my Online Store that you can earn with a qualifying purchase. And of course if you’d like to earn more FREE things on your shopping list why not host a private party? Contact me today to set up a date and time to gather with your friends!
Yesterday I shared a card that we made during an OnStage@Home event. So today I thought I’d share the other card we made with a quick little water color technique.
I loved punches when I first started to stamp they always made me feel successful since I didn’t have to stamp the entire card without any mistakes. How about you? Do you love them too? While I eventually build my collection to include dies and the machine I still love the ease and portability of a punch!
Here is a quick video for you showing how we made this card and of course a PDF too.
Today’s card is one that I’ve been wanting to share with you for a while, but it’s been kind of crazy around here with the weather and family so it got delayed. But you’re in luck berceuse I’ll be sharing more tutorials with this Suite. Today’s card was one of our Make n Takes during our November OnStage@Home events and now you can make one too!
Not only is this card quick and easy it’s totally cute with this little bee. And the punch makes it super easy to create a bunch of these.
Here is a quick video sharing how we made this card during the event. Along with a PDF that has a supply list, step by step instructions and measurements too.
Like it? I’ve got several more tutorials for you that I’ve been working on too! So don’t forget to stop back and see them all.
