More Berry Blessings

During this cold winter weather it’s always fun to see the bright reds and blues of berries in my local grocery stores. It’s a sign and promise of what is to come and warmer weather. I’ve had blueberry bushes in my yard for years and always enjoy seeing those little bell shaped blossoms. I was surprised years ago while sitting in our local extension service class learning how to install the bushes to learn all the benefits of those little sticks we were going to pick up. After a few years not only did our bushes at our old house beginning give a bounty of berries they were pretty year round too. Even in the fall the leaves turn bright red before they fall off. How about you? Are you dreaming of soft summer breezes and fresh sweet berries from the yard?

Check out these lovely cards made using the Berry Blessings Stamp set and Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper (Sale-a-bration 157613). This first one uses a fun fold and our Misty Moonlight and Balmy Blue.

And this next one uses Real Red to create these yummy raspberries. A bit of our Champagne Foil sheets and Basic Pearls adds a bit of shine.

And this last card is a fun way to use scraps,

So what do you think? Which card do you like best?

Lovely Timeless Tulips

I really enjoy using the Timeless Tulip stamp set and it’s coordinating punch. I’ve shared some card tutorials with you using this bundle and today I’m going to share a few more cards with you that I received in a swap.

These first two cards use just the stamp set and 2 step stamping.

The Garden Lane Designer Series Paper (149488) was used on this first card to give a bit of texture and interest. And this second card done in Melon Mambo uses the sentiment from the Very Versailles stamp set (149275) found in the Annual Catalog to create an elegant feel.

It’s a fun fold that opens a bit differently too.

This next card is a 3d Pop Up Card that folds flat for mailing. I love the look, reminds me of a planter filled with tulips.

And finally some punch art, this card uses just the Tulip Builder Punch and our Pigment Sprinkles (149663) to create this fun colorful octopus. I hope you can see all the depth that has been created simply by using the punch and some Stampin’ Dimensionals.

How fun is that? Simply punch in different widths for the octopus’ tentacles and use the leaves for waves under the little guy. I just love it!

So which is your favorite? Why not leave me a comment and let me know what you think?

Then stop back by next week when I’ll be sharing some of my card tutorials with you.
