I’ve shared some of my past organizational items that I’ve been using for years the last couple of days for the NEW 2023 Annual Catalog and so today I thought I’d share something new with you, my Stampin’ Blends Labels.
Yes, I finally sat down and created this file for myself and it includes all the current 2023 Stampin’ Blends including the Natural Tones all in one place. This PDF is simple to use, simply print it off onto a piece of Basic White Card stock and cut it into strips so that your punch will slide in on each side.
Then simply punch out the color you need and use a Mini Glue Dot to attach it to your cap.
Yep, it is that quick and simple! Now I just need to make sure to put them right side up in their spots so I can read them lol.

Yesterday I shared with you my Labels that I use for almost everything lol and some of you had some questions about my card stock box and why there were little silver clips on some of the folder. (You can click HERE to see the labels and that post)
The answer is a quick and easy one – inventory. These little silver binder clips tell me that I have a new package of card stock waiting in the wings. I picked up this tip years ago from a fellow crafter and find it very useful as it is a quick and easy visual cue to let me know that I need to order that color when the file folder gets a bit thin.
Speaking of those labels – My ink pads needed a bit of sprucing up with those new labels. I love to make it easy to find where things go ink my ink rack.
Not only can I quickly see the name but also the color ink pad that is hiding on my desk when I clean up. I simply cut a bit of card stock down to fit in the slot add the label and use add a strip of Stampin’ Seal or a Mini Glue Dot to the front to hold it down.
And last but not least, the labels that come on the underside of the pad. How do you use them?
Our pads now have 2 names of the color in English. Now I can not only put the name on the end of the pad, but also along the top edge so I can see it when it’s closed or when it’s open and I’m stamping.
I love the fact that Stampin’ Up! looks at small details like this to make crafting easier. How about you?

I actually print this twice and cut one apart to put with my Designer Series Paper since the printing is bigger than what comes on the tag board backer. You can also keep my Design Tools & Color Swatch Books on your desk or with it too for easy reference. (I do both since I tend to bury the swatch book under everything on my desk when I’m creating, lol). If you haven’t ordered a set of 2023 Annual Catalog Swatch Books yet, I still have a few left. 2022-2023 Annual Catalog Color Collection Inventory Chart
Want a quick way to know what colors you have on the go? I love this purse sized inventory list for keeping my items handy, so I’m sharing it with you. It’s got all of our color families even the two In Color Families. Simply print, score, then fold to create a tri-fold reference chart that you can tuck in your purse. And if you’d like a visual of the color, add a small circle of the card stock for those that you have like I did here with a half inch circle punch above the name.
Tip: Make sure when you are printing this chart to turn the second side so that it prints upside down. That way both sides will be in the same direction when using.
Labels, Labels, Labels – I love labels and these make things so easy. I like to have everything consistent so with the NEW 2023 Annual Catalog. I have created new labels for my hanging file folders, Refill drawers, daubers, and the bottoms of my Classic Ink Pads.

You’ll want to be sure to check out all the die case label inserts and organize your new dies. then print them off on Basic White Card stock and cut them down to insert. Voila! coordination and organization made easy!
Simply pick up magnetic sheets at your local hardware store, the ones I use are for your vents. Cut them down and use your Tear & Tape to adhere them into our Stamp Cases.
And here is the Designer Series Paper chart in easy chart – hang it in your space, cut it up and add it to your packs of Designer Series Paper for a larger more easily readable list. The choice is yours!

As you know before I really get crafting I find a few organizational items helpful. I’ve been doing these now for years and you’ve given me wonderful feedback about liking them. Die Case Inserts
And so that you can get those Dies on the shelf with your other cases, here is my Die Case Inserts for the new 2022 Annual Catalog and Sale-a-bration dies. If you haven’t used these before you’ll find the ones for the 2022 Annual CatalogHERE and HERE. And if you need others you can find them under Organization section.
Love my organizational idea? What now? Simply print the PDF onto Basic White Card stock (159276) and trim on lines. Then insert into one of our Standard Stamp Cases (119105). And add a magnetic sheet (I use vent covers I find at the hardware store) to the inside using our Tear & Tape (138995). Got a big set? Add the sheet to the front and back covers to hold more! Yes it’s that easy.
