Catalog Organizational Items
As you know before I really get crafting I find a few organizational items helpful. I’ve been doing these now for years and you’ve given me wonderful feedback about liking them. So if you’ve missed past catalog organizational items, you can click on the Organization link in the side bar to find all my past Organizational items simply look for the catalog you need.
Die Case Inserts
And so that you can get those Dies on the shelf with your other cases, here is my Die Case Inserts for the new 2024 Mini Catalog. If you haven’t used these before you’ll find the ones for the 2024 Annual Catalog HERE. And if you need others you can find them under Organization section.
Love my organizational idea? What now? Simply print the PDF onto Basic White Card stock (159276) and trim on lines. Then insert into one of our Standard Stamp Cases (119105). And add a magnetic sheet (I use vent covers I find at the hardware store) to the inside using our Tear & Tape (138995). Got a big set? Add the sheet to the front and back covers to hold more! Yes it’s that easy.

First, I’ve created a quick reference for the Designer Series Paper. I like this chart and keep it handy when I’m looking for the colors in the Designer Series Paper. Everything you need is on this one easy chart.
2024 Annual Catalog Designer Series Paper Chart PDF (updated 5/15)
Want a quick way to know what colors you have on the go? I love this purse sized inventory list for keeping my items handy, so I’m sharing it with you. It’s got all of our color families even the two In Color Families. Simply print, score, then fold to create a tri-fold reference chart that you can tuck in your purse. And if you’d like a visual of the color, add a small circle of the card stock for those that you have like I did here with a half inch circle punch above the name. Here is a photo of last years so you can see what I mean with the circles.
Tip: Make sure when you are printing this chart to turn the second side so that it prints upside down. That way both sides will be in the same direction when using.
Labels, Labels, Labels – I love labels and these make things so easy. I like to have everything consistent so with the NEW 2024 Annual Catalog. I have created new labels for my hanging file folders, Refill drawers, daubers, and the bottoms of my Classic Ink Pads.

2023 September – December Designer Series Paper Chart PDF
I actually print this PDF out twice. The first one I place post on my paper tub so I can see it easily. The second copy I cut apart and tape it to the package of Designer Series Paper itself. This copy is much larger than the included labeling making it quick and easy to see. I can also make notes or highlight the color card stock that I like to use with this pack so I can order more easily too.

You’ll want to be sure to check out all the die case label inserts and organize your new dies. then print them off on Basic White Card stock and cut them down to insert. Voila! coordination and organization made easy!
Simply pick up magnetic sheets at your local hardware store, the ones I use are for your vents. Cut them down and use your Tear & Tape to adhere them into our Stamp Cases.
And here is the Designer Series Paper chart in easy chart – hang it in your space, cut it up and add it to your packs of Designer Series Paper for a larger more easily readable list. The choice is yours!

I know that the NEW Classic Ink Pads come with these great labels stuck to the bottom for us to use (which I love), but I like to also know the which Color Collection they belong to, so I still use these in addition to the ones already included. I simply place this on the lid of my Ink pads.

With the launch of the new catalog some of our items have been turned off due to the item being on back order and will be turned back on when the supply is available again.
