It’s that time again – a NEW July – December Mini Catalog and this year we have a Sale-a-bration Brochure too. Great news and a lot of fun new products to choose from!
So I’ve got all the items you need to organize your craft stash again. I’ll start with our Designer Series Paper Chart. This PDF has both the MINI and Sale-a-bration Designer Series Paper along with the colors listed in one handy place.
2021 July – December Mini Catalog Designer Series Paper Chart PDF
This catalog I’ve added a couple of things to the chart that I thought you might find useful. I’ve included the item # and price for to make ordering more of your favorites easier. Why not let me know what you think by leaving a comment?
And a favorite for many – my Die Case Inserts
Here are the Case Inserts for the Dies from both the MINI & Sale-a-bration for you, so you can get started with your dies.
Of course if you need more cases you’ll find our Standard Stamp Cases on page 145 of the annual Catalog (item 119105 $8). If you have our Annual Catalog make sure to make the correction for the price in your copy, since it was printed incorrectly.
Haven’t seen these before? Why not check out my earlier post telling you about them? HERE
Enjoy! And then stop back by tomorrow when I’ll be sharing some fun projects from the new MINI.

Today I’ve got some wonderful items to help make organizing your craft space easier for you while you’re waiting for those fun new colors and products to arrive. I’ve done this with each NEW Annual Catalog launch for years (you can find past items by looking under the organization category) and I hope you’ll find them useful too.
First I’ve created a quick reference for the Designer Series Paper. I like this chart and keep it handy when I’m looking for the colors in the Designer Series Paper. Everything you need is on this one easy chart.
2021-2022 Annual Catalog Designer Series Paper Chart PDF
I actually print this twice and cut one apart to put with my Designer Series Paper since the printing is bigger than what comes on the tag board backer. You can also keep my Design Tools & Color Swatch Books on your desk or with it too for easy reference. (I do both since I tend to bury the swatch book under everything on my desk when I’m creating, lol).
2020-2021 Annual Catalog Color Collection Inventory Chart
Want a quick way to know what colors you have on the go? I love this purse sized inventory list for keeping my items handy, so I’m sharing it with you. It’s got all of our color families even the two In Color Families. Simply print, score, then fold to create a tri-fold reference chart that you can tuck in your purse
Tip: Make sure when you are printing this chart to turn the second side so that it prints upside down. That way both sides will be in the same direction when using.
Labels, Labels, Labels – I love labels and these make things so easy. I like to have everything consistent so with the NEW 2021 Catalog. I have created new labels for my hanging file folders, Refill drawers, daubers, and my Classic Ink Pads.
2021 Annual Catalog File Drawer Labels (Avery 5167) PDF
Stop back by tomorrow when I’ll be sharing more items to get you started along with my Dies Case Organizational Items with you.
If you don’t have a catalog and would like one, why not contact me today to find out how to get yours!
The catalog is free, you’ll simply pay for shipping or you can stop by and pick one up if you are local. Simply email me your name, address, and phone number.

Labels, Labels, Labels – I love labels and these make things so easy. I like to have everything consistent so with the NEW 2020-2021 Catalog. I have created new labels for my hanging file folders, Refill drawers, and my Classic Ink Pads.
I know that the NEW Classic Ink Pads come with these great labels stuck to the bottom for us to use (which I love), but I like to also know the which Color Collection they belong to, so I still use these in addition to the ones already included. I simply place this on the lid of my Ink pads.

Holiday Catalog Organizational Items
As you know before I really get crafting I find a few organizational items helpful. I’ve been doing these now for years and everyone seems to find them helpful, so I hope you will find them useful too. (You can click on the Organization link in the side bar to find past Organizational items)
This first item is a index for the new catalog. So you can flip and find the items easily. Let me know how you like it by leaving a comment below. And of course if you find a mistake, please let me know I’m happy to correct the file for everyone.
And of course a quick and easy color reference for all of the Designer
Series Paper that are new! Great to keep with your papers so you can
easily find what you need.
And so that you can get those Dies on the shelf with your other cases, here is my Case Inserts for the new Dies. If you haven’t used these before you’ll find the ones for the 2019 Annual Catalog HERE. (And if you need others you can find them under Organization. I’ve been doing these organizational items for years now! and the packaging matches our other labeling)
10/6/2019 Links have been updated so they should be working. As always thank you for letting me know when something isn’t working correctly.
Have a larger set of Dies? Simply add a second magnetic sheet to the inside and you’ll have lots of room for those larger sets of dies.
Love my organizational idea? What now? Simply print the PDF onto Whisper White Card stock (100730) and trim on lines. Then insert into one of our Standard Stamp Cases (119105). And add a magnetic sheet (I use vent covers I find at the hardware store) to the inside using our Tear & Tape (138995). Yes it’s that easy.
Enjoy! And then stop back by tomorrow when I’ll have a special tutorial for my Shoe Box Swap card from my Team Getaway from last month.

It’s that time of year again. I love when the new catalog arrives since it gives me a reason to reorganize my crafting space. After all what feels better than a stamping space that makes things easy for you to create?
So here are some tools for you to use….. First my Designer Series Paper Chart – this chart keeps everything in one place for you so you can refer easily to what colors are needed or what colors you already have on hand. I like to post this where I can see it. I know that Stampin’ Up! has printed the names on the packages of Designer Series Paper, but that would mean I have to pull each one to look.
(I’ve actually started printing 2 of these – one I have where I can refer to it easily and the second I cut and attach to the outside of each folder I keep my Designer Series Paper in.)
Want labels? How about a printable Avery labels 5167 for your card stock? I use these for my hanging file folders.
New In Color and ink pads need labels too, and while I love the labels Stampin’ Up! provides, I like a little extra something to help things easily go back where they belong. These next labels I use to label my ink pads and storage drawers or anything else I want to use them for. They can be printed on Avery labels 5160 and punched out using our Word Window Punch.
They fit nicely on the end of your ink pads so that you’ve got a label on both sides. I also use them on my storage for daubers, sponges, and refills. (You can click HERE to see a video of how I store things.)
Stop on back by tomorrow and I’ll share some of my other organizational items with you.
